This Co. was right in there on price, plus they were the quickest to answer phone questions and be able to come out. The office was great, reminded me before the appointment. The installers were very professional, did a good job, were on time and I was surprised at how fast they were. Since then have driven truck through a summer rain storm in Sierras no leaks no problems. Would call them next time I need glass.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Our rear window was smashed at a local park a few days before my family planned to head out on a road trip. I quickly realized we had no chance of getting it replaced before heading out most places were scheduling 3-4 weeks out. Auto Glass Guru was going to be the fastest at under two weeks. I scheduled the appointment and set out to figure out how to seal off the window as we waited. The same day, I received a call that they found a solution that would allow a replacement the very next day! I was thrilled. Our car is a Mercedes GL 450 rear window had to match perfectly for the defrosting feature to connect. The gentleman who came out was quick, polite, and did an excellent job. Needed quick scheduling of windshield replacement. Found this service. Scheduled an appt. Turned out that it is first come first serve. After about a two-half hour wait, the lob was done. Professional work and great communication- only reason it isn't a 5 is because the online estimate was over 25 percent off. For an avenger of newer date it shouldn't be off by that much, it seems the sourcing of these windshields should be quiet easy and inexpensive, however it ended up being a different story once we got on the phone with them. All in all the guy was great and professional and really good with communication and updating me continually as I was out of town when he came by to replace the windshield. 6/5 stars for the technician! You can feel completely comfortable leaving your car in their care and the end product will be completely top notch work.Service: Auto windshield replacement

So easy and convenient. I called today and someone was out this evening to fix my windshield. Great quality. Very professional. They sub contract out so I m guessing that anyone who had trouble with this company, it was actually trouble with the sub contractor. No issues. Rep was curious and ON TIME. No 4 hour window that they always come in the 4th hour! Simple, easy, I pulled my car into a shady spot in my neighbor and he said, give me 2 hours. The service was cancelled four separate times. they've left un installed glass in my truck for 2 whole weeks. The price that the sales agent quoted was a full $100 over the online quote, and the service was not good. The story I got from their offices was that they couldn't source the moulding for my 1980 Datsun pickup, I've found it online right now for $15 to $30. They were the first to respond to my on-line query regarding replacing my 2012 Prius back window. I got the call by 8:30 am explaining there was a national glass shortage and this piece could be relatively hard to find but that as it was a holiday weekend (this was Friday before July 4) the following Tuesday was earliest. A local competitor had said 3 weeks. Another quoted me at 30% more. An hour later Jayla called back to say she found someone with the glass who could meet me in an hour. Jaime was professional and thorough updating me every step of the way and the whole thing was done within 40 minutes, same day essentially, for a hundred bucks less than the other company quoted. Amazing customer service, had some issues with the replacement of my windshield, stuff happens though. The company did make things right in a very timely manner and zero hassle, customer service at its best! I have a 2000 740 iL BMW. So you could imagine, how difficult it would be to find a windshield for a 20 year old car.. It was going to take 2 weeks for my windshield would arrive.
