Great shop, take your car here.I've been here twice now, first for tires, then for corrective maintenance. This shop is good, fast, and competitively priced. They had my tires on in 45 minutes. My car's check engine light was diagnosed and corrected by the end of the day along with some preventative maintenance items I requested. Maintenance items included a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty. Customers in the waiting room spoke highly of the customer service at this shop. I am satisfied and will be back next time I need tires or maintenance for any car.

Rip-Off! Never go to them for check engine light - they charge a flat $139 to get the OBD codes but won't fix the problem! The day I scheduled a tire rotation the light came on & they charged $175 for 35 minutes work, but didn't even reset the TPMS!

I ABSOLUTELY could NOT recommend these guys enough, they are complete saints!! They've spent weeks working on my Honda, a bad purchase in hindsight, and showed me so much grace and respect and patience. They really worked with me and exhausted absolutely all options before eventually deciding it would be more costly to fix it than it's worth, and didn't try to push more repairs on me (not that they ever tried to pressure me to begin with). At that point, they asked me some questions about the issues with the minivan I had tried to replace since I mentioned I wasn't able to sell it yet. Further, they asked me to bring it in so they could take a quick look at it. We realized the repairs would be worth it (compared to trying to find another beater to buy, like the Honda, for three times the cost of these repairs) and they got me back on the road in a vehicle that's perfect for my old dog with very recently diagnosed cancer. I learned the terrible news just moments before I received their call to get the van, the day I'm writing this, and they were so kind and heartfelt to me. On top of being absolutely swell people to work with, these guys have very reasonable rates and they genuinely care about the cars they work on, the people that drive them, and all without breaking the bank! Special shout out to Gordon, Eric, and Jacob for working so closely with me and being so incredibly genuine. But an equal shout-out to the workers behind the scenes that helped make it all happen. Give em all a raise! I give this shop a million stars -- they've earned another regular customer!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

After driving the streets with slick tires, I realized I needed new shoes for my jeeps feet. New kevlar wrangler tires, and an alignment, makes it feel like a new vehicle. Thanks guys job well done. Also after I purchased the tires online and scheduled for the following Monday, they got the tires in the same day and had me in and done by 1030 the next morning.

Came to have 4 wheels and tires put on my car. The gentleman changed the price once he saw the car was a Lexus. Stating that he will charge more for this wheel and tire job, than what the person who referred me here, informed me the shop charges. He marked up the price by 200%. Since I wanted to get it done, I took him to proceed. A Hispanic customer shows up after me, looking to change one tire, a $50 job. He proceeds to begin working on the Hispanic gentleman's tire job instead of mine. I ask him, why is he working on someone's car who came after me, he then says if I want him to do the job, he will do after this car or I can take my business else where. He then turns to the Hispanic customer and starts speaking in Spanish. I heard the Hispanic customer tell him to finish my job since I came first, he ignores his advice and works on the other car anyway. The job he eventually did on my car was not worth the money or that good of a balancing on the tires. Had to go elsewhere and pay for rework. Avoid this shop, proceed to come to vancouver tire shop at your own peril.

My back brakes were replaced today. It took two hours. The quote I received was the lowest I found. The customer service was great. My brakes sound so much better and everyone did a great job. The people here are always friendly and professional. Had brakes done and an oil change. I was quoted a price before they did any work, and that's what I paid, no surprise additions. I was able to pick my car up before the estimated time, which is always nice.

I came here for a vehicle inspection check before my cross country trek. I didn t expect I would meet two of the most awesome men I had the absolute pleasure and privilege of talking to (Gordon and Eric). I truly feel blessed to have been referred to them! They are extremely kind, honest, respectful, intelligent/educated, hardworking; and we shared amazing conversations. They really made me day; and offered me good honest advice and a total vehicle inspection at an extremely reasonable cost. I saw them treat other customers with the same respect giving discounts to help people out. I really admire these guys and will refer them to others. My new go to trustworthy mechanics.

If you re looking for an honest shop where they truly care about the customer, then look no further than Vancouver Tire and Auto! I ve gotten oil changes, had routine maintenance, and purchased and installed tires here. Each visit has been nothing short of amazing. They make sure you have a clear understanding of cost, the work being done, and are patient with any questions that may arise. Most recently, they went above and beyond when I came in with a blown engine two weeks before Christmas. Despite moving from Vancouver, this will continue to be my go-to shop and I will refer friends and family every chance I get. Thank you Gordon and team for all that you do!

These guys are the best! My husband has been using them for his company vehicle for years, so I started going there too. Not only is there no high pressure sales, but they stand by their work. Good place! Got an alignment and our vehicle runs much straighter down the road. Pleasant folks that work there as well, which is nice in an auto shop place. I received a detailed report on where my alignment was out of whack and how they fixed it.

Good ol'fashioned, no nonsense, honest service garage. The manager and his crew are super friendly and get the job done right. Top notch service and no BS. While I've always preferred to do my own wrench turning, I am less able to do so these days. I'm happy to trust my rides to this team.

Vancouver Tire & Auto has amazing customer service. They took me as a walk-in on a busy day to help remove a plastic screw that had broken and gotten lodged while I was removing my out of state plates.They ended up having to melt out the old plastic screw! They even put my new plates on for me. My husband and I will definitely be using these guys for all of our future auto needs.

I m a female in my teens, with a toddler and i went to several people to fix my car and what I needed fixed never got achieved until this place. Good folks who know what they re doing. For a considerably decent price. I will recommend this place to anyone! Cant thank you enough!

"First-class service", have had them servicing my fleet vehicle and they always get me in and out quickly. The staff is professional and friendly.I have been working with Gordon, and he and his staff are great at what they do, Gordon has been running this business for over 2 decades and takes care of every customer like they are family. Go get your auto/tire needs taken care of by a local business owner that cares about you and your family, you will be impressed by the integrity with which they operate. 5 stars all the way!

I came here after having a less than stellar experience at another place up the road. The guys were super busy, but the were incredibly friendly. I just needed to have 2 screws removed from my tire. I was told it would be about an hour and half, which was totally fine.What sets this place apart from other tire shops, is they have an incredibly comfortable waiting area. The chairs are all in great shape and super cozy, there is a big tv on the wall and they give you the remote to watch whatever you want. There is a little kids section for kiddos to play.I really felt comfortable while waiting. As a woman, I think this is incredibly important. Feeling out of place in a shop type of environment, can make or break me going in on my own. And for a bonus! Not one single person tried to push any other service on me! I waited, they worked, I paid and I left. Not one solicitation!I thanked the guy and told him how great his shop was and I could honestly see and feel the pride he has in running a nice place. I will go back there again and I will send my friends and fam as well.

These guys run a very efficient shop! They communicated clearly, completed their work in a timely manner, and were friendly through the entire process. They made sure everyone that walked in understood what work would be done, why, and at what price. I overheard one of the employees say to another customer "We could charge you just to charge you, but thats not how we operate". These guys have exceptional integrity. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Parts store alternator price $54. Price charged by these crooks $194 to my 75 year old Mother. Replace battery ,alternator and oil change. Total price $519.00. Called Goodyear headquarters. They say this outfit is not affiliated with them. I would deny it too.

I have come back to Vancouver Tire and Auto several times in the last two years. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and not only had tires fixed, but bought an excellent quality set of tires. Just recently, I took my car in to have a nail removed and the tire repaired. I was quoted two hours--the lot was packed--but got a call just an hour later telling me it was finished and ready. The store is right on Andresen, so easy to get to. If I have any tire needs, I want to go here first.

Great business, great people. They are honest and try to provide you with what you need and not a bunch of extras that hit your pocketbook for no reason. I ve gotten a couple sets of tires from them but I also get my preventative maintenance done here. Guess what, I ve never had a maintenance issue since I ve been taking my vehicles here so I m happy. I am on the road for work and so having a reliable piece of transportation is a must have. They save me time and money and hope this review commits someone on the fence to giving them a shot. You won t regret it.

I called Friday and made an appointment to have them look at my brakes on Saturday. They looked at my brakes, went over the estimate, told me their recommendations, and gave me fast, efficient service that day. My brakes work great. The job was done in just a few hours and I really appreciated the honesty and how they took the time to talk to me. I will be going back for other services, they do more than tires....I can see why they are AAA approved. Thanks for the great service!
