If you are looking for a top-notch technician with many years of experience and training, Randy is your guy. He won't sell you services you don't need, and his service costs are very reasonable.

I was in College Place visiting family and needed new breaks. They were able to fit me in and were done sooner than thought so that I could get home safely. Then when my car died right after starting for home I had it towed back to them and they were able to get me back on the road the next day! Even with short staffing and a busy schedule. Super nice, honest, and they went above and beyond to get my car fixed! I can not recommend them enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I called Alexander s auto repair to help me change an out headlight. It was a last minute request because I m heading out of town for vacation tomorrow. I ve tried multiple different places and was told the service wasn t offered or it would cost 100$ Or more just as a service fee.Alexander s told me to come by after hearing my predicament and said they will squeeze me in . Not only were they able to replace the bulb in a short time, but they were attentive polite and just a neat family business. I will be going to their shop for all my car needs from now on!!! Thank you so much for being so helpful to me today. I am so grateful!

True to the reviews we read, Alexander's auto repair made us a fair deal. My a.c. was wonkey and he quoted me a price but in my time frame was unable to complete the job. Very helpful and pleasant gentleman. I'd go back and let him work on my vehicles.

I really like working with Randy and Brandon. They are extremely honest and will only recommend what you need. Both of them also are very knowledgeable and I haven't found a problem they don't quickly diagnose and are able to fix.

My girlfriend and I were visiting family in Walla Walla. Our Kia Amanti had a air conditioning issue and we were leaving to come back to Spokane and in the heat of the summer we needed help. Alexander Automotive was the only shop that would help us. Randy Alexander said yes we can squeeze you in. We arrived at his shop and not only was it pristine, the family atmosphere made us feel quite content that we had called the right technicians to solve our issue.Randy and his son Brandon took great care in listening to the history of our problem and when it was all said and done the total price was less than the quoted amount. Aimee Doney and David Feldman we highly recommend Alexander's Auto Service we will certainly go back to them when we are in town with any automotive issue we have.
