Stephanie was so great, I wish I could buy a car every week from her. She went over the top, even got special screws ordered and sent to our house for the license late bridge toll sensor we had to transfer from our trade in. We were in and out in two hours. The dealership offered us a better offer than what we got at other places without us even bringing it up. I have to say, that was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle! We drove 3 and a half hours and they were ready for us and ahead of the game.

From start to finish everything was smooth with no pressure and clear transparency. I like how I was able to view the car I was interested in and apply for financing all online. Then set the appointment and picked up the car the next day. The transaction was seamless and the staff were professional, friendly and supported me through the process.

Brandon was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, answered my many questions and said if any other questions popped up he was available to answer them. The rest of the crew with paperwork to detailing of the Outback was also great! I was impressed with it all and I love my Subaru Outback. Thank you Brandon for a stress less experience.

They were very welcoming from the moment I pulled my car into the service area. They immediately determined the service manager assigned to my appointment time and got me all situated. From there, I waited in their parts department while they completed my routine oil change and inspection. Very accommodating and respectful of my time. As they were very busy this evening, it took slightly longer than expected so they were very kind to apply a coupon to save me some money in the end. Overall, a very reasonable cost for the services they supply. Highly recommend this dealer to anyone around!!

Great service! They were extremely thorough and detailed in diagnosing what was happening with my car, complete with pictures and diagrams. They also were very professional and friendly to me as a first-time customer. Would highly recommend!

There was a recall /warranty issue. They got me a rental and took care of the regular maintenance that needed to be done since it was sitting in the shop waiting for a warranty part anyways. So if you need to be out a car anyways due to a warranty issue it's nice to be able to have them do any other added services at that same. They kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Very friendly, courteous, and professional.

Randy took the time to listen watched the video I took. Non of the other service people have taken the time to watch the videos. Got my car right back in and had a rental car ready for me. Best service I have gotten. I have had to bring my car in several times.

I took my car for 12k service. It will do oil change and tire rotation. The advisor is cool. After the car was done and I expected the car to be performed as promised. I noticed that the tech didn't rotate my tires. I did make a mark on my rim, and it's still the same place. I called the advisor and just got a thank for my feedback . I should get some credit back for service that did not perform but none. Hopefully, they can take care of their service performance.

We really enjoyed working with Stephanie. She was delightful. So warm and low key. No pressure at all. She was interested in what w wanted and went above and beyond to find it for us. Stephanie made everything so easy for us. The whole experience was a pleasure. Jack Hanna is lucky o have her as a sales person. WE will recommend her to any friend who is in need of a new vehicle.

I have a limited lifetime warranty on my Subaru. I got up early, drove to Subaru and was told I didn't need to bring my car in. No apology, only "You didn't need to bring your car in". I read in the warranty that I needed to bring my car in for an inspection every 5 years. I love my car so I plan on keeping it for a long time.

When I brought my Subaru in for it's regular maintenance check, the staff noticed a recall notice for a small part and fit the servicing of that into my appointment, that way I wouldn't need to make another trip. Talk about Amazing Service (quick, efficient, & the staff were very friendly too). Highly Recommended!

Easy and great service! I came as a walk-in for their express service for an oil change and tire rotation; Andrew was informative, polite, and efficient! Coming in at around 10am I thought it would be busier, but they had me in and out in about an hour and a half!

Easy fast check in and out. Zach kept in touch by text and very gracious when we forgot to leave keys and had to return. He is exceptionally talented. A little sticker shock on cost of new window blades, otherwise cost with discounted service offer was great value.

I ve been going here since about 2018 for oil changes and maintenance. I ve moved around a bit so had to find new mechanics in various cities. Always a good experience here and really enjoyed working with all the staff especially Olivia.

I usually pop in for my oil changes and everyone is extremely nice. My last two visits were for repair work and again, everyone was super nice and professional. My service tech was Frank and he was genuine, not pushy on repair recommendations, and text me photos of failing parts. Work was done in a timely manner. I don't mind paying a little extra for their professionalism and honesty. I don't feel like they're taking advantage of me either.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Frank, in the Vancouver Subaru service department is the most knowledgeable representative. He has saved me from much frustration by providing his expertise and knowledge whenever I go in for either my basic maintenance schedules and or when things seem more complicated. We have been trying to figure out this dead battery issue for a few years and finally Subaru has come up with the cause, it s the DCM (date control module) unit. When I rolled in Frank already had my history of concerns and issues ready to plug in so that the process was seamless for me. Whenever I describe some weird unknown sounds or conditions, Frank can usually understand what I might be experiencing. I bought my 2017 Outback new and all of my general, extended maintenance performances have been performed by Vancouver Subaru as Frank being my primary service representative. Thank You Frank for your continuous professionalism, knowledge and expertise. Jeannie
