I went in with my transit to get a spare key made. Ford service made a spare, but now the buttons on both my keys wont unlock the doors. They said not their fault and that they could look at it, but it would cost me a healthy chunk of extra money. I give that a 1 star service for not fixing what they fouled up or at least diagnosing for free to tell me whats wrong.

I had to cancel my appointment. Last week I tried to reschedule. Called on March 22, twice and got no answer. Called the next day and got the voice mail of the manager of service. Left my number and he never called me. March 24, called and got the voice mail of service department appointment. Left my number and told them it is for a recall. It is now March 29. I have never had such poor communication with them until now. Did they fire a bunch of people, or what?

I had low tire notification come on and stopped at Vancouver Ford to see if they had time to check it. I did not have an appointment but they took my car, checked all the tires and filled them. Then they took a few minutes to explain to me how to check the notification for which tire it was. Great customer service!

Wow, I needed to wait for 15 minutes to have my phone call answered, got sent to voicemail. When I finally got ahold of someone, the soonest appointment was one month out.

Great customer service and 10 star sales department. Didn't pressure me into buying a car. Jake helped us figure out what we needed not what we wanted.
