Mill Creek Self storage has been so helpful. I just called them and was able to get a storage unit within 30 minutes. They are very quick and honest. There is no hidden words or fees. Krystle, at the office was very helpful, professional and friendly. I had the maintenance guy help me by guiding me to my unit and helped me with my lock. The lot was very clean and well taken care of! Thank you to the employees at the Mill Creek Self Storage!

Mill Creek is an exceptional storage facility. It is clean and secure, and I particularly like the indoor storage units. The facilitator was personable, friendly and quite helpful. She knows how to cater to customers and make them feel at ease. I recommend Mill Creek with the highest rating ... a rating well deserved.

This storage company has the best deals in town price wise, also very easy to acquire a unit,most friendly staff and they always do the most for their customer's by ensuring making all customers at home and not overwhelmed by cost and when I went for the first time to the office on 3/21/24 I was given the most exceptional service by the gal filing in for her manager even after working all day

I actually was able to talk to a live person, Krystle, who answered all my questions and got me set up with a unit in five minutes. Excellent customer service and super happy with my arrangements. Two thumbs up!!

I live in Fort Lauderdale FL moving to Walla Walla Wa and was in need of storage space. I was worried because the truck would deliver without me being there. I spoke to Cristal the representative regarding reserving a space for me. She was very nice and informative about space availability, and she made it very clear of procedures and documents forwarded by email signed and completed. The entire business transactions was very smoothly over the telephone. She made me feel assured that everything would work out smoothly.

Krystle is absolutely wonderful! She helped manage the storage of my things while I was waiting for my house to become available. She made sure we had enough storage space for all my household and then worked with my daughter to ensure we had enough trucks to move all of it. In a move where not many things went smoothly, Krystle made sure that this part did. I am so grateful for her kind and professional help. Thank you, Krystle!

I was very easy to get set up with a unit for the summer as a student, and have my payments canceled after I would be back. Krystle was very kind and helpful while I was using the unit with any and all questions I had. Will be using again. Krystle

I needed a quick and easy way to store all of my things when I was moving out from college. Krystle was super helpful in helping me find the perfect storage unit size for me, explaining every step of the process thoroughly, and getting me all set up for a quick move-in day to the storage. I also appreciate the high level of security that is provided so that I may feel relieved and comfortable with storing my things. Overall, awesome experience with Mill Creek Self-Storage.

This is second time I ve used Mill Creek Storage. The site is beautifully maintained and secure. I set up everything on line in 10 mins, and my gate code was set up via text within the half hour. Service was prompt, competent, and courteous. I also got a great special, so make sure to look for their special deals!

Crystal is the best. She is always helpful and ready with solutions, sometimes before you even know you need them. There was an error with my payment processing and before I could call or stop by that same day, she had it taken care of. Thank you for being awesome Crystal!

From start to finish A+ experience. Shamus found us the most economical option and very polite. Needed a storage option for my daughters things until college restarts in the fall and Mill Creek was very responsive to our needs. Facility very clean and convenient. Thank you Mill Creek.

Mill Creek Mini storage is a fantastic storage facility. It has numerous sized unit options to choose from and i have used several different sizes over the years. The facility is surrounded by security cameras which keep your unit and the entire facility under surveillance protecting your valuables. The facility is always clean and staff are there cleaning up any dust or debris on a regular basis. There is a trailer available to use at no extra cost to customers which is great bonus when renting here. The staff are friendly and flexible and always go out of their way to help out. I highly recommend this facility if you have storage needs. Definitely a 5 star rating, thanks for all the years of assistance!

Great place to store your belongings. They have several sizes of units and the prices are very reasonable. Good lighting, very clean, easy access and I always felt safe entering and exiting even after dark. The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend and will come back without hesitation if the need arises again. Thanks!

Mr. Suarez was very personable and pleasant to visit with through the rental process. He had great communication skills and was thorough on his questions and explanation. He also shared he would keep in contact with me regarding when a particular unit size I am seeking is available so that I m able to transfer.

I had a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend doing it in person rather than online. Fermin helped me figure out what size boxes I should buy and his customer service was spot on. If the way I was treated this weekend was an indication of how I'll be treated while doing business there I will be a very happy consumer!

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!! These people don't do fair business!!! I am a Veteran and warn of Veteran's to be very careful if you decide to use this place. IT COST me near 1000 dollars because a verbal notice that i was moving out was not good enough.Even after 2 years you still do bad business. I would like to offer an OPTIONAbadie St Storage. I have stored there for a year and half with no problems. They are friendly, considerably cheaper, much much better service.

Nate was awesome. He met me in the office and with a firm handshake he looked me right in the eye and I knew then that he was an honest man. He showed me various sizes of available storage spaces once I settled on one he whizzed through the paperwork and I was on my way. He even came to my rescue when I got turned around looking for my storage. It was truly quite pleasurable working with my man Nate. Great job and many thanks.

Crystal was horrible, I wanted to know who owns these units now. When I call no one ever answers never can get any asst. Went in the office, she told me to go F myself. Very stressful day. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB today and writing a letter to the owners in Arizona

THIEVES! Think twice before using these guys. I was in need of a storage unit after my apartment got flooded and online, it looked like these guys would be the place to go to. I went in and talked to Steve, the manager, and he seemed like a nice guy. We signed a contract for a month and paid in full up front including the deposit which we would get back if we left the unit clean. A week before we were supposed to be out of there, we came in and cleared AND cleaned the unit. 3days before the "due out" date. We came in and dropped our keys off. No one was at the office at 2pm on a Thursday so we called the manager and left a message for him because he didn't answer. A week passes by and still no phone call. We call again and end up leave yet ANOTHER message. We decided it was too much work for a $30 deposit so we decided that he can keep it.A month later we get a bill in the mail saying that we owe him for the next month. What on earth is he talking about?? I call Steve and this time he answers saying that he never got my keys so he is going to either make me pay or send the bill to collections!I decide to do some research and ask some other college kids at Walla Walla University and EVERY SINGLE person I talked to says that Mr. Steve has charged them an extra month for an empty unit. Something needs to be done about this guy and his business because he thinks he can get away with stealing money from unsuspecting college students. My lawyer is DEFINITELY getting involved.
