Do not use this company. I had them quote a job and let them know there was some urgency behind it as I have my mother visiting and would need this done prior to their arrival. We agreed to move forward. Unfortunately Collin, decided to no show and no call me for two appointments where he had to come back and take a measurement he forgot to take in order complete the order. Obviously frustrated after being stood up twice without the simple courtesy of a phone call, I decided to reach out to the owner Dale. Who also had the same attitude, didn't care saying they were busy. Dont do business with this company there are better options, and they don't deliberately disrespect you and your time. I went to Home Depot and they are going to do it for 30% less. With better material.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. They scheduled THREE appointments for the initial quote before they actually showed up. I should've known then, but someone recommended them and things happen, so I went ahead and ordered a door from them.The install was a nightmare. Colin showed up 3 hours late, and didn't have all the brackets to finish the install, so he said he'd be back "first thing in the morning." When he hadn't arrived by 10 the next day, I started calling the shop, only be told they would get a message to him and he would call me back. I called again around noon, and again around 1:30. By three, Colin answered the phone at the shop and said he had to see if he had all the parts and would call me back. Half an hour later, he hadn't called me, so I called again. He answered the phone and fairly rudely said "I told you I would call you back when I found all the parts." You can imagine I didn't have much faith in that, and I was right: he didn't call back. After 4 pm, Blaze called to say he would call me in the morning between 8 and 8:30 and that Colin would be there first thing. Blaze didn't call. When I called the shop in the morning, Colin did finally call me back to say he was in route, but then showed up over an hour later.This lack of communication was frustrating, but the real cincher was the half inch gap Colin left around the door, which allows water to escape.When we called, Colin adamantly stated that the gap was "within specifications" on the sides and that he had forgotten to leave the weatherstripping for the bottom. He said he would drop off the weatherstripping and send an email with the specifications. He did neither.We called again and specifically stated we were not satisfied and were not willing to pay the remaining balance until we were satisfied. The very next morning I found out they had run my credit card for the remaining balance.I have no paperwork regarding the glass manufacturer, how to care for the shower, or any warranty on the install. I am completely unhappy with not only the lack of communication from beginning to end, but also with the poor results. I would NEVER use their services again.

Rude from start to finish. Made an appointment with their installer Colin for Friday between 3-4 PM. He was not personable at all over the phone. Drove 35 minutes, enter the store to find out he left for the day. Headed over to Anderson Glass where we experienced exceptional customer service. We will use them for our two shower glass remodels.

Very unprofessional. Guy was rude on the phone, and when I brought up the fact that there technician Carlos just opened my door with a key without knocking or notice they were coming while I was sleeping , said that my property management gave them a key. The property management maintenance office said no keys were ever giving out. The following week I woke up to my dogs barking from someone knocking. When I went to the door he had went back to his truck came back to my door and knocked again. I answered it this time and it had appeared that he went and got some sort of pry bar. Personally I think if I hadn't been home he would of broken in. At least that's what I looked like.

I called Vancouver glass to come and measure two high-end showers for glass doors. I wasn t really looking for a quote, just ready to give them the work . They were friendly and helpful over the phone and scheduled a date of Friday the 11th at 1:30 PM. After no one showed I decided to call and follow up and was told that a tech will get back to me. I m still waiting to hear back from them. This shows a complete lack of customer service, lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for other people s time . Definitely wouldn't recommend them from my personal experience.

I Requested a Quote from company for a mirror replacement, and received a fair bid, I authorized them to proceed. 2 week later I called to check status, they had to order material for job and would be sending personnel to complete template for job. No one showed. Approximately two weeks after that, I called again and they stated they could not do the job, it was out side there ball park.. (they replace glass and mirrors?). They wasted my time waiting for them to complete to job.

Fair pricing, friendly staff and a great attention to detail! Had 4 large windows replaced and a new shower installed. I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Vancouver Glass Company for all your residential glass needs.

Dropped off my car to have the window replaced and was driving again within a few hours. Kudos to Blaze (?) for his friendly and professional service. I'll be a repeat customer, no doubt. Thanks Vancouver Glass Co (and Blaze)!

They have worked on 2 of our vehicles and done fantastic work both times! This time they went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired quickly! We will continue to go here for all our windshield needs.

Absolutely terrible, all across the board. I had someone waiting all afternoon for them to come by and give me a bid. They never showed up, so I called again. I was told they were going to call me back, but never did. I still have a 6 foot hole in the side of my house and starting my search all over again. I would stay far far away from this place.

Today morning I brought my mirror here for cut smaller, here the people very friendly, the boss very nice, he cut the mirror VERY Professional and perfect! Also it s very good price than anywhere, highly Suggest this shop. It s make me a happy morning. Thank you!

Had a over the phone quote done in minutes, as well as scheduled. While at the shop the time frame mentioned was spot on. Both the owner and the tech working that day were very professional, even with back to back nasty customers they kept their composure and managed to keep everyone happy.

They supposed to have our window put back yesterday we waited the whole day finally someone called almost 5 p.m. that they could not be there until today Saturday and the same thing waited and waited but nobody called nobody show's up ugh. Not a good business ethics.

I had my car windshield replaced by this company. I dropped my car off in the morning and came back after lunch and it was finished and ready to go. So nice to do business with a locally owned business.
