Went in for oil change, left with brand new dangerous braking issue... I brought my truck in for an oil change on Saturday as it was due for one. My brake inspection showed everything was good, as was expected since I got all 4 done last fall. I left after my oil change with grinding and scraping sounds from my brakes whenever pressing the pedal, progressively getting louder over the day. When they opened on Monday, I wanted it reinspected and returned to it's prior condition from less than 2 days prior, to which I was asked what happened like I intentionally messed them up or that I would let my family vehicle get to this condition. They then informed me my driver rear brake was metal on metal, that the tech fat-fingered >5 instead of 0 and made no note of it, and that it would cost me over $800 to fix. I said no, was then told they would reduce the price off labor, and I said no, I'll fix it myself. If you want to have an immediate safety issue created out of thin air, go see this place. If you would rather not have major concerns created simply to drum up additional business, do your own work or go somewhere else. I won't return here for maintenance or for a vehicle purchase in the future. Bummer for them.

Lee was great and answered all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer she researched it to give us the most current information available. Entire staff we very friendly and helpful. Financing guy was pretty new and was having a bit of an issue with their contract program but the manager was able to assist him. Took a bit longer to drive away in our new Bronco Sport than expected but overall was pleased with the service

We ordered an F350 XLT 4x4 from the factory and it was delivered and ready for pickup 71 days after we placed the order.When we picked it up, the process at Vancouver Ford proceeded at an efficient and relaxed pace. Lee was very helpful in getting us through the process. This was our 4th vehicle we ve purchased from Vancouver Ford in the last 23 years. Overall a pleasant experience.

This is the second time we have bought a new Hyundai from Vancouver Hyundai (Ford), and again it was a great experience. Gary really did a great job explaining the cars features, didn't use any high pressure sales techniques, etc. Highly recommend you give these guys a shot at your business, you won't be dissapointed!

This review is for their mobile service. I had two recalls for my F-150 and was able to schedule a mobile service where a tech (Jimmy) came out to my house and took care of both recalls. Lead time on the appointment was about a week, much faster than their service center. It took the tech less than an hour to wrap up. Since the recalls were covered by Ford I never saw a bill or anything. Easy.

I wish I can give zero stars, but I can t. This was condition I received my vehicle back from Vancouver Ford Vancouver. Ford assumes no responsibility for the damages to my vehicle, nor took responsibility and assisting in the repairs.***Buyers beware! When Ford keeps your vehicle overnight, they will not taking responsibility for damages of your vehicle while in Ford s care. They will park your vehicle in the sketchiest parking lot where there are NO security or security deterrence mechanisms like lock gates, cameras, or physical security guards. I m not the one to give advice, but from now on, if I decide to use Vancouver Ford, I will not leave my vehicle overnight, or if I do, I will highly suggest that my vehicle be parked in the bay at the end of the day. Plus because the parking lot is open. I will drive by and make sure that my vehicle is not outside. Sorry But not sorry about the long rant.

Awesome Service Department!!!!! Tim the service manager is on TOP of all aspects of repair/service of my vehicle. I would recommend Vancouver Ford for any and all service needs for your vehicle. Service/repair was completed efficiently, an accurate estimate given, and explained in detail the parameters of the repair. I also was impressed with an emphasis on what my immediate needs were for repair, and Tim gave me options for other services I may need at a future date. I would highly recommend the Oil and Lube shop on site as a comparable alternative to other lube shops regarding price, was cheaper than several competitors and better quality products.

I recently had my Ford F-150 serviced at Vancouver Ford, Inc. Despite the challenge of finding skilled tradespeople these days, this team manages to deliver quality service. They were thorough in addressing my vehicle s issues, ensuring my warranty was fully utilized.While it s true that getting an appointment can take some time due to the current market situation, the staff does their best to work within these constraints. I appreciate their effort to maintain a high standard of service.For those needing dependable vehicle care, Vancouver Ford, Inc. is a solid choice. They balance professionalism and skill in a time when it s greatly needed.

Waited months for an appointment while they got a part in. Went to appointment. Sat in waiting room for an hour for them to come and let me know the part wasn't in and I'd have to reschedule.The icing on the cake was they didn't even give me the free car wash they offered.Only reason I'm giving any stars is because customer service was personable, and because this is related to the Hyundai recalls, so I know there's a whole mess outside of their control.Will come back and update after my new appointment.

I took my 2020 Sante Fe in for a factory recall repair. Very friendly person that checked me in - she even offered me an umbrella if I wanted to take a walk while waiting for the repair to be done! The appointment was to last 90 minutes and was finished in a little under an hour.Very pleased!

Not happy with the service. We brought our Genesis to this dealership for the first time on Friday for a scheduled oil change. Then on Saturday we noticed oil in our garage and driveway that had leaked all over. So the shop was accommodating and let us come in to get it fixed on Saturday. But when my husband drove it off, he heard squealing and tried to call back but no one answered. Then this morning as I'm driving it, the car is making wheezing noises as I accelerate and the shop is obviously closed and I will just have to hope I can get this issue fixed on Monday.

Jeremy was fantastic! He understood my needs and what I was going through with the loss of my husband and selling his truck. It was refreshing to have someone ask me several times if I am doing OK. I think I got a fair price for my trade and I'm excited to drive my new Hyundai Tucson!

I walked in to look at a Hyundai Kona, and I met Miriam she was delightful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was fantastic. She walked me through the car and found just the right model for me, I couldn t be happier. While Abdul was taking me through the contract, Miriam was fueling and setting up my new car. This place is highly recommended. So is Miriam and the Kona.

Since I would have to wait up to 2 hours, I mentioned I would go to the mall. He immediately informed me that they had a shuttle that would take me and also come back to pick me up. I was also told about some other services they provided, which I was not aware of.. Excellent service.

One of the most expedient and accommodating experiences ive ever had buying a car. The process was easy, the upselling was minimal and there was zero hesitation in answering any questions i had. Antonio was knowledgable and super helpful, the financiers Abdul and Khalil moved through the payment process efficiently while being kind and patient with any questions i had. Great experience overall.

It took two weeks to schedule an oil change and overall inspection. The only reason we wanted to schedule it with the dealership was because we also wanted to get an estimate on trade-in value at the same time. I met with the sales team and while they showed me some new car options, they never provided me an estimate. When I went to leave after the PM, the car had check engine light and wrench codes. Had to have a service tech come and check the codes. They reset them but then two days afterward, we had issues where the car wouldn't charge and wouldn't work in hybrid mode.

The dealer that showed us the vehicle was very nice and friendly. Did not buy the vehicle initially. The following day, we received a follow up call from the floor manager and worked out a deal. Once my mechanic inspected the vehicle, we went ahead and purchased it. This is the third vehicle I ve purchased from them, highly recommend.

I spent the better part of a few weeks researching vehicles, I often dread the car salesman that are more interested in selling a car than assisting a customer. I came across Darrell Hendricks who answered all my questions researched vehicle options and followed up quickly with those options.Super friendly and knowledgeable!I will certainly be back when I need to purchase another car!

UPDATE: Well I came back (twice now) due to my previous great experience to look at a new truck. Things are not the same now. I was ignored when I came with my son and when someone came over they just tried to talk me out of the truck I wanted. I got the impression that they thought I was wasting their time and couldn't afford the truck I wanted. Fair enough, everyone has bad days so I went back the next week with my wife and other son. This time we were ignored again and when I finally got someone to let me test drive a truck the salesperson showed no interest in selling me anything and didn't even give me a card. I am still looking for a truck but I am no longer confident that this dealer is the right place to look.Original: My wife and I have been wanting to upgrade her car for a while now but I dreaded the car buying process due to past experiences that I was almost going to just "buy whatever is available" at a local "no-haggle" type used car lot. I gave Vancouver Ford my last chance on the way to that other dealer because I saw they had a vehicle my wife really wanted in stock and I'm glad I did because the experience went very well. No high pressure tactics, nobody tried to force me into something I didn't want, and no issues with getting a fair deal. Even the financing, where many dealers will try to take advantage of people was super smooth. I'm not a young man and I've had a lot of vehicles in my life but I can't recall and easier car purchase experience. I would definitely recommend Vancouver Ford. The company's culture seems to be good and honorable (everyone was truly helpful and friendly) but I will recommend Antonio.

Took our 2023v Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV into Hyundai dealership to try and diagnose WHY it doesnt move when put into R. When taking out of R when this happens there is a tremendous loud noise and vibration that shakes the car. Brandi had the car for 2 days and couldn't replicate the issue. Service at Vancouver Hyundai was outstanding. Corporate Hyundai not so helpful.
