Stay away from this place. To say they are an inconvenience is an understatement. The cost me time AND money. The automotive personnel are incompetent and there customer service leaves a lot to be wished for. They dont even know how to use the technology available to them. Just an example. I called a day ahead of time to make an appointment for a tire change. I get there the next day and I'm told there are 5 cars ahead of me and it will be several hours before they can even get to me, that I should make an appointment. I told them I tried doing so the day before but I was told that I didn't need to, to just drive in. The "technician" actual told me that they did not believe I was told that...wow!So I make an appointment for the next (today) and to make a long story short, I still have the same tires on my car. I will never go back to that service center! Don't waste your time, gas & sanity!!!

My experience doesn t even deserve a star. I dropped off my car to get an oil change and do a little shopping. I was there two hours, waiting in the waiting area. I was told that my car wouldn t start. They tried jumping it and said I had a dead battery. It had been left in the parking lot for two hours. No one contacted me to let me know until two hours after I had been waiting I started my car no problem it is not a dead battery. My car is just fine. The employees seemed unbothered by making me sit for two hours and waste my evening. I left without getting an oil change. I was so frustrated at their ineptitude. How can you work in an auto care Center and not know how to start a car?

I called in after hours after purchasing tires online and hoping to be able to schedule the installation appt earlier than was available online.. 10 days was earliest. Zach, the gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and courteous! He set my install appt 5 days earlier, on day the tires arrive. I will update after tires are installed. The site said install would cost $18 per tire as I was purchasing. But after running the charge, on my receipt it says it can be anywhere between $17-27 for install.. Cross my fingers it doesn't cost an extra $36 than expected.Service: Tires

Nice employees friendly. I do oil changes there takes about an hour and it cost about half the price of the other guys. Last time they forgot to reset my working light but it was an easy fix

I went here after the Walmart on Mill Plain didn't open their service department in the morning. Unfortunately they only had 3 of the tires I needed here. But even worse they weren't able to get to my oil filter so I couldn't get the oil change done. Good price on the tires though and the service was friendly.

I showed up to get a nail taken out of my tire and plugged. There were 4 employees in the shop and one other customer and I wanted over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I was told it would take 20 minutes and it took over an hour and a half with employees standing around doing nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Came to get a tire had the road hazard insurance on it wanted to repair it I told themAlready had it repaired n it was still going flat long story short had to pay for a tire so my advice to you don t pay extra for the road hazard cause they don t honor it when u bring it in just a waste of money more money that they get if I didn t need the tire I would have went somewhere else poor customer service old lady was really rude she definitely needs to retire if she don t want to deal with the public.

Called in 1 hour prior to getting to to the store to ensure they had the tire i needed. The person on the phone went and checked inventory and said yes we have 4 in stock. I asked if they can hold one so its ready when I get there. They said no we can not do that. Okay it is what it is. I drove 45 miles to get this tire to match the rest of my set. Talk to the lady at the counter and she brings up the wrong tire, then a man assisted me to find it and come to find out,they do not have any instock and didn't have any at all. Waisted my time

First I started by calling them and no one would answer the phone. So I decided to just go in to the store. It took almost 45 minutes to finally get some to the counter to help me and once they got there they acted impatient and as if I was interrupting their day just to find out they didn't have what I needed in-stock even though the website said they had it in stors. I understand everyone is short handed but this situation was very frustrating.

Auto Care center didn't open on time, staff wasn't there on time to open correctly and provide service. It took over an hour (closer to an hour and a half) to get an oil change and I was the second car in line. The excuse was that it was a crazy morning. The sliding doors that need to be opened by a manager for customers to enter were still locked too. Overall, not a great service. I received a handwritten 'coupon' for $10 off the next service. Who knows if that will be granted and if it's not even worth the service.

do not get your tires done here every employee is incompetent beware!!! I asked for a lifetime rotation and balance no tpms service and wanted to keep my old tires. they got rid of tires..they sold me tpms service and sold me some 12 one time tire balance and rotation I wasn't even aware they had. now I have a 85,000 mile tires I have to pay 60 dollars to rotate next time. I'm coming for the job of the person that sold me this. walmart is very incompetent don't waste your time. now I have to try to call somebody or I don't even know..1 complete waste of energy.

Had a flat tire I'd been filling up air in and driving for a couple days, thinking I'd have to buy a whole tire. They patched it up for ten bucks and some change, took about an hour, even though they had a long line this morning!Special shout out to Roy, who chatted with me and was funny and sweet through the whole process, and Brent, who was really nice and sweet during checkin, when I saw him. Thanks guys!!

Actual vehicle service is fine but the wait time is ridiculous. Considered many other places for work done but walmart had the best price so I suppose made it worth the wait. Almost.

Ron was more than helpful, he went above and beyond when it comes to making sure i left there not just satisfied, but safe. This situation was probably as much a headache for them as it was for me, but i can say i would 100% return with any automotive needs in the future. Amazing.

Had a flat tire going across the 205 bridge and brought it here (192nd Ave) for repair. There was no wait, the service was great, and I was able to come back and pick up the tire later in the day. Everyone was very helpful, and the repaired tire has not lost any air after putting 100 miles on it. Excellent job.

Asked for my oil to be changed, but I also got the front of my car vacuumed! A mechanic I knew double checked how my oil looked later that day.. superb! Also, the lady at the front desk/ cashier line was really nice.

I have 4 new tires replacement done at wood village Walmart super center; after 20 minutes of driving, the low pressure tire indicator starts blinking. This shows that the sensors are miscommunication with the computer or low battery and need to check and adjust. For the last 2 weeks, I tried to run back and forth between the 2 Walmart in Vancouver to get help. Both of them said their scanner machines are broken, and still in order. I see that every time I was there, the customer service just want me to wait and give me some excuses. To me, I think they don t really know what they are talking about. I usually get tires from Costco and have no issue. This is the first time I buy tires from Walmart because of their unbelievable low prices; but with my experience with Walmart s services; I have to think 10 times before I will buy their tires again.

I needed an oil change on my '17 Polaris Slingshot. I went to this Walmart & got a 5qt bottle of Mobile One 5-30 & a filter. I thought that the oil price was pretty darn good, in my opinion. Cheaper than I remember from when I was with the company. For me, maybe not for you - but there are only 2 choices for me on synthetic oil & thats Mobile 1 & Castrol. Jonesy at #JonesyFamilyStore

Said they had motorhome tires and to buy them online and when they came they would put them on. When I asked which store could do that for me they said none of them had a rack that would lift a motorhome.

Great prices ....if you're willing to wait. Called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. Arrived to wait another 47 minutes until it was actually ready.

Their prices are alright. They didn't communicate costs very well though. Also, they said it would be done in 45 min to an hour and I waited almost 2 and had my baby with me, so that was annoying.

Horrible. I was waiting my turn for 1 1/2 hours to get new tires before they let me know I couldn't purchase 2 for an all wheel drive, but I needed 4. That wasn't something they could have said when I first inquired about the tires???!!!! Beyond upset.

Worst service ever! Twice now, wasted 3 hours of my day, only to tell me they can t mount my tires. Could have told me that at the beginning. The old lady kept making excuses. Terrible.

They normally do a excellent job but for some reason they couldn't check the transmission fluid cause they couldn't find where to check it at
