Unreliable and Poor Service at Kelly's Auto PartsI had a very disappointing experience with Kelly's Auto Parts. Ordered a truck part with a promised 1-week delivery. A week later, they casually mentioned it was shipped to the wrong address and asked for another week. This cycle of delays and excuses continued for a month. I ended up canceling my order due to their consistent inability to deliver and poor communication. Would not recommend due to their unreliable service.

Friends of the Kelty Auto Wrecking Team since 1967Always Excellent Customer Service and the right parts available or they can get them.The service in the mechanic side of Kelty s s is as good as you can find in Walla Walla for their honest no-nonsense approach to repairing your vehicle with only what is needed to be repaired and not trying to sell you a bill of goods running the bill up thank you all for the rebuilt engine in my Chrysler town and country van and getting me back on the road quickly

I have bought many parts from Kasey and have taken many vehicles to his repair shop over the year. They are very knowledgeable and do it right the first time.I highly recommend doing business with them.

Had to order painted body parts and shipped to me. Anyone who has been down that road knows how risky it can be. Spoke with KC regarding parts.. condition ...and shipping. All parts were showed up in great shape and in exactly the condition KC told me. More importantly, all the parts were super well packaged and the shipping company they used got it delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This place really delivers. Would definitely work with KC again.

I've been there twice now. The first time they tried to give me the wrong part and this time they gave me the wrong part. The person at the desk was very rude and treated me and the person on the phone like we were inconveniences to him. I don't care about rude, unfortunately it happens all the time. But he just let me stand their after I told him the part I needed; I finally had to pry it out of him what was the next steps..... And then they gave me the wrong part. I guess that is what I get for going to the only junk yard in town. I should have listened to the people who warned me about going there.

My husband and I have been looking for two doors for our SUV and they had two models of our SUV, unfortunately they didn t have the exact color trim and color handles that we needed. But, very nice people! I was able to go out in the yard to look at both cars and get pictures for my husband to look at as well since he wasn t able to be there. Worked with prices as well! If they have what you need, go with them!

Was in there yesterday to get a apparently hard to find part for my first GEN dodge Dakota, they had what I needed in excellent condition . About a 15 to 20 minute wait for my part to be pulled, the guy behind the counter seemed friendly enough.My only complaint is they do not allow customers in the yard or maybe it was just me I don t know, but when I am able to pull my own parts I usually end up buying more than I went there for.

Very bad customer service, person at the desk treated us like an inconvenience, once the parts we needed were shown to us they were not on the best shape (the guy only showed us only one of the parts we needed), and we waited over 2 hours for them too. Once I asked for a refund the clerk made a face at me. Would not recommend.

Rude! I live 2.5 hours away. I bought the parts and told them the exact day I was coming twice over the phone. Get there and the parts arnt pulled. Im nothing but nice and the guy behind the counter is straight rude. Like the other reviews stated. Find a job that you like dont just sit there and be miserable

Guy working the front counter wasn't too friendly, but the dude pulling parts is super friendly and knowledgeable. Ontop of that, they have a huge selection of cars are were the only place that had the 27 year old car I needed parts from - not even yards in Portland, OR had one! Will definitely be going back for any other parts I need!

They have Honest repair service, and the most competitive prices in town. I highly recommend them. Great service. Had the part I needed. Quick, and helped replace the broken part on my car. Very helpful service.

Unbelievable. Steve is the most shamelessly unprofessional business owner I've met in my life. Then again, if he weren t running a business he would be likely be unemployed as holding down a job with his attitude would be impossible. Imagine a bitter and less intelligible version of AA Milne's Eeyore character and you've come pretty close to Steve's personality. His idea of customer service is ensuring that you are aware of the utter inconvenience it is for him to drive out and tow your car, the same car they offered to pay to haul away. The scrapyard's only saving grace is likely the personable and service-oriented employee in the office taking calls - for having to deal with a boss like Steve, he needs a raise!

Wanted to buy a few parts from here but they would not match prices from other wrecking yards. I would much rather give a local company my business but if I can save over $100 just traveling to Tri-Cities then they have lost my business

Very disappointed in there service. My car went on the Thursday before Christmas and they said be it would be done Friday. I didn t hear from them all day and I went to call at 4 o clock on Friday and no one answered I call multiple time and still no answer so I drove down there to see what was going on and they were suppost to be open until 5 and they were closed by 4:25 when I got there on Friday! I was suppost to go out of town for Christmas and now wasn t able to! On their door they had a sign will return Tuesday. I m very upset because no one had the decency to call me and tell me my car will be there until Tuesday before I would know what was going on with my car. So today I went down there and they said they needed a special tool to fix my car which they found that out as soon as they started to work on it on Friday morning!!!They should of called me when they saw that. I asked them why they didn t call and he was completely rude and said because I don t have time for that. I would not recommend them to anyone to have work done on their car!!! They are completely rude have no customer service they give you a f.u kind of service.... very disappointed!!!!!

Very rude called to check on a Part and I told him exactly what I needed and then He asked me what I needed I had already told him the year and what I needed And then he goes yeah but there's a lot of those parts I told him there's only 2 kinds for this year And then right away he said we don't have any bad customer service

Part selection is ok, but the customer service is very mediocre. Staff act like they do not care if you are there or not. I've been going there for years now and never once have I been treated friendly.
