I ve known Steve and had him repair my windshields for over 15 years now. He is a master in his profession. I ve been amazed by some of the complex chips he was able to repair. Yellow Dot Windshield Repair was able to fix my windshields when other companies tried selling me a new windshield (even my own insurance company). He is honest, cares about his costumers, and does not cut corners. I highly recommend Yellow Dot Windshield Repair.

Excellent, friendly and highly skillful service! Steve got me in same day and I can barely see the repaired chip mark. He has very good prices and a guarantee as well. He told me he also does larger crack repairs too, so I will keep that in mind as needed. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Steve since he was at the Vancouver Mall, 6 years ago. Always professional and always good work. I highly recommend him to work on your windshield repair. I have gone to him at times and he has told me nope. That is a scratch. No need to repair . Totally outstanding person.

Hands down amazing service!In August I was on the stretch of Idaho where the speed limit is 85 and everyone around me was going 95 when a rock was flung at my windshield which created a crack. When I got home I searched for a reputable company to fill it and found Yellow Dot. Steve is great with customer service, knowledgeable, and got me in and out pretty quickly and at a very reasonable price. He even made sure I knew how to treat any future cracks so they wouldn t spread while waiting to get in.Recently had a dump truck throw 2 rocks out at me on SR-14 and I couldn t tell if I needed a repair done. Steve had me text pictures and was able to tell me what to do without having to make an appointment and come in for an evaluation.I will definitely come back for any future needs!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Steve is amazing. My wife went in for a rock chip repair and Steve took care of the rock chip for a reasonable price and even gave us some glass stickers for if we ever got another one to avoid further cracking if (when) we ever have another rock hit the windshield until we could come in again. Much better and faster than going with Safelite. Steve was very accommodating and did excellent work fixing a couple of rock chips in my car. He was able to do the work the same day I called. Safelite was going to take over three weeks to fix it. Highly recommend.

I called Yellow Dot for an emergency 9 inch crack repair. I shared some pictures of the crack and made an appointment. The day before I was to bring in the car it was supposed to rain. He messaged me to let me know if I could cover it up would help the repair time. Which was totally awesome! I had no idea about these things, it really meant a lot for Steve to do this.He was very professional when explaining the process. Steve was extremely helpful with my last minute call for a quick inspection on a potential chip on my windshield. I was on my way driving down from Seattle to San Francisco and I got pelted with a bunch of rocks going through Tacoma, worried that I got hit with chips and the potential of a windshield crack forming due to the heat, I called Yellow Dot to stop by real quick.Turns out my windshield was fine and didn't need any work done with the minor damage. I was thankful that Steve gave me peace of mind to continue down on my drive. This is after having to file a claim on my Subaru to get its windshield replaced.If I lived in the area, this would be my go to place for future glass issues.

Fast service, good price, repair looks great, follows covid rules of masks and distance, even had me do the bits inside the car (plug in heater, attach mirror via suction cup) to not intrude on my safe space. Self proclaimed "glass geek" and that really shows, will absolutely return should the need arise. Thanks, Steve!

I have had my windshield glass crack repaired twice by Yellow Dot owner. Very friendly, excellent and knowledgeable service, and always tips on immediately addressing what to do when a rock or stone impacts your windshield. I highly recommend his business.

What a great business and great business owner. Steve was really nice on the phone and when I arrived at the business to have my windshield repaired. I really liked the fact that he clearly lists the charging amount on his website but that s not what he charged me to do the job. He actually charged me nothing, nichts, nil because he thought it was a very minor fix to be charged. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to his craft. It was an amazing value compared to the cost of a new windshield and even provided me with information and some decals to use to help keep a rock chip from becoming a bigger issue next time. If you need anyone to go to for windshield repairs, Steve is your guy! My boyfriend and I came in with a chip and he was able to get us in 40 minutes later!The repair took about 45 minutes, and he was really knowledgeable and professional in how he handled the chip. It s basically non existent now!Steve is a great repairman and a friendly easy going person who definitely deserves your business. Your car is in safe hands and way more affordable than SafeLite!

Steve did an incredible job at repairing the rather large crack in our windshield! It was unusually difficult and took far longer than expected due to the location, and stubbornness of the crack to accept the resin. He still remained positive and upbeat and stuck to his original estimate. The results were outstanding and well worth the wait! Saved our Jeep logo window! This is the second time we have used his services, and the quality, honestly, and kindness are well worth the time and saved from an expensive replace! Thanks so much Steve! Best business I have dealt with in lord knows how long! From the initial phone conversation Steve was super friendly, communicative and answered all my questions. He even came out same day for mobile rock chip repair. His friendliness, professionalism, and expertise was greatly appreciated. Great experience with Steve who got me in same day to take care of a fairly decent rock chip on my windshield. Quick, professional and polite, getting the chip/crack cleaned, drilled out and completely filled making it almost unnoticeable afterward (and more importantly protected from spreading further).
