I called burton shell after my check engine light turned on. Turns out my car needed the transmission fluid checked. To do that with my car it takes a car lift to do that. Not only did he fit me in the same day he didn't even charge me to do it. That's customer service you just dont see any more. Two thumbs up for that

Patrick turned me on to a set of tires I'd never heard of before. They were excellent, quiet, make the car handle better and less expensive than a top brand I was looking for. It's like driving a new car.

Called Burton Auto with a "catastrophic" engine oil issue on our Toyota Sienna -- one of those "I hope the engine has not seized" moments. Patrick was super professional about scheduling, calling with updates, and he never acted tired of fielding my multiple phone calls. The upshot: I basically had my car back in a little more than 24 hours, even with a parts runner having to get the OEM oil cooler lines off island. The repair was done right, on time and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Burton Auto and the entire crew.

A kinder bunch of unassuming yet thoroughly knowledgeable and professional gentlemen would be hard to find anywhere. Over the years, we have learned to trust Burton Auto implicitly and without reserve. They are also fast, with turnaround on average repairs, replacements, and maintenance jobs often no more than 24 hours. We are pleased to give them our utmost regard and our highest recommendation.
