CAREFUL WITH THIS CROOKSI gave them my own oil and they didn t let me keep my left over, plus didn t top off the oil level to the right point. It was right at the half. Very irresponsible, if I don t check my car would brake since VTEC needs to have oil at the right level. When I asked why didn t they top it off they just said that was a safe level, but adding more wouldn t hurt it. COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND IGNORANTS.THE ONLY REASON I CAME HERE WAS BECAUSE I COULDNT REMOVE MY DRAINPLUG DUE TO MY LAST OIL CHANGE HERE THEY OVER-TIGHTEN MY DRAIN PLUG AT 27lbs.They charged me 30 bucks even though I brought everything, and couldn t even make the job correctly, had to buy another gallon to top it off.I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Horrible service, I have a tires warranty purchase at this Walmart and the guy in the picture wanted me to purchase another set in order to change the old tires, I have paperwork and he would still not do it because, he s in charge, or I can came back tomorrow and talk to another supervisor He was just so rude not only to me but to other customers too, he needs to be talk to by he s supervisor.

Good service, had to wait a while for the tire rotations but everyone patient and kind. Would return next time auto service needed. Price was very reasonable.

They got me in quick for an oil change on my Mom's Toyota Corolla, and were happy to allow an upgrade to the Genuine OEM Toyota oil filter, which is available in the in-store auto supplies section. Just pay for the filter as an additional charge, which is quite fair. I was able to spec Full synthetic Mobil 1 motor oil. They have a variety of oil brands available. The price was quite reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciate being able to specify the oil and filter brand that I prefer.Service: Oil change

Was no help. Had a flat in the parking lot and they will not change the tire on the property unless you are in the garage. Lucky for me some kind Samaritan stopped and changed the tire for me and I got two new tires at Les Schwab.

Always come here to get my oil changes and and tire work done at this location sometimes the waits may be a little longer but the services are always great! Pulled up at 4:30 there were no cars in line for either of the tire change bays. They told me they could not do my 2 tires that day because they had other lune customers and needed time to close. I wouldn t be upset but the guy inside said there would be no issue getting tires done today. I was already weary about using them as last time they damaged my vehicle and didn t fix it as promised. I will pay the premium to have a professional shop do it.Service: Tires

Had to get tires for the car and got lucky and got a Monday off of with so I didn't have to do it on a busy weekend. Showed up just around 7 to be right at the front of the line. Doors were still closed at 710 so I called. I was told that the key for the alarm couldn't be found and that he would get it open as soon as they could find someone with a key. He said he had been there since 630 so it might still be a little. Around 740 a woman walked out, with no alarms ringing mind you, and said that they were closed for the day as they had no techs to work. I may be no genius but I'm smart enough to figure out when stories don't mesh. One of them was lying to me, if not both. Won't be back and I would suggest you don't go yourselves.

My tire broke down on the freeway the other day they were my closes parking lot to limp to. The security guards let me leave my car overnight in the parking lot because they don't carry my tire on hand, put that was ok because I already had tires on the way and a old spare in my yard. The next day I took my old tire in the tire center swapped out hem out for me for free that way I could get my car home. I went back the next day to have my new tires put on. The care manager and the auto lead was very nice and helped me with respect. Thank you so much for the care you provide for me.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE.Walmart is COMPLETELY unprofessional. After having our tires less than 3 weeks, we had a tire with a slow leak. After putting air in the tire for the 2nd time, we took our car back to Walmart due to being within the warranty of service. When we arrived, it was found out at our initial appointment, they had lost the specialty tool needed to removed my lugs. As Walmart does not have this tool themselves, I was instructed I needed to leave their property to purchase elsewhere AND THEN return to have them inspect my car. After I inspected the car myself (as they indicated they looked for the tool) I found the tool in the front passenger seat. When I approached them again with this information, no apology was provided, simply "you now need to wait back in line for your turn." After waiting now 2+ hours for a tire inspection, I was informed it was due to a nail and I had to pay for their time. While I understand a business needs to charge people to stay in business, the fact I did not receive one apology from any employee or manager, or a credit for the $16 repair that took them over 3+ hours at the end of the day and "lost" my tool and I had to find myself.Don't bother saving the maybe $100 in tire cost. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE because you will end up eating the funds by having to time take off work to fix issues that shouldn't be there. Becuase yes, if they hadn't lost our lug tool in the first place, they could have seen right away the tire damage was due to a nail. Rather than telling my husband to leave their property to find said tool (Because of course no one could offer to leave and get themselves and have us return at a later time in the day when they had the tool).Service: Auto tire replacement

I called three times and was transferred to the auto care center three times but never actually talked to anyone from the auto care center because they wouldn t pick up. I asked the woman who transferred my call those three times if she was able to look up tire sizes for me and she very rudely said she didn t know how but she could transfer me again. I said that didn t work the last three times and then she just hung up on me. I m sure even if I had gotten through to the auto center they would be about as helpful as the previous woman.

I made an appointment for tires and arrive at the time and they didn t have my tires. The prices of their tires online are wrong and will be offset by having to order, which is another hassle because if Walmart orders for you they charge more. When I went in today, the guy told me I had the wrong size tires but when I looked on my door, my tires were right. There is a whole lot of incompetence at this center. The woman who booked me, didn t even book me, even though I had to repeat my number to her 5x yet I still wasn t booked. I had to be there at 9 from Portland. Which was a wasted trip because they told me they didn t have my tire. The woman who took care of my appointment even quotes me $340. How did they not know about me or have the tires I set an appointment for. Do NOT GO! Pay an extra $100 for better service.

So my wife's tire got flat and her window was busted and I stop by the store to get the tire fixed and the nice lady I think her name is Stephanie and she asked about the size tire on the car and spoke to someone on the floor and said it was ok to bring to tire before 7 which is closing at the time we spoke to her at 4:30 so we brought tire back at 5 to put the tire and it was different Rep and his name is Nathaniel. He walks into the room and he see that I have the flat tire in my hand and didn't even asked to see what my concerns were he went straight to the point and stated he was booked and we aren't accepting anymore customers and I said to him that it was ok to because the representative before said it was ok.He refused to help so instead he calls a lead or supervisor to come help. Patiently waiting Nathaniel insists on not helping me. But this nice gentleman named Ian came in and kindly assisted me and it took him 15 mins to fix the tire... The experience was great with Ian but the experience with Nathaniel was horrible. Whoever is manager for the tire department I beg you please demote Nathaniel and Promote Ian....Service: Auto tire replacement

Bought trailer tires online. One of the tires wasn't the right fit (my bad) and we were told that they cannot accept returns at the store and we would need to take it to USPS because we initially had them shipped to our house. After trying to fill out the return form, we found out the tires are non refundable which I didn't remember seeing anywhere at checkout. After wondering around the store for 1.5 hours without a call or text we finally asked and were told they have been done. Great, wasted who knows how long just walking around Walmart. Got them to the trailer and they looked flat. The techs didnt read the PSI printed on the tire (65 - trailer tires are different) and only filled it to a standard cars pressure of 32. Thank goodness I have an air compressor in my car otherwise I would have wasted even more of my time.Service: Tires

Waited for an hour for my oil change the guy said the oil plug was to tight and ended up at the Jiffy Lube turns out my plug was completely fine almost brand new and the they had 3 cars with same thing. This employee is lying to get out of work trying to get ahold of management so they stop wasting peoples time.

Walmart have become filthy from every aspect the checkout counters to the restrooms and as your leaving your treated like a criminal when they demand receipt of the things you just purchased I'm done with Walmarts because my experience is they all act the same

Great job! Benny the manager helped provide great service when he recognized there was a line forming in the auto center queue. He noticed I was purchasing wiper blades and had them installed after my purchase since my car was already being serviced. Thanks for improving my experience Benny.

They messed up on my tires and then refused to touch my car because I told them to not take the key out of the ignition. It was a fight to get them to fix their own mistake, the tires were cheap but the price definitely wasnt worth the quality of work done on my car. Knowing my business wont make a difference to them at all I've still decided that I absolutely will not be returning for any type of car services...

I went to Walmart auto center to just change my tires! before I brought in my car it was totally fine, working perfectly. When they gave me back my car after changing only the tires. it had no power whatsoever, it didn t go past 20miles per hr. Every time I put it in drive they car would jump. No one could explain why my car was like that, their excuse is that supposedly My car was already like that. If that was the case why didn t they just stop and brought to my attention what was happening to my car before the service.

Called ahead to order the tires I needed, the person I spoke with said it would take 1-2 days and they would give me a call when the tires got in. Four days later, no call. So I called them, after 20min of being on hold someone tells me that they have had the tires for a few days. I then ask if I need to make an appointment to get the tires changed out, they tell me no, and to just show up. I show up the next day and ask how long it will be, the associate tells me about 1-1.5hrs because one person is ahead of me. No big deal, I go get lunch, then check in. The tire change hasn't been started. So I wait in their waiting room for another hour and fourty minutes. No one comes to get me, so I ask again how much longer for my car and they say 20min. Fourty minutes later my car is finally done, and I've spent almost 4 and a half hours for a freaking tire change that I apparently didn't need an appointment for. Terrible service. At least be honest about how long people will be stuck here.

don't bother calling them they don't pick up. once you arrive here, you'll notice no one will work on your car. it seems like they're all busy with something except fixing cars.

Spent 20 minutes on hold to be told the wheels they sell online with the tires that they won t actually install them. Can t tell me if that s the right fit. His name was Lawrence, super negative attitude poor customer service. Save your time and money and call a real wheel shop can t believe how the guy on the phone wasnt informative and really hard to listen too. Wasn t helpful and basically told me he can t help at all. He s not qualified to do anything exept change tiresAsked if there was someone else I can speak to but he insisted he or his team won t help.0 stars for Lawrence

$50 synthetic oil change. Not bad at all. Everyone was super nice. Quick service. It's first come service so if you're in a hurry or need an appointment try something else. Everyone's main complaint seems to be price/time but I think it's a great deal and to have 2 cars in front of me and be out in under half an hour...that's gold to me.

Got told I can bring in a snow tire once featured and has good tread left on it. I can in this morning and was told Again not a problem and that it would be done in 20 mins. I walked around and waited for an hour before being called back up and told that absolutely No Way would they mount the tire because it is Damaged since studs were pulled out. I offered invoicing proof that they have done tires like this for me earlier this year and they said no and escprted me to my vehicle. Worst place to deal with "Honest" employees.

This place ain't the same anymore the new workers Just take there sweet time and now oil changes ranges from 2-3 hours a car smh last time I visit they said to changed my oil filter when they never did .Lazy People can't stand them Step it up Walmart will be going to Valvoline,there a bit pricey compared to Walmart but atleast They do the job and do it in 20 mins a visit
