Sales: Great! They re really friendly and super helpful! Although I won t be getting a Hyundai as it just wasn t a match, they understood. They answered almost all of my questions immediately each time I went to research a car. The ones they didn t know the answer to, they went to find out asap. Good sales 5 starsService: Ridiculously busy and have to schedule far out. Can t schedule multiple things for one day (theft vehicle update & oil change). Would ve had to schedule them separately months apart. Friend had bought a brand new Hyundai and followed maintenance book. In 6 years, they NEVER looked at her air cabin filter or replaced it. I ended up replacing it for her because it needed it but for something so simple and routine that they missed multiple times? I wonder what else they missHyundai cars themselves: low build quality/cheap, not that great of reliability, something always seems like it s breaking. Their basically slightly better kias

I was met by a young lady (sorry I forgot her name) IMMEDIATELY as I drove up. She took me inside explained what they were going to do in regards to the recall items, offered me refreshments and showed me where I could wait. She has the perfect personality for the job. Shortly after Brenda came out to let me know that they had all the parts needed so I wouldn't need to come back. The entire visit went without a hiccup. I enjoyed my visit and love to recommend this dealership and my love of my Santa Fe.

Called to simply get an ESTIMATE on a timing belt and water pump replacement, from Service. They said they had to transfer me to Parts, to see if they had the parts in stock, then have Parts transfer me back to Service, to see about the labor. They said they would probably have to special order the parts first, and I'd have to ORDER AND PAY for the parts ahead of time, before scheduling with Service. GIVE ME A BREAK. I've never encountered such nonsense in my life. People want their car fixed, turn-key -- that's the whole point of going to the dealership. I schedule the repair, you order the parts and fix the car, and I pay the money -- not sure what is so hard to understand about that. Apparently the dealership is so tight with money they can't afford to risk a few bucks tied up in inventory just in case the customer cancels the repair. And to bring this full circle: I ONLY WANTED TO GET AN ESTIMATE - wasn't even trying to schedule anything yet. What kind of Service department can't give an estimate and makes you talk to the parts department first? This is ludicrous. Skip this place and their silly games.

The Service Department seriously lacks in the communication area. At one time, the service manager actually communicated what services were provided and any additional maintenance that might be required. My last two visits for service, there was no communication except from the cashier requesting payment.

Back in September, I made a service appointment for a recall notice. The next appointment wasn't until December. A week prior to the appointment, I called and was able to confirm the appointment and details about the recall. I showed up for the appointment today only to be told that my car is too old to be worked on by their team. My car didn't age THAT much since the appointment was scheduled in September. Why did they schedule the appointment in the first place? Why did they not tell me last week when I called and confirmed?

As promised, I am removing the negative review. It took this dealership a week to fix the error on the dashboard/calibrate my car (and I had to rent a car). It was too much considering I've only been an owner for five months. I hope the owner takes the feedback seriously and spends some time providing additional training to his employees (especially Brenda G. (service department) and Brandon P. (sales department).

Went in to see about a car for my daughter. Had great service from Jennifer. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable with all the questions i had. One of the most professional yet fun times ive had car shopping, possibly ever. Looking forward to coming back to work with her and my daughter to pick her first car as soon as she gets her permit.

Made an appt and took 3 months to get in for a recall. Also my 2021 Santa Fe has been stalling out with trying to start, so we wanted them to look into that too. Said it would take another separate appt to run diagnostic and check the battery. They said they would text when the car was ready for pick up. Drop off Friday at 8am. Never heard back. Went in Saturday afternoon and they had no idea where our key was or even if the car had been touched.Update . It s now Monday night and I still don t have my car back. Not a single word from them .

I have had one of the greatest experiences with Mariam Arshak. This individual is very enthusiastic and was very helpful. She made my visit 10 times better as she was very cheerful and patient with me and my million questions. She keeps a smile on her face and willing to help for sure, I d definitely recommend looking for Mariam once you come in for a visit!

This is a car dealership. The people are nice. It felt empty when we went. Nothing special here but let's be honest, car dealerships are some of the scummiest relics of sales driven manipulation tactics in modern day America. They all prey on people everyday. Go here and any other dealership only if you have no other choice. These kinds of businesses hurt us all.

Best customer service, loved the car but not in black ( white or silver) 2020 sonata please. Best place to shop, not as pushy as other places. Her manager asked if he can get a new one. So as the lady . Thank you again for listening and accommodating needs . Jennifer was great so as the whole staff

Amazing Garry Williams made my experience so nice and simple! I 100% recommend going to him! I came in nervous not knowing the experience I was going to have. Garry listened and was understanding of what I was looking especially my budget and he found the perfect car for me. I have had my car so far 1 month and I am absolutely happy with my purchase.

Not happy with them at all ! i bought a 2023 Kona EV. I was told it was all wheel drive or I would not have purchased it especially after the winter of 2022. None the less I am happy with an electric car (we'll see after this winter). Then comes trying to get it in for its 1st service. They are booked 3 months out so I have to take the car over to Gresham. I buy near home for a reason !Tonight took the cake. An item flew off another vehicle smashing my windshield. I get insurance approved to take it to the dealership and they tell me they don't do it and the place they're trying to send me is booked out until February ! I am not happy with this lying and overly busy dealership at all. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with them.

Waited 3 months for routine service on my Kona EV. All confirmations and reminder notices indicated my Kona was an EV. Yet when I showed up today for my appointment, the service dept. said they didn't work on EVs! Not even a phone call this morning before I left the house. Absolutely horrible customer service, and staff were brusque and unapologetic. Go somewhere else for sales and service of Hyundai vehicles. Really disgraceful.

Unfortunately for me, I own a Hyundai Santa Fe with 84,000 miles on it. Recently my car started making a loud knocking noise with zero warning or lights going on. Called Vancouver Hyundai and Jeanine in the service department told me I was out of luck and Hyundai would not honor the power train warranty because I am a second owner. I had another mechanic diagnos my vehicle and they told me there is metal in my oil so my engine is shot, at only 84,000 miles. Turns out there is an open recall on my vehicle due to engines catching on fire. Jeanine failed to let me know. I have reached out to the service manager, Everett Lore with no response. Also to the sales department who couldn't care less, not their problem. I have also reported this to NHTSA and I am not the only one with this issue hence the recall. I have also reached out to Hyundai corporate with zero response. There is something going on with Hyundai and a class action lawsuit that i need to research further, I am not sure but it may be related to my issue. It's one thing to not honor the warranty that is so highly advertised, It's another to not make it right with recalls and engines catching on fire.

Took my car in for recalls and the staff there was very helpful and nice! My service advisor Brandi got me checked in and let me know what to expect while my care was getting updated with the recall repairs. I was told I would have to make another appointment due to having to order parts. Paige at the front desk helped me make that appointment and get all my paperwork together. When I brought my car back once my part came in, they had it installed in one day. I came to pick up my car and Paige once again was very helpful and had my paperwork ready to rock and to roll so I was in and out in no time. I would recommend taking your car there just for the staff alone. The mechanics that worked on my car did an absolute amazing job as well. 100% will be coming back in the future for any repairs.

While we didn't end up buying a car from you, (yet), Jennifer Helsing was awesome, answering all our questions and making me feel better about not knowing anything about cars. We'll be back when we do decide to buy.

Vancouver Hyundai Service took good care of me. I had a frustrating situation where the 12v battery in my 2019 Ioniq died and turned out to be a special item that required 3 months manufacturing time. Apparently, it was a one-off Hyundai and nobody stocks this battery that requires special integration and is an uncommon size. This is not the dealership's fault, so as frustrating as it was, I do not hold them accountable for manufacturing issues. The service center gave me a loaner for the full time period (87 days), so it was much less painful than it could have been. Brandi, Page, and Brenda were great to work with. They were friendly and communicative, and I could tell that they had my best interest in my mind the whole time I was working with them. I appreciate the help everyone!

Miriam should be running the sales floor... Just saying. I'm guessing the sales manager"Khalil"? Needs a vacation and needs to learn how to speak to people with respect. Honestly have never been treated so poorly at any business before in my entire life.

David Anderson shocked us with his personable demeanor, professional appearance and knowledge base. From introduction to closing the deal he was 100% engaged and communicative. He heard our stance and what we needed and went above and beyond to meet us where we wanted. He is a great member of any team and deserves recognition.

Not a friendly experience. My car broke down and I needed help. The lady in service told me to go to Portland for help. Kinda hard when my car won t go over 45 mph. I ended up going to Precision Auto care instead and they help me the same day. Not friendly at all.

(Read Further Down to See 1 Year Updated Review)..We bought a car from Gary here. Great experience. He, the manager and the finance person was very laid back and fair in the deal.ONE YEAR UPDATE:Buying Experience 4 stars. We bought a car from them a year ago.Service Department 0 stars. We were happy with the purchase & free oil changes. BUT when we tried to make appt for our first Free oil change - we had to wait a month. The Hyundai app where you try to make a service appointment will ALWAYS tell you they have NO openings- because it s a MONTH away. So you have to call to schedule.THEN, when we came in for the appt - they said it would take THREE HOURS. Shuttle had just left, and wouldn t return for 2 hours. Sooo WE paid for an Uber.So much for the FREE OIL Change perk of buying a new car from them.. By the way, they are all owned by Vancouver Ford (do not use Quick Lane over there - see my review about that how they treated my new truck years ago)

Unbelievably poor service. Took a car here after an attempted theft. It took a total of two month to replace a window and repair the ignition. It took 6.5 weeks for them to order the part. While the car was waiting for them to do something, it was broken into while in their custody. The employee Paige acted extremely annoyed when we asked if anyone was going to let us know the car was broken into again. Her response was to roll her eyes and say guess I have to tell my boss .We could never get any info on progress. Asking for updates we would be promised a call back. Not once in two months and over 15 calls did we receive a call back.To top it all off, once we finally got the car back, the doors didn t lock anymore. We immediately took the car back, only to be blown off and told to come back next week so they could order more parts. Then as the final coup de grace, the car wouldn t start after heading back home from the follow up.Far and away the worst experience I ve ever had with any business. Terrible customer service, insecure lot, poor quality repairs. If your goal is to be the worst dealership in Vancouver then congratulations, you may have won first prize.

Have to give a shoutout to Abdul in finance for not wasting my time when I told him I was not interested in any sort of protection, accessories, or extended warranties. THANK YOU for listening. Having helped purchase over 6 cars, I have been through this process many times, and even after telling finance managers I am not interested in the beginning, they still try.Thank you Gary and Khalil for your patience. I think I set a record and purchased a car in under 2hrs. They will get you in and out extremely quickly. Both listened to what I wanted out of the deal and made it happen (had to walk out though). Would recommend visiting this dealer if you re in the area. Good people
