Tony from Vancouver Rv sales made this buy easy! Came in on his day off to boot! Great shop service as well. They were fast and very professional. And thanks to the office staff. Exactly what they said no additional fees ect and also kept me intertained as well. Great experience thanks guys!

I can't say enough about the service and help we received at Vancouver RV, from Rod and Trisha and the team. We purchased a Forest River High Wall HW296, and it arrived with a few minor repairs that needed to be done. Rod and Trisha made sure everything was done and repaired correctly and told Forest River the issue with one side of our pop up, and they went to bat for us, and got the siding completely replaced. They were always courteous, friendly and kept us up to date on when things would be completed. Appreciate their great service!

My husband and I bought our first trailer today from Vancouver RV - we had the pleasure of working with Doug and the experience was nothing short of excellence! He was everything you hope for with a salesman; patient, honest, reliable, and so much more. We look forward to coming back to Vancouver RV in the future when we are ready to upgrade!

Tony helped us a lot. He consistently responded to my texts promptly regardless of whether he was "on the clock". We purchased our trailer and and planned to pick it up sometime later. After some discussion we decided we wanted the license plates to be sent to Vancouver RV instead of our home in California. I called the person handling that a couple of times and didn't get a response. I finally texted Tony and asked him for help. He was persistent and made sure that my plates were being sent to Vancouver RV.

I don't usually write reviews, unless the service was either exemplary or incredibly bad. Vancouver RV was exemplary in their recent warranty repair on our brand new 5th wheel. we recently bought our dream 2022 Forest River 36 FL wildwood heritage glen elite in Meridian Idaho (Bish's) after searching throughout the PNW for the best price on our floorplan. Shortly after purchase and arriving home in Battle Ground, WA (7 hours drive to Meridian) our refrigerator went out. We contacted Forest River and had a mobile tech come out and take a look. He determined the fridge was bad and to "argue" with Forest River to replace the entire fridge instead of "throwing parts at it". I agreed, but was bummed I would have to start fighting red tape and roadblocks to get a new fridge. We contacted Forest River and the agreed to provide us a new fridge, strangely without any argument. They sent us a list of local RV repair shops for us to take it to, Vancouver RV Center being one of the shops....My first thought was "this was my worst nightmare." I'm going to have to take it to a place that I didn't purchase it from, and they're going to put me last on the list, putting their own customers first. I came to that conclusion after reading forums about other people who have had to have warranty work done on their RV from a place they didn't buy it from. I was worried I would have to take it somewhere and wait weeks or months for the work to be done.We contacted Vancouver RV Center and talked with Trisha Smith who then worked directly with Forest River to get my fridge shipped, keeping me in the loop the entire time. Trisha contacted us a few day later and told us our fridge had been shipped by ground and should arrive in 3-5 days. She then took the initiative to schedule us an appointment for the anticipated arrival. The fridge arrived on schedule and the work was done in 2 days, in addition to additional warranty!!! we picked up our 5th wheel yesterday and are heading out tomorrow to enjoy it. From the time the mobile tech told us "you need a new fridge" to the time we picked it up with a new fridge installed by Vancouver RV Center was just over 3 weeks, start to finish....and the only reason it took that long was because Forest River had to approve the fridge, Dometic had to ship it, and then cross country ground freight. Once it got to Vancouver it only took 2 business days to complete the work.Thank you Vancouver RV Center, you will have a returning customer. Duane Boynton

I love Vancouver RV. See Tony in Sales. He's a gem! My wife and I had scouted sales of a particular travel trailer brand/model that we really, really like. I stumbled on a 2018 for sale at a competitive price at Vancouver RV on the same day it went online. I contacted Tony and asked him to please, please hold the trailer until I could get down there the next day from Tacoma to see it and make a deposit. I was sure it was exactly what we wanted. And it was! Tony held it for me even though he got multiple more people contacting him about it. No pressure from Tony at all on the sale. He gave us a discount due to some damage that we'd need to repair. Then the service team got it all checked out, repaired some additional damage and set it up for us with full propane tanks, new batteries, some new bulbs for burned out lights. The walk-through was expertly handled. The whole transaction could not have been smoother. And then, when I had an issue of my own making 15 minutes after leaving the lot with the trailer, the service manager drove out to meet me and help me get settled. Terrific service and customer care. You know what also impressed me is that I picked up the trailer on one of those massive heat wave days, and the service manager start their day very early and leave early before the real heat hit. That's caring for your people. And don't forget: see Tony in Sales!

I have to say my experience @ Vancouver RV was over the top! I had gone to another RV store who sold me a hitch that did not work for my truck. They went out a looked at the truck and still sold me the wrong part and would not take it back Trisha in the service center was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct hitch and followed up with me to make sure that I wad happy. I highly recommend Vancouver RV

Our first RV! This was the first time for us on an RV lot to look. We had been reviewing several models of RV's that would fit our family needs but also work with our tow Vehicle (2020 Kia Telluride). There were some very good points and some others that need to be addressed.I had spoken with Tony prior to arrival and when we met in person he was aware of our unique needs and although the model we were specifically interested in was not available that day he was able to locate 2 other similar models that would work and we settled on the 2021 Wildwood FSX 17DBK. The next challenge was we hoped to have it for the following weekend for camping, but was initially told that it would be nearly two weeks to get it PDI'ed. Everything was overwhelming their system and they were so far behind in deliveries it was not likely. He ended up checking and was able to arrange for us to pick it up on Friday before our camping trip. As we were having to travel 3 hours to pick it up I was grateful that the tech that stayed late to help on a holiday weekend did so.I am puzzled as to why the trailer was not PDI'ed prior to putting on the lot as it had sat for "some" time for a "bad" lot worker to steal not only the bluetooth speaker from this unit, but from the other ones with it on the lot. Seems like that should have been long enough to have done the inspection to allow for the unit to be delivered to a customer much more quickly than 2 weeks. I appreciate that it was made to happen for us still.Another challenge we are facing is getting in touch with parts and service. We have a voucher but have had to buy all our parts/accessories elsewhere because no one was available. I have been trying to call and have left messages and no one returns calls. In fact, to refer to your business as an RV Center I had wrongly assumed that would mean that they cater to RV market. For first time RV'ers I was hoping that maybe there is a starter kit of accessories (sewer hose, water hose, etc.) that I could purchase if not provided. Maybe not the extra's like a water filter, but just the basics. How about installing of the electronic trailer brake? It could be done, but involves the magical 2 Week wait to get it done. I ended up getting the brake installed at another business. In my mind I imagine an RV Center as a place to get full service but I feel like this is an add on to the Toyota Dealership kind of like a "side hustle" not their bread and butter so not a priority. I feel like if I was willing and able to wait out process I would have good service and a good product, but you will have to WAIT... I never even haggled the price and went with nearly every option presented. The sales side of the house was great to work with, but the it lacks in other areas.Overall for the price and sales experience it was better than ok, but for ongoing support and service I have some serious doubts. I am not "local" so will need to find a different place to get service anyway. Might check with them again when I upgrade, but not WOWED to go out of my way to Vancouver RV.

Trisha was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly! They seem to have a little bit of everything--and even said they could order factory replacement parts for our Wildwood Destination trailer, which we've had an AWFUL time trying to find!Looking forward to partnering with these guys for all our RV needs! Really glad we stopped in today!

Awesome experience start to finish!! Tony waited on us with no pressure and kindness. He was very knowledgeable about all the RV's and helped us find the perfect one. Trish met us at the service area where she and Tim worked with us to show us how to use the trailer and options for certain add- ons. Again no pressure but soooo helpful and fun! Jesse from parts helped to get us all serviced with the parts that we needed quickly and courteously. Tim walked us through every part of the RV and even gave suggestions we did not think about as far as set up. Tom helped with finance and was so friendly and kind. We did not even know this service department existed but it sure beats going all the way over to Camping World and kinder. We were shocked how nice and friendly every one was from viewing the rvs to finance to walk through to parts and service. We are definitely fans. It was a class A experience!!!!

We purchased a Go trailer from this retailer and it was supposed to include a spare tire which it did not and we have been fighting them for the last 3 weeks to get the right tire sent to us and they do not respond to our emails I feel like they have taken our money in just forgotten about us. yes you sent a spare tire, but that tire does not Mount on the go easy trailer we purchased, it mounts on the go easy trailer, 2 entirely different trailers. I spent 2 hrs trying to install this only to determine it was not the right tire. I emailed the sales person the eve of Sept 3rd about this and never did hear back from him. So the amount of time and emails I have spent on this trying to get some resolution is not what I consider an outstanding experience. Although the tire you sent me will fit on the hub of the axle, it does not fit in the space where it is to be mounted. I really don't want to have to load and unload a spare tire each time i use the trailer, that negates the whole point of the trailer as far a usable space.

I had a few issues upon pick up but they took care of it right away.Jesse in parts is AMAZING he's been my saving grace while needing parts. He's a true asset to the company. He knows what he's talking about and will route you the best direction. The man needs a raise. I have nothing but fantastic words to say about him.

I purchased my first RV from Vancouver RV. I had a great experience, it was almost too easy.Tom helped us on the first day, he is very knowledgeable and spent his time answering my questions and explaining in detail the differences in RV build quality. I liked that he did not put down other types of construction but rather gave us the information for us to make a informed decision.Tony helped us on our next visit. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the finance process and answering my new questions along with giving tips on RV ownership. It was very relaxing and stress free.Overall i am very happy we chose to come here. I can tell they really like what they do and don't pressure you into anything your not comfortable with. In the future if i need to upgrade i will definitely come back here.

I've purchased my last two RV's from Vancouver RV Center and have had ZERO problems with the purchase(s) and Customer Service has been better than I expected. Service Manager Rob Dawson squeezed me in for some minor warranty work when his schedule was packed..I looked at his desk calendar. The sales person was not aggressive and allowed my wife and I to look the trailers over, while being available for any questions we had. I'm sorry I can't recall his name, but he was a man who genuinely loved his job. After the sale, it's all about Customer Service and the Vancouver RV Center has you covered.

Took my trailer to get repaired at their shop located in the building next to dealer. Then I Went over to sales talked to a Gentleman by the name of Roger he was super helpful and answered every single question we had over the next couple of days. The Manager Tom helped finish the sale and he was also amazing great customer service and any question I had he answered. I would recommend buying a trailer from here. I will be buying my next trailer from here when the time comes. Also really fair on their pricesJust picked up my new trailer and had the pleasure of working with Jessie Schenfeli. He walked me through the trailer and showed me everything it had and function of my trailer. He also gave me lots of tips on how to treat the trailer to make parts in it last much longer. Great experience.

My boyfriend bought an RV here a few weeks back. We were nervous and tired from visiting so many other RV dealers. We met Daniel and he instantly put us at ease. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He also was very relaxed about everything and that made us feel like he was not just trying to sell us but he cared about our experience. If your looking for an RV then I would absolutely recommend you ask for Daniel when you go. Thanks!

As soon as we arrived we were kindly welcomed by our sales rep, Michael. Michael was an excellent person to work with and we would highly recommend him! He was very attentive and answered all our questions. We were able to see many different models and layouts, helping us decide. Michael was very helpful and understanding, and he had a big part in helping us make a decision on what models we liked. Overall, we had a great experience with our sales rep Michael and would highly recommend him as their RV guide!

Very pleasant experience. Actually bought the Sylvansport Go, over the phone. Tony in RV sales had everything ready and done by the time I took the weekend and drove 700+ miles to pick up my New Adventure Trailer . All I had to do was a few signatures while Tony had hooked up everything to my Toyota Tacoma pro, ready for me to start my adventure. Thanks Tony

Just bought my 2019 Rockwood Mini Lite from the crew at Vancouver RV Center, Michael Vallee was about the easiest sales person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The Delivery was handled by Jessie and was very complete and you can just tell he really cares about his customer experience. All in all I can't recommend this dealer highly enough. 10/10

Bought an early model 2020 Rockwood in Sept 2019 that came with a grill instead of the updated griddle that now comes with models produced after July 2019. Tom and Rod were very gracious and ordered me that griddle that I really wanted. Tom also helped to settle another issue that really wasn't even his department so I'm very grateful for that as well. Great service and will recommend to others. Thank so much for ensuring we had a great experience.

Bad experience with Doug Marcus very unprofessional . Deal was done and paper s signed. 7 days later when we went to pickup our camper apparently there was a problem with our trade in. Dealership had VIN number for 7 days. Do your research before you make a deal and have ALL papers signed. A call would have been nice instead of us showing up to the parts department for our scheduled install and Them telling us they were told not to do it. Doug told us we misrepresented our trade in which was NOT true. He need s to be quiet and listen instead of saying oh it will work out, it s out ok , that s good enough... Doug makes promises that he can t keep or approve. When we went to talk with him about the problem he was very rude and disrespectful. At this point my husband said forget it. We are done with him and are purchasing elsewhere. We would have been willing to make a good down payment if, he would have been nice to us when we came in to resolve issue. No We did not bring the title in the next day. Doug Marcus told us to bring it in over the weekend so your statement below is a LIE. And there is ABSOLUTELY NO dry rot in out trailer... also LIE.The bottom line is Doug should not be doing sales for you guys PERIOD.

I bought this trailer 2 years ago new, Doug was the salesman at the time friendly and not pressuring we had a great experience with the purchase of trailer. However the service department has not been great and this is what led to this review and will keep me from coming back and upsizing our trailer from Vancouver rv. Setting up a appointment was a joke multiple voicemails to not get a call back when finally did set up an appointment it was months out and when dropped off on the service date it sat over a week with out being seen and no contact with updates was made. Lastly an upgrade service warranty agreement doesn t cover anything if it s past 1 year manufacturers warranty I got charged a lot without any knowledge and services I didn t request when asked why there was no good answer just said it s a service agreement and not a warranty. I also reminded Trisha to-please call if there are charges not covered and I declined when there was two issues brought up not covered yet I still got charged $411 for me to be told all is good and a dab of sealant around speaker that was not requested if first place. Don t get scammed and I m ok if they don t need my business.

Doug at the RV Center was hands down one of the nicest guys my husband and I have met! Friendly, helpful, not pushy. Helped get our family into our first RV & I'm telling everyone I know, go see him! Bryan in the Toyota finance dept was also top notch, down to earth, and even gave us RV'ing tips & camping spots to try out. Great, easy experience!

Doug, the salesperson was phenomenal with us. We spent a lot of time looking and RV 's to make sure we made the right decision We stopped by Vancouver RV and Doug greeted us, showed us some RV's and was very patient with us as we waited to make our decision on what RV to get. We returned to Vancouver RV because of Doug and the no pressure attitude that he presented to us. We had a vandalism issue after we took delivery of our new RV and when we reached back out to Doug, he and the manager Tom took care of us and our RV. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to Doug, Tom and the whole crew at Vancouver RV. Great job guys, Thank you for our RV!!!!!
