Open on New Year and New Year's Eve. Had a flat tire on my four-wheel drive and the tread was ready for a replacement. Replaced all four of my tires. The service they gave was amazing. And the price was affordable. I appreciate them doing great service as well as being available on that New Year's Day. Thank you.

I called in advance to see in I could have my tires mounted. The person who answered said they would be able to do it. Unfortunately after i dropped off the car I checked the app an hour later. It said it was on hold due to technical issues. So I returned to pick up my car. When I arrived one of the lead technicians said they refused to do the tire change because I had rounded lug nuts. When I took a look at the car. the lug nuts are just fine. I told Nate the person at the counter that the lugs nuts are fine if you didn t have the time to do the tire change just tell me. He just kept on making excuses. He told me that he is one of my lead technicians I trust his judgment. He might need retraining and Nate might need it also. I drove ten minutes down the road and got my tires mounted no problem. So in short they are a bunch of lazy liars. Do not spend your money here.

I had my tire repaired at this location. The process was quick, and they texted me within 30 minutes. Great service and the staff is very friendly.

Total morons running the tire shop. Nathan and 2 other employees are total liars. I mean it s Walmart. It s not like you re going to see the most intelligent people working there. I should have known.

Competency of their techs needs to be checked. Go in for oil change and tires mounted n balanced. Took all info into tablet. Tire sizes n all. Everything checked good. Said they'd do it. Get a call 1 hour later to tell me they cant do tires since they're not stock size (they knew that when I dropped it off) so had to leave what I was doing to take my truck elsewhere to get tires done. Won't be taking any vehicle there for anything anymore.

I think the shop guys did a great job. They vocally called out for leak checks & found none. The young man actually tried to put the new steering wheel cover I bought, on for me to see if it fit And it didn't so I returned it while in the store having the oil changed.Josh the Manager is pleasant & patient. I have come to this store for Decades for oil changes.

We showed up on a Sunday, after all other tire shops were closed, almost on the rim!

Appointment made for one hour after it opened, yet appointment time was not honored. Early appointment was started over an hour late and rep refused to provide any reason.Walmart app falsely indicated service was completed before it even began. The mechanic which completed the service told me that the reason my appointment time was pushed way back was that other customers showed up for unscheduled service and the reps had to do the paperwork for them instead.

Got an oil change. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful. The whole Auto Care team is great. Notified me of each and every little problem with full report. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work

I do not recommend their auto services. I made an appointment 3 days ago to get 2 tires replaced (already have the new tires). We arrived at my scheduled time and I was unable to get my services at the scheduled time. They told us to hang around until I could get my service done. Absolutely not. If an appointment is scheduled then it should be MY time slot. I work in customer service and I know the professional side of things. And I did not get that at this location off of Hwy 99 in Vancouver WA.

Just had my oil change and 4 new tires installed. I shopped around and they had the best price by far and the customer service over the phone and when I arrived was excellent. Stephanie helped me at first and then Kent helped with the work being done. They kept checking in on me and was done before I knew it and they are a busy tire store. This Walmart is by far the best one I have ever visited.... good job employees

No issues in my experience for oil changes and tire service. My expectations have been met. The prices are competitive in this market area. I always look under the hood upon completion for my satisfaction.

Thanks for saving our butt on our road trip. Sunday night at 5pm and got a flat tire 2 hours from home and every tire shop was closed. And they did it with speed and politeness. Thanks guys!

We came in for tires, the crew was helpful - even working after closing to get my truck road ready. No one likes to work late, but I appreciated how the guys didn't show it and remanied friendly. They also installed a replacement battery for free. It's nice to see some people still know what customer service is all about.

Very nice people we had a blown tire and Costco refused to help and these guys... are very awesome, very skilled. Will definitely recommend. We appreciated their help and they saved our day. Worked overtime for us.

The gentleman that help me with my oil change and new filter very polite. He also explained to me that I did not need 5 lb more air in my tires like our local news station had suggested what I actually needed was to deflate slightly the back tires to add more with. They gave me a great price & good advice.

The mechanic was pretty unprofessional. He had an attitude and did not know what to do. When he asked his coworker for help he was clearly agitated and his coworker was calm and told him to check the book, which he seemed irritated with and then proceeded to wait until the other guy found the answer. Then when the car was done they NEVER let me know and let me waste half a hour sitting there when my car was ready to go.

Convenience is the key here. If you find that your shopping at Walmart for tires alone you will probably be disappointed in the speed at which they can fill your order. The good news is if you come in here with the expectation that they may take a little bit longer and you come with your shopping list, you can kill two birds with one stone. They provide low prices and good service's if you don't mind the wait. Oil changes can be hit or miss in terms of the amount of time it takes. If you pull up and there's a long line you may as well just turn around and go to Jiffy Lube. If you pull up and there's an open bay you can be in and out as quick as 15 to 20 minutes.

Every time I've been there they "can't" work on the tires. "The hole is too close to the side wall" it was almost dead center of the tread. "The tire is too worn to rotate." Each time the quote me new tires. You will wait forever for anything, just to find out that they "can't" work on it. Each of these aforementioned problems were fixed at the tire shop just down the street. And they laughed when they heard that a shop wouldn't do the work.I also asked for an oil change. They told me that they were very backed up and it would be an hour and a half, to two hour wait until they could get to it. They had 2 cars in the bays, each for an oil change, and 4 empty bays. 10/10 will never go back.

Would have loved to give 5 stars as the service from the mechanics was great. They were friendly and fairly quick on replacing four tires and my windshield wipers. However the experience I had with the cashier was absolute atrocious. The cashier decided to b*tch at me because I failed to provide my ID at the beginning of the transaction for tax exempt which made him have to redo everything. The cashier never asked for my ID and I explained that I had been told by the mechanic team outside to provide proof when I went to pay. The cashier then told me I was supposed to provide it when I handed over my ticket not after - well, Scott, just so you know I don't have a crystal ball to tell me how Walmarts computers run so please clue me in on how I am supposed to know that? He then proceeded to b*tch moan and complain about having to then ring up each thing on my slip because the computer no longer would scan off the main barcode. At one point at the end he decided to apologize for the long wait (it took less then 5 minutes which I only know because he told a coworker he couldn't go do something because he was supposed to be off 3 minutes ago). The wait didn't bother me, his need to chew me out and then complain about every aspect of his job did.I only chose that location because it was convenient for me to swing in to after work and before heading north to check on my horses. Can't say I'm inclined to stop back in after this experience which ultimately sucks because bantering with the mechanics about old farm trucks and the smell of hay was delightful and the install was on point.Short version - the mechanics rocked but they need to retrain their checkout staff. Good luck to anyone in the future dealing with that absolute load of nonsense

There was vehicle in line before me and there were 5 guys working on it. Only 1 of the 3 bays they have were in use. It took them 1 1/2 hours to put 2 tires on my car. When it was done no one came to the waiting room to let me know, so I sat there for another 15 minutes before I asked what is going on with my car.

I'd rate zero stars if possible. Came in to get my oil changed, only one person in front of me. I wander around the store for an hour, finally decide to buy some things. I go to check out, hand in my slip from the tire/lube department. They cashier says I can't pay at the register I need to pay there. I walk over there, the guy at the counter tells me,"you can't pay at a register until we are finished servicing your vehicle." So I sit down and wait. As I'm sitting there I see all kinds of vehicles being helped and don't see mine anywhere. Almost two hours since I arrived and checked my car in. I get up and ask the guy to check on my vehicle. He comes back saying they couldn't even service it because they didn't have the right bolt/tools. His response, 'I'm sorry, I thought they called you already." Yeah no. They didn't. I wasted two hours for literally no reason. Now I need to take more time out of my busy schedule to go to JiffyLube which actually has the appropriate tools. Walmart needs to sort their communication out or hire different people.

Arrived about 10:05 am. Despite the fact that I was first in line, and the ONLY car there when I pulled up, it was 11:50 before they finished an OIL CHANGE. That's almost 2 hours of my day. That one star is for the price. I can't get that time back.

This is a smaller Walmart, there's no fresh produce or bakery or anything. There is frozen food available and canned goods and pasta and that sort. This is my favorite Walmart in the area, the staff are nicer than other locations and it's better organized and generally a less stressful shopping experience. Lines can be long, like all Walmarts, they typically only have 1 or 2 cashier's.

I've heard alot of bad things about Walmart tire and lube, inexperienced workers long wait times ect. In my case none of that was true I came in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced 40 minutes later I was on my way, no more vibration, tires were mounted in the right direction and properly torqued, all for half the price of an average tire shop.

I've been changing my own oil for 20 plus years and now decided the amount I'm saving isn't worth it. I get all my fluids checked, and other points inspected that I wouldn't normally do and it i schedule a oil change during a special it's even better.

I double and triple checked with them over the phone that they could install tires that I bought from this store. They turned me away and couldn't install.

I would give these guys six or seven stars if it were an option! They changed my tires after closing and they did it in 19 minutes flat! Great job walmart!
