Great experience went in for brakes not working they diagnosed the issue quickly and had me on my way same day more then fair prices I will be recommending them to my friends and family and be bringing my buisness here in the future.

Always friendly and professional even with different ownership. My car is very well taken care of and am provided with work and care details.Best part for me is I am within walking distance and also on two bus lines. While there is a basic waiting area there are several places to walk too for eating a full meal, for snacks, coffee, then gas is also close.

This is my favorite autoshop I have ever been to. I have been taking all my cars her for years, even through the ownership change. It has consistently been honest, affordable, and transparent. I fully trust these folks to do their best work. I use them for regular maintenance and any other urgent needs. They always do their best to fit me in and are promt to respond to questions. Great work! Highly recommend!

I had a pretty bad engine issue where my engine mounts sheared off in the block on an old Jeep. Pete was exceptional to deal with and clearly the mechanics there know what they re doing! He was very clear and prompt about relaying the info as my car was being worked on and they checked the adjacent parts and systems to make sure it was working properly in its entirety before calling it done. I had a budget and the folks at wrench n time did everything they could to meet that and they still had my car out and running in under 24 hours. I can t say enough positive things about this shop. Quality work and nice people. I m very happy with the service I received and would recommend to anyone else. Thank you for being honest and courteous. I've used this place since moving to Vancouver in 2021, and they've always been great. High quality work, reasonable prices, no shady shenanigans. Most recently, my starter gave out on my Accord. I had it towed to their shop on a Thursday afternoon, had a quote Friday morning, and had my car back that same Friday afternoon. Definitely my go-to. As most everyone surely knows, it's very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop. So when you find one, you stick with them. These are those guys.

A true honest mechanic that loves what he does. After much stress and disappointment in searching for a mechanic. I came across Wrench N time and Pete. Pete has shown me there are still good people out there. Willing to work and be up front with you about car issues, maintenance and cost. Very knowledgeable in cars and even has a positive attitude. I was updated throughout the whole process and updated on next steps. Will come back for regular maintenance and I recommend him to all those in the Vancouver area searching for help with their cars.

They are always very professional to me, give me recommendations for my car, what are the best parts and so on. In other words, they are awesome gentlemen to take your car to! They go from checking my engine, change my oil, etc etc. PLUS, they gave the loveliest kitties walking around. :)

2907 Saturn Outlook quit in Safeway lot. Had tow, proper as AWD. Replaced alternator brought home. Battery went dead had to replace. Now won't let me use anything like fan or music disc without discharge taking back tomorrow. --- went to Advance had battery checked. Said back to Wrench , soooo.

This repair shop used to be honest and affordable, but it was sold in February 2022. Now... oh, the new team will fix your car alright. But will mark-up the parts 60% and charge $150 per hour labor (both quoted from the new manager after I ran the numbers and inquired). To top that off, they will replace parts without your consent ("Oh, your air filter was a little dirty, so we just replaced it.'") I call BS on the whole enterprise. $1000+ for a diagnostic test, 4 plugs and ignition coils, bottle of throttle cleaner, and.. an air filter. The only place I trust my vehicle for repairs. Over the years they have been nothing but amazing. Staff are very friendly, easy to work with, and they provide great customer service.

Wrench N' Time was recommended by an old coworker, I stayed for their customer service. Only use my car to commute for work and typically leave it alone over the weekend. My car had an odd issue on Monday, my remote did not work to unlock the door. Once inside, the car did not start. Called Pete immediately regarding the issue. They gave me a towing truck company to call so they can deliver to the shop. They replaced the battery, believing it be the problem with a cell in the battery. Car worked fine, no problem for a week. Coming in the following Monday, the same issue happened again. Towed the car to the shop again, and Pete looked further into the issue to see if there is a draw. Seemed to have fixed the issue. Then, surprise surprise, my car did not start on Monday. Called Pete immediately to express my frustration. But before I could even say a word, he immediately offered to pay for the tow and services to get it fixed. We worked it out together to make sure the same issue does not happen again. Ended up being a negative cable drawing power from the battery. It has been nearly a month now and my car works perfectly fine! Pete was patient with the car to make sure he fixes the problem. Even coming in the shop over the weekend to check the amperage. If this isn't top customer service then I don't know what is. Thanks again Pete!Service: Electrical

This has been one of the worst experiences... I hope you like cigarette smoke because they smoke in the office and blow it in your face when they talk to you.I brought my car in because the brake pedal was getting hard to push sometimes.They talked me into replacing the rear drums and having the valve seal changed, which I've never seen leak. then they called me up and told me that I needed the master cylinder replaced for the brakes.$1500 later, I get my car back, and nothing is fixed. and the stereo no longer works. when I ask them why my stereo doesn't work, they blame me and guilt trip me about how hard this business is. They fixed the stereo that worked before bringing it in(fuse), then I called them about the fact that my car was draining oil everywhere...LOTS OF OIL. They had more excuses. they fixed that one with the same grumpy excuses and guilt trips.Then I noticed that my brakes were not any better(actually worse than before), my e-brake barely works now and my rear drums were still covered in rust. I called them about this. they said "what do you want from us?? We did what we said we would. If you want to bring it back in we can see what else we can replace."I asked if that would be at my expense, and they said "of course. nothing in life is free"NEVERGOINGBACKTHEREServices: Engine repair, Brakes

The customer service here is fantastic, I can t remember the last time I was treated so well at a business. The owner explained everything to me that needed to be done, and the cost ended up being even less than the original quote. Will not take my car anywhere else ever, and thank you Pete for the loaner car, was able to get to work and get the kids to school with no issues because of you! I trust this shop to do a good job for a reasonable price and to be totally open and transparent every step of the way. Grateful that my friend recommended I try this place, the customer service is great and I've had a good experience every time I've brought my car in. Under new owner. Not the same. Did oil change and were supposed to top off fluids. Just stopped at parts store because power steering fluid low. They replaced a belt and broke the cover. Now that is making noise. They insisted I needed new front brakes. Took it to someone else who had replaced them last year. They are almost new. They overcharged for the oil change. Not going back. We were taking our cars there for the past 12 years. Big change.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was going to write a not so great review. I was not quite happy about the way it was handled and as to the work that was done, however when I expressed my displeasure the new owner personally called and talked to me. Pete did anything and everything to "fix" it. That alone will keep us going for the next 15 years. would recommend his integrity and shop to others.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you for your service on my Ford Escape! Pete was very attentive, answered all my questions and gave me a great price, about $700 less than another popular auto shop s estimate. Changed out the oil pan and replaced the tie rods. Will be using you again. Thanks Pete and my thanks to your entire staff! My car runs like it s new!

Thank you for your honesty work. Great communication and work ethic. Truck locks were going on and off and now no more. They also cleared my fuel lines which is why my truck wasn't starting. Best shop in Vancouver! Needed brakes done, ended up needing calipers and I knew it would probably be spendy, he was able to keep the unexpected cost down lower than I expected, even got it done same day! THE BEST, don't go anywhere else!!! Wrench 'n Time is and will be the only place I take any of my 4 cars. I have been going to Wrench 'n Time for over 7 years and 2 of my cars are driven by my daughters. I would not trust anyone else to work on their cars. Blair, Ken and Mike are amazing to work with, they are genuine, kind, thorough and honest. They work hard to find out exactly what is wrong with your car, communicate clearly what needs to be done and have great rates. I can not say enough good things about this shop. They have a customer for life.
