Short version, yes I did purchase a used vehicle from CDJR of Walla Walla, the buying experience was terrible, NO I will not recommend, NO I will not purchase another vehicle from them....Long Version. I live out of state two hours away. I found the vehicle online on Auto Trader listed by CDJR. In the listing they had stated vehicle delivery. Great, I had planned on financing through the dealership anyway and figured everything could be completed online or over the phone. I contacted the sales person via email, and offered him what I knew was a low ball offer. That's what you do as a buyer to start the negotiation process. The sales person quickly declined. I figured there would be a follow up or counter offer, nope nothing. Because it was the vehicle I really wanted I followed up with a phone call a few days later. The sales person wasn't willing to negotiate at all. Gave the line we re a small dealer, our listed price is our best price, the vehicle is below what we paid etc etc. Wasn't willing to even ask a sales manager. Ok fine I really wanted the vehicle, I'm in a position I can afford it. I agreed to purchase, signed and returned the proposal form I was sent. I asked if the vehicle could be delivered, he said it was negotiable and would follow up tomorrow. This was on a Monday, Tuesday I received a call from the CDJR finance person informing me I had to come in person to sign paperwork, and they couldn't hold the vehicle for me. If someone came in and wanted it CDJR of Walla Walla would have to sell it to that person. I asked if I could put a down payment to hold the vehicle. He said yes possibly but the down payment may or may not be able to be applied to the purchase price. This was very irritating, why list a vehicle on an online market like Auto Trader, and offer delivery of the vehicle, IF you have to physically sign papers in person at the dealership. Also willing to accept a money from a customer but not apply it to the purchase of the vehicle, that's questionable business practices. So again I really wanted this vehicle, so I took Wednesday off of work and traveled to the dealership. Their website stated customer satisfaction guarantees. Highest rated dealer in the region. Life time power train warranty, advanced used vehicle restoration center ect ect. I expected the vehicle to be in perfect shape inside and out. When I saw the Truck in person I got excited and had to have it. I wanted to immediately sign papers and take it home. The sales person that greated me talked me into taking it for a test drive first. When I hit the key the vehicle it BARELY started. I was so alarmed of how low the battery was I asked the sales person after the test drive if they could put a new battery in it. The sales person said he would ask. Me believing all the customer first propaganda on the Web site. I didn't think this was a problem. After the test drive I was connected with the finance person to complete the paperwork. He was very rude and arrogant, he made me feel like I was interrupting his day by purchasing this vehicle. After completing the signing process I asked the online sales person that I had originally contacted to purchase the vehicle, about replacing the battery. To which I was told, the auto parts store down the street sells batteries. JUST WOW. The whole buying experience was terrible and never again will I visit CDJR of Walla Walla. One month later the battery died completely leaving me stranded and late for work. Fast forward 10months and 5,000 miles later the truck suffered from catastrophic engine failure. This was a low mileage vehicle that I feel like I paid a premium for. Yes, I understand this is the risk you take with used vehicles. Fortunately the power train warranty did cover a majority of the repairs, credit to the warranty provider not CDJR of Walla Walla.

My 2008 Grand Caravan was quite a challenge for them to figure out what the real problem was but after about 10 hours of work on it they only charged me for two hours, for which I was very grateful. Would I use them again? Absolutely! Thanks again Guys.

We just purchased a truck there, and we love it. Joe Morgan helped us. He's by far been the best we've dealt with. He was fast, nice, and was NOT pushy. Had the stuff ready by the time we got there. I would recommend him. Thank you Joe Morgan!

Beside having to wait for the proper part to arrive (which seems to be the norm in most repair facilities) everything seemed fine. On the day of repair everything went well. We received a call that our vehicle was ready sooner than expected. Vehicle seems to be working just fine. Very pleased with everything.

Excellent customer service. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely look to them in the future for service of my vehicle, which I have used previously, and will also go there for future vehicle purchases. Highly recommend them.

Sales was great! Service was horrible. They knowingly sold me a vehicle that had an issue, and took weeks to fix it. The fix was done poorly, the vehicle had to go back in, and they have treated me like I created the problem. Have bought several vehicles from them, but will not be doing business with them in the future. Management knows of issues and has not followed up. Once they have your money, they are done with you.

I couldn t be more thrilled with the level of service I received when purchasing my Jeep. On a Friday I started online - both in finding my car and then negotiating my trade in. I live a few hours away, so having the ability to do some of the work up front was important to me. Then the next day, Saturday, the lasting impression started. From the moment I stepped through the doorway, I felt the feeling of family from everyone there. They were prepared for me, recognizing not only had I had a long drive, but I was returning home the same day. The Jeep was ready for my test drive, I was walked through a number of features I was not familiar with. I was encouraged to try things on the test drive to learn its capabilities and make sure I was comfortable with the car, knew its features (like adaptive cruise control) and how the bells and whistles worked. When we got back the paperwork was ready and I was walked through.any additional questions I had, additional options that I wanted additional detail on, etc. I couldn t have been happier with the experience and I loved seeing how closely everyone worked together to ensure I had a great end to end process of buying my new car. Absolutely fantastic.

From the moment we hit the lot, Greg was fun and very easy to work with. He presented all options available for financing and got us into a great truck that (2017 Ram 1500) drives like a dream. From him, we went to Chris to sign the rest of the paperwork and were out of there in less than 2 hours start to finish. I highly recommend going to them to get your next vehicle and tell Greg I said hi!!

My transaction was fast enjoyable and friendly. The facility was very prim and proper in fact the cleanest I've ever experienced. My jeep purchased was very detailed. The paper work was painless and ready for closure when I arrived.

Don't make the same mistake I did! This shop has cameras in their bays.Go immediately to the owner (Joel Olsen) ONLY & good luck.I brought my Durango in for an oil change & came out with damage to the hood.I noticed when I got home from the shop... Popped my hood & re-shut it.It still stood up out of the track& was slightly tented on the driver's side.I called immediately.*It was backed in when it was finished.. So I entered from the rear& is not visible from the driver's seat.. So I didn't see it before leaving the lot. When I came in & reminded Victor why I was back he said "We don't lift the hood for an oil change."I asked for the manager. He said he was OFF for the week (Steve Page-Parts Manager).Came back...Saw Steve who looked at my hood & told me to go to Checker's Auto Body.I called him from Checker's & he said he didn't believe it happened there.I rang him back from Checker's & asked if they had cameras in their bays (to see if something had been shut in my hood). He said he didn't know if they did or not...That they had cameras on their lot that see people come & go.Said he'd check & call me back.I called & left a message for him the next day.He NEVER called back.Came back asked Chris if the owner was there. He said he was OFF for the week.Sent an email to Joel about it & came in to find him & he looked at my hood & sent me back to Checker's.I came back to Joel one last with estimates. He told me his guys wouldn't say those things & he didn't believe it happened there... I told him they absolutely did & I knew it did.He said the video was gone after about 2wks.I came here recommended by a family member who've bought/serviced their vehicles here.*I wouldn't expect body damage from an oil change.Getting the oil plug cross-threaded maybe.NO RESOLUTION

My salesman Chris Price was so excited to watch me get into my new to me Jeep. His knowledge of the vehicle and accessories helped me feel confident as I left the dealership. Everyone there is happy and willing to help.

Greg was friendly and answered all our questions knowledgeably. Easy and pleasant buying experience. My only real complaint is that they did not fill my gas tank before delivering the car. (Barely an eighth of a tank of gas) Call me spoiled, but every other time I've bought a car over the years the dealerships have always delivered it with a full tank.

Crew and sales were friendly. Gotten to know the service and repair crew very well within the first 30 days after buying my 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie though.I was hoping and relayed to them i need a reliable truck that wasn't going to need repairs right away but within the first 30 days I've had the check engine light come on twice, one of which was fuel pressure sensor that they covered the cost. But they will not do anything with the seat heaters that failed 15 days after buying the truck and quote $1,400 to fix. This is after I've fixed the leaky 3rd brake light that has stained the roof liner in the back with water stains. Also the fog light housings are broken so the fog lights bounce around in the mounts blinding other drivers when I hit a bump. The aligment was wayyyyy off when I took it to les schwabs they gave me the report and all the numbers on the front end were in the red for the alignment. The infamous Hemi Tick for the failing lifters began 3 days after buying, that looks fun to repair. And lastly came to find out the differentials, transfer case, and transmission had NEVER been serviced after 96,000 miles.I went in and brought this to their attention and they said that unless something is wrong they dont change those fluids before selling a car.I get the dealer states transmission fluid is lifetime which is absurd in itself, I understood all that but the transfer case and differentials are every 30,000-60,000 and had never been touched according to carfax and from what I witnessed during changing myself.I changed all those fluids myself and they were absolutely filthy and in dire need of servicing, especially the transfer case.I get repairs can come with buying a used vehicle but customer service should not stop after they make the sale. All I got for the seat heater was a, "Bet you wished you bought the extended warranty now hahaha".This may be a fluke deal with these issues I'm having with this truck but I figured sinced this seat heater issue was within the 30 days after buying they would help a family out but that was not the case.Service department guys are nice, sales guys were friendly, but having $2,000 in fluid changes that were desperately needed and a $1,400 repair for failed seat heater not even 25 days after buying, not to mention the other issues I'm fixing myslef, not a good car buying experience.First time buying a newer truck like this and I'm regretting buying this truck so far.

Scheduled oil and filter change with multi-point check-up for any unknown problems. None found. Service excellent as has always been the case. The Service Department employees were friendly and efficient. No worries, headaches, or unexpected surprises. Just a good, honest, simple oil and filter change with a car wash to top it all off. Well done!

Update(3/6/24): I was having my problems with my vehicle and I decided to go back here because I do have a warranty for my car unfortunately it was all outside of that. I also had to get my brakes done. Was quoted one price on the phone got the invoice after that was done and the price almost doubled. They just dont listen to what you want. Told me I couldn't get financing for the car I wanted. They knew I had 3 kids and a husband and told me there was only one car the bank would work with. A Spark a 4 seater SPARK!!! I had to ask 2 times for my papers & that I was leaving. The guy had another rep try and talk to us asked again for the papers. They gave me half of them back pointed out that wasnt them all. They asked if I was going to another lot I said yes. They called me 3 times and texted me to say all of the sudden I was approved for the car I wanted. They were told the same night I was no longer interested. The next day they ran my and hubby's credit 6 more times. When called and confronted it was denied. Was told once again I was approved. I asked for the specifics and was told he only knew it was under 200 a month someone would call me. I ran the vin number to check the car out fully. It was never told to me that the car I looked at had been in 3 accidents. I text them back thanking them for the call back but with the car being in 3 accidents we weren't interested in that one. I got a text kind of stating it wasnt in 3 accidents but with a question mark at the end. I sent back proof of the reported accidents and never heard another word after that.Update: I was contacted and had a great talk with the owner. He was willing to take the time to hear me out and really listen to what the issue I had with one person. I did end up buying my car. Greg was also the person I finished up the process with (not the first "kid" we started with). He was happy/engaging and great to work with.Updated 5/7/2019: I had talked to the owner about what had happened and he was putting in the backup camera that we were told was in this car. We had a brake light go out( they had my car 1 week and 2 days) they did fix that. At that time they had to fix the first issue with the backup camera (this was installed into the mirror). When they put it in they didnt get the mic hooked up, called the guy I was dealing with. It was to be fixed the next Wednesday (guy who does camera is only in then). For a good month (drop off Wednesday pick up same day)my car was getting the camera "fixed". Took my car back in (4th time) on April 10 and I went to pick it up after they "fixed" the camera again and looking at my shocks (left side back and front were leaking another dealership looked at them). Was told my camera wire was being pinched and that was the issue there was a "little" leak from my shock they did nothing with that. 4/11 I got into the car and put the car in reverse and nothing came up camera did not engage. I sent the rep I was working with a short video (I did this each time), i ended up send two cause my phone messed up so i had drove blog blocks and again put the car into reverse and no camera engagement. He messed back saying I'm not working today I'll get back to you tomorrow (4/12). He said sorry and I said dont be your not the one that should have fixed it, that is on another department. I still dont blame him for my stuff not getting fixed but my issue is that as of today he HAS NOT got back to me. Almost 4 weeks later and no word. So last week I reached out to the owner again sending an email. No word also. I would have said a month and half ago I would buy my next car here with as much as they were helping/making things right but after radio silence NO.I bought my husbands car from another dealership. Really thought the way we were treated after the first visit we were going to have no issues but I was wrong

We purchased a sweet 2018 Tahoe Premier with the 6.2! Fully loaded, the ride is great and elegant. We drove 8 hours to pick it up and they were ready when we got there. The sales team and the finance manager were really great to work with. We traded in our other vehicle and got a fair offer on it, which helped. There was a hydraulic brake pump something that needed to be fixed but the warranty we got pretty much took care of it for a small cost. Haven't had any issues since. Pretty awesome ride!!

Don t buy from them they are shady. Bought a car from them with an extended warranty. Before I bought the warranty I told them I lived out of state and they said no worries I could take it anywhere. I started having mechanical problems so I took my car in. The mechanic called and told me that my deductible was twice as much as my paperwork said. Got ahold of the warranty place and they said I had two warranty plans. My mechanic has never heard of this. After multiple calls I m stuck paying the higher deductible because they mislead me while signing the paperwork.

Not happy! I brought my Jeep in for service and to find out why it is running hot. They done a block test to see if the head gasket is blown, which I could ve told them it wasn t. I have a service contract on this Jeep, but they said it wasn t covered because they can t tell me what s going on. I was charged $180 for a I don t know diagnosis. I took my Jeep to another mechanic who discovered the thermostat sticking and submitted it to my service contract, and they covered the whole repair. Not only did they fail to diagnose my issue they stated with out checking that both diffs, transfer case, and transmission needed immediate service with out checking. Both diffs, transfer case and transmission were all serviced less than 2000 miles prior to them working on it. So will I recommend anyone going there, absolutely NOT! They lost my business and hopefully they lose the business of anyone who reads this comment.

Had the Service Department do a heater repair on our Dodge service truck. They ran into some challenges and it took longer then expected, and more parts and labor then they had planned.......but in the end Tyler went to bat for us, and they honored their original quote. Thank you Tyler for being a customer advocate!
