Usually I go elsewhere for the things I need but I've started to come here more often and I prefer the service here. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.

We've noticed since the switch to Napa, Tony's is failing miserably with their customer service. I was in today shopping for brake parts, front and back. The guy behind the counter was an arrogant prick. I tried to engage him with a couple general questions. His answers were smug and short. This particular counter guy has been there a while and should know better....especially when there are so many other places to shop for my auto parts. I've lived here and shopped exclusively at Tony's since 2000. Today was my last time.

Always have good luck here. I didn't know that they joined NAPA recently but prices were still okay and they had two of the three parts I was looking for in stock and had the third one by early afternoon.

Jackie is an allstar! She helped me with the most useful information to keep my kids safe while traveling in my 1994 Ford Crown Victoria. People like her are what keep the good in this world! So thank you so very much

I was introduced to Tony's Auto Parts at my previous jobs and have never had a bad experience. Jackie and T.A. are great as well as the rest of the crew. I will definitely be using them again.

Family ran Auto Parts that is under the Napa Branding. Has that small town service and feel. I do not believe you can go wrong here.

The sign out front doesn't say so, but the receipt indicated this is actually a NAPA Auto parts store. The selection of stuff on the sales floor was good, and they had plenty of staff at the counter to ensure there was no waiting.

Place is always kept clean and the guys behind the counter have always been kind to me. They are always helpful when I need something or I have a question about a vehicle. Very knowledgeable staff. And the vending machine is nice as well. A buddy of mine had some issues with his wallet being stolen and Tony's went above and beyond on assisting him to get a resolution.

I have been going to Tony's for years. Always impressed by the service and knowledge of the team. Jonathan is stellar, I had a part crisis and he was able to solve the problem. Top notch auto parts store without being pushy or selling up.

Great local Auto Parts store. Can be pretty busy and they are short handed but they try hard and do a great job with knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. If they don't have it, they give suggestions of who does.

Great store with knowledgeable staff. I needed a Holley choke kit, everybody else was several days out. They got it the following day , even though the kit was coming from the same location. Feels like a real parts store, instead of an AutoZone. Good selection of fluids and lubricants, and tons of aftermarket stuff. Give the chain stores a miss, you won't be disappointed.

Great staff and prices. It is my preferred parts store. I stopped by twice today (I was thinking of the Wong vehicle) and both times the staff was great and understanding. I was sure to admit my derping. I only go elsewhere if they are closed and i am in a hurry, they are that good to me.

Sometimes service can be a bit slow, but it's well worth it when you ask them a question you really can expect the right answer. They'll help you look for the right parts, reccomend products, answer your questions, etc. Again just really helpful staff and easy to talk to. They also remember regulars which is nice. Good prices too. Just an honest and awesome place in my book.

I rarely visit Tony's Auto Parts mainly because there are so many other auto parts stores on every corner. Tony's is a small store with a welcoming vibe from the staff behind the counter. Helpful if they can be.... I'll definitely be back.

No Masks!I was shocked to see not a single employee wearing a mask. Didn't see hand sanitizer nor signed saying "masks required per state mandate". Tony's has always been my "go to" place for auto supplies for MANY years as I like to support local independent businesses.... NOT any more! Upsetting to find out they care so little for their staff and customers!! They are now that LAST place I will patronize. I will be sharing " the no masks" with family and friends.

The young man that helped me out on my wiper blades was awesome! They were very difficult and took a few minutes, but he was patient and not willing to give up. I greatly appreciated it!

so I'm just getting to understand what authorized dealer means. Way different than Sales and Service.OK .Before you buy make sure everything is there, no parts of guages are going to be replaced and buying it ain't happening.Things are not good like they used to be.Soon as I find the right place you'll find out about it!!!

Best customer service anywhere, and competitive prices. On a starter warranty issue they were willing to give me the OEM brand for the price difference and they matched the price of another parts store. Their werehouse is close by too, usually same day service. They are my go-to parts store!

Always has the tool/part I need; and if not, they can get it quickly. A little more expensive; but the ease of process, friendliness of staff, simplicity of returns (if even needed), and the well versed staff make it worth it.I will NEVER go through any other auto store.

Love Tony's. They normally have items that most of the other auto parts stores don't have. My 11 year old loves going with me knowing she can get a bag of popcorn every time.

i have been shopping here for many years; I like to support the smaller independent businesses and I have always been happy with the service. However, until Covid passes I will be shopping somewhere else. The last two times I shopped here, the sales person who helped me was maskless and during the most recent visit, while I was waiting the next customer to come in was also maskless. If you are someone who is taking Covid seriously, go somewhere else. Five stars for service 1 star for COVID courtesy.

I'm not often compelled to write reviews due to my lack of keyboarding skills but the service and parts here are exemplary. I've read several reviews that mention prices here being a little high. The real value of a replacement part is not always (or usually) reflected in a low price. That 3 dollar ballast resistor doesn't seem like much of a bargain when your disabled car is blocking the right hand lane of a desolate stretch on the north end of 162nd ave.I moved to Ridgefield a couple of years ago and still drive over to Tony's for auto parts. They stock higher quality parts and can quickly order the cheaper low line parts if that's what you really want. Big Gary has always been especially helpful, I've been buying parts from him for over 25 years. This is my go to auto parts store. I hope they never change the way they do business.
