I don't write a lot of reviews but the staff at this location were excellent & went above and beyond. Oil change was fast and I requested a new cabin filter (cabin filters can be a real pain to install in the vehicle I have). The employee who installed the cabin filter ran into some difficulty and it required extra time & tools, cutting into his lunch break. I felt bad but he was friendly and didn't complain once. Saved me a huge headache from figuring it out myself. I really appreciated the extra help and the staff here are all professional, efficient & pleasant!

Fast , friendly , also trust worthy. I had a good idea my friend topped up fluids before they sold me a car. Valvoline technician could have claimed I was in need of additional services, but they were honest about everything. Worry free peace of mind-That s what I found at this location. Corny and True! 4.8 Stars

Oil change and air filter replacement went well. I also had my radiator flushed. After the flush I was leaking coolant and overheating. Someone from the shop came to my house and topped off my coolant. That was surprisingly nice. However that doesn't change the fact that they did something to my coolant reservoir, because I wasn't leaking or overheating before the flush.

I've been getting the oil changed here on the same vehicle (currently with 301,000 miles) for the past 5+ years. Today, after having been checked in by one person, another person comes to the computer and asks if I've been here before with another vehicle, then starts asking me questions about that other vehicle. I finally ask why he's asking about a previous vehicle. He tells me this is the 1st time that this vehicle has been here, and he was trying to see if there was info in the system on me that could be transferred over to this vehicle. All of that seemed very odd, especially considering that I had already checked in by another employee. I asked him, "How can all of the information on a particular vehicle suddenly disappear?" He had no answer for that question. After reviewing the receipt once I got home, I noticed in the customer information area, the only bit of information that was correct was my name. The address was a bogus address in a city 25 miles away from the town I live in. I hope the actual oil change service was better than the computer information part of the service.

Got an oil change that was pricy but fairly quick. However, the customer service was awful. The older gentleman was clearly in a terrible mood. Two of the three other workers also seemed disgruntled, as if I was burdoning them by being there.

Simple, and quick considering that everyone is free to come as they please. No appointment needed. If you have 45 min to sit and wait for others/for your oil change, this is a great place to go.

Came in 2 weeks ago, and had Mr. Jesse, David, and the Nice Broccoli Hair Gentlemen with the Shoulder/Arm Sleeve tattoo help me out. Mr. Jesse went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I got what I needed WITHIN MY BUDGET, and in a timely manner of course. 10/10 would 1000% Recommend! Thanks Gentlemen! <3

We are here from Montana. We always get our oil changed here if needed when we are in town. Yesterday our customer service was exceptional. My husband asked Jesse a variety of questions about concerns he had about the light coming on when he had just had it changed recently. Jesse explained sometimes you have to remind the guys to change to readings. He also gave us very helpful information about when to change oil when a car is not the primary car and it isn t run as often. My 10 year grandson even said he learned a lot about oil. Jesse was so pleasant. We will definitely come back to this business again. Thank you Jesse

Went In thinking I was doing my car a favor by getting an oil change. Instead, I leave with my car acting strange at Stops and having a hard time accelerating. To end the day the check engine light comes on. Next morning I check the hood and find this lovely crack where they had been putting the new air filter. Now I'm stuck with this broken part that wasn't this way before visiting this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The oil change I had was the most exceptional experience I've ever had. In just 15 minutes, they not only changed the oil but also replaced the air filter that the dealership had apparently neglected, as it was in a deplorable state. Additionally, they discovered a coolant leak and diligently inspected the brake lights, blinkers, and wipers. The service was incredibly friendly, and I am definitely planning to return.

This place is alright for oil changes. I bring my own oil because it is better quality. Going here avoids the oil disposal and clean up of a home oil change. They check your lights and other fluid levels. Be careful of up-selling other services. The price of 51 dollars for a cabin air filter that is 13.99 on Amazon is quick and easy to install. Many of their add on services are overpriced so pay attention to the prices they quote you.

Will not go back. First, they tried to rearrange lines 'to make it faster for us' but it was obvious they were trying to make their numbers of cars waiting look good. Then, their tech couldn't figure out the air cleaner and nearly broke the plastic clips. Then he almost broke the cap for the oil filter. Luckily the manager came over and made sure nothing was broken, but it took forever to finish what was supposed to be a quick oil change. I have zero faith they did a good job and will be going over everything they touched to make sure they didn't accidentally break something.

Brought BMW X5 in, discovered car has been leaking on garage floor from sloppy job. Also, the removed engine covers were not properly installed back onto vehicle and recently discovered they'd been bouncing around in engine compartment ever since. Friendly service but execution leaves something to be desired...

Oil change is worth the convenience fee if only one of your cars is due and you don t want to deal with recycling the oil. Although they tighten it so much that it s difficult to change it yourself next time.After I got my oil changed, they said I needed all new filters, battery, serpentine belt, and all new fluids for my radiator, transmission, front differential, rear differential, and transfer case. All of this totaling upwards of $1,000.I passed on it since I knew my belt was fine and not all of that sounded right. I went to a scheduled appointment at my mechanic to fix the AC, and his tests showed all my maintenance fluids were fine and there was nothing wrong with the belt or my battery.Anyways, I think it s a waste of resources, time, and money for everyone involved to push services that are unnecessary. I especially didn t like the scare tactic of saying my battery had to be replaced or my car wouldn t start this winter. I hope this doesn t happen to other people and cause them to pay for services they don t need yet

First come, first serve basis. There'll probably be a wait. If you wanna drive off paying $100+ for an oil change, this is the place for you.They throw in free tire-pressure-check and washer fluid but also try and sell you on more like air filters, lights, etc...I'd much rather enjoy a business with a waiting area, coffee, snacks than having to sit in my car for a long time while they perform their job.It's okay but it's more expensive than other oil change businesses.

Great service, but boy do y'all need to invest in some air conditioning. I started feeling a bit faint from the heat while waiting. I can't imagine the poor employees dealing with that all day.

Amazing place to get an oil change, and great price. It s first come first serve but it s 15 minutes max wait. Look up deals or coupons before hand! I was about to get an oil change for $35 - they check tire pressure for free too and will take a full look at your car.The guys are awesome to talk to also, very admirable people. Would highly recommend coming here :)Service: Oil change

Friendly Fast Service,reasonable pricing. I especially like you don't ever need an appointment to get an oil change, & they provided excellent service with getting the job done impressively quick. My new go to place for oil changes.

We had a weird experience today - my boyfriend and I came to get an oil change and while we had two very hard workers (that frankly, felt a little new or taking their time) they overall did a good job, while the manager, Donald, critiqued them and yelled at them all while the guests (us) had their windows down, hearing everything.He didn t treat them the best and while, I understand that guests expect a quick performance, we didn t feel like the leadership here had a very encouraging mentality at all.There were two guys that were doing a good job, we wish we caught their name but one had blue hair and one had longer black hair tied back - both hard workers and did a good job.Management might need to rethink their strategy, especially in front of customers.

I have never had to bring my car in for an oil change, as it s usually something that my husband does. Life s circumstances made it to where it had to be me this time. I was completely overwhelmed. Life is quite the struggle at the moment. William immediately picked up on what I was going through without me even saying a word. Something he said made me open up and share and suddenly not only was I going to get my oil changed but have a therapy session as well. I know this review is out of the norm, but his service went far above and beyond anything expected. Not only did he take well care of my car, but of me as well. His attention was extremely valuable to me. It made an enormous difference to my day today. I have peace of mind that my vehicle is taken care of. And thanks to Taylor as well. I did not get my oil changed. I left before it was serviced. For some reason it took longer than normal. There was two cars in front of me, and the car that was getting worked on took a while. I could say I was waiting for close to an hour, and I would have probably waited longer if I had waited for the car in front of me to get serviced.

Fantastic place for an oil change. The staff is super friendly, the oil change went quickly, and the pricing is good. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a quick oil change.

I am new to this area and still learning how things are done. Today I learned not to use this business.When I arrived estimated waiting time was 30 min. An hour later, one worker said a maximum of ten minutes, maybe two. Twenty minutes later they said they were done with the car ahead of me. After an hour and 1/2, after I asked a couple cars in drive-up to back up so I could back out, the car ahead of me was still there.

Service is extremely slow it took over an hour 30min, $87 for a basic oil change is extremely overpriced. I would recommend to avoid this place and go to Walmart right next to it instead it's 35bucks over there. Avoid this place it's a rip off for everything

Dangerous - I was told I would be getting a full synthetic oil change.I was driving to go on a road trip and half way into it, my check engine light comes on. I thought my car was broken. I quickly stopped and got a hotel for the night and the next morning when I went to a different shop, I was told I had no oil in my vehicle!Someone had dumped out the oil but had not added any new oil! Suffice to say, my vehicle would likely have sustained some damage. I called the shop, and the owner refused to confirm nor deny what happened. I was told cameras don't exist in the bay - something I don't completely believe.A check was sent with the amount of the purchase but my trust was broken. No consideration was given for any potential damage done to my car.I would not come here again and I would suggest that others avoid this place as well.Service: Oil change

I have to say that was the best oil change I have ever had; friendly staff, super fast, more comprehensive than others I have had. I will definitely be back. I had been putting this off since my light came on 2 months ago because I'm always frustrated with how long the dealer takes or other 'quick oil change' places. It was nice to have a different experience.

You get what you pay for! These guys are always nice and they get it done quick. I always feel safe pulling out of their bay with my lights all secure and my tire pressure all set, they really do their job right here!
