I rent all my cars from here. It's the customer service that keeps me coming back and the best rates.Fast forward to today. June 25th, 2020. I did not mind the below because I made reservations online 30 minutes before pick up and I requested a different vehicle when I arrived. didn't mind the agent being 15 minutes late when I arrived at the counter. I didn't mind waiting an hour and 45 minutes to finally get our car because he had to clean it per company policy, even though the car was still dirty when I finally received it.What bothered me the most was, I was the last one to receive a car. The ladies before me was a group and they were 3rd in line behind me, they received their car before me and they had to wait for their car to be cleaned. When I mentioned to the agent why did they received a car first when we were first in line, his answer was, "I can't help it when I'm the only one here!" No apologies were made that we waited for more than an hour to receive our car and we had reservations. The group before us didn't have a reservation, because we were talking with them while we were all waiting.My point is, horrible customer service. Please provide him help and adequate training. Also, I'm requesting compensation for horrible waiting time.

Our experience concerning this particular location at the Walla Walla airport would not necessarily constitute a 2 star bad experience. The service there was quick, friendly and thorough, all good things.However, this poor rating, and potentially another even worse rating to follow is in regards to the company as a whole and their method and policy of problem solving.It's our first morning here in Walla Walla on a weekend getaway. Upon going out to the car we discover that the key fob doesn't work to open any of the doors. We suspect that the battery must be dead. And if this isn't aggravating enough we soon discover that the hidden key inside the fob doesn't open the door at all. So now we call Budget Car Rental customer service, or should I call it disservice?After giving and receiving the usually verification information and explaining the situation I was informed that I had not purchased and Roadside assistance package, non was offered upon renting the car, and that the fee to come unlock the door and jumpstart the car would be $120 and to add insult to injury, there was going to be a 4 to 6 hour wait in order to receive the needed service. That's complete BULLSHIT!!! We have a getaway vacation to enjoy.Enter AAA, and Thank God for AAA. Free roadside service to their members and they'll have the issue fixed and we'll be on our way in less than an hour.The question that remains is whether or not Budget is going to discount the cost of this rental because of giving us a car with a faulty battery which stranded us and potentially, if not for AAA, detained us from any use of the vehicle, or are they going to stick us with the full price. If that is the case there will be a follow-up review that will be only 1-star and the review will be even nastier.

The only rental service in town open on Sunday. Great if you need a car for early Monday morning. The owner made my experience pleasant. Reserved two weeks in advance and the car I asked for was there. I will use them again if I need a rental. Reliable cars and great rates.

Always the lowest rate in Walla Walla, and always a quick, hassle-free experience. Crystal is great, she's always got a smile (and maybe an upgrade(: and renting from this location has always been a great experience. Yes, I actually look forward to renting a car in Walla Walla, thanks to Crystal at Budget!

These people are great. They're Fastbreak service is excellent. They have a good attitude, and go out of their way to help you with your reservation. If they don't know the answer to something they will find it.
