We are so pleased with our purchase of a used RV from Scott's RV Sales! We bought a 2012 5th wheel RV this month and the whole process went really well. We worked with Nick who was great about communicating with us through the whole process. Art, Walker, and the service team did an amazing job getting the RV ready for us to take possession. It was clean and the small repairs that we negotiated for were done very well. We are so happy and ready to hit the road. Thank you Scott's RV team!

We bought a motorhome. From Scott. The catylitic converter had been stolen. They fixed it and delivered it two days before our trip. The check engine lite came on. It was the converter. They had stuck on a converter for a small car. It cost 1100 dollars to get it fixed right. That was last July. They still have not paid. The picture on the right is what they put on. Not even a heat shield. The one on the left is the correct converter. Greg Korpela, St.Helens OR. 3/26/63

This was our first experience buying an RV. Ken, our salesman, helped us tremendously through much of the process. We didn't know what type of RV we wanted, and we finally decided on a fifth wheel. Then, we didn't know what kind of truck to buy. He was able to advise us the right direction with that too! He sat with us and was super easy to talk to and just educated us on so many things that we didn't even know to ask. He worked with our financing a lot and gave us a great deal!Dwight was our mechanic guy. This guy is brilliant! He was able to fix things quickly and on the fly. Even after our purchase, when we were out on the road, Dwight talked to us on the phone multiple times to help diagnose and offer solutions for repairs when they popped up.These 2 guys have been there for us throughout this whole process. We visited at least 10 other RV dealers in the Portland/Vancouver area, and the customer service we got at Scott's couldn't be matched. We love our camper - her name is Greta! Many thanks Ken and Dwight!! Adventure bound!!

We just bought our RV from Scott's. Karl was our salesman. He was super helpful and really advocated for us. At the walkthrough there were a few things that still needed attention. They took care of the things we asked for. We appreciate their follow through. As Karl said, "we are small but we try our best."Thank you, Scott, Karl, and team!

I purchased a 2019 Thor Chateau from here. I received nothing but the best service from Ken, Brian, Scott and all the other awesome people at Scott's RV. They gave me a great deal on a trade-in and after I purchased the RV, I noticed a tire that was in poor condition, and my back-up camera wasn't working. They took the time and replaced the tires and added a new back-up camera at no extra charge. I definately feel like I was treated great by everyone there and I highly recommend shopping here.

A few weeks ago, we purchased an older motor home from Scott's RV. It was an online sale (and we were hesitant) but they had a very detailed description and lots of pictures so we were convinced that this was the RV we had been looking for. We called them and purchased the motor home "sight unseen." When it was delivered to us, there were a few things that did not live up to the advertisement. Nothing major, but things that really mattered to us. Since we had paid cash, I figured there was no way we would get Scott's to fix anything---especially since we live 5 hours away. (Out of sight, out of mind was a strong possibility...) I WAS WRONG! They told us to bring it up to them and they would make it right, and that is exactly what they did! They had it for two days and---at no cost to us---completed the repairs/changes that we had requested. They treated us with respect and we felt as though they truly wanted us to be happy. Happy?! We are thrilled! We cannot stress how much we recommend buying your motor home from Scott's RV. If we ever decide to buy a larger motor home, we will make the 5-hour drive to Scott's RV. Good customer service is worth the drive!

I had a great experience at Scott's RVs. Their customer service was fabulous from the first day with the salesman Ken, to the last with Art Boyer, who did my walkthrough ( He deserves a raise!!!) and Tex who delivered my 5th wheel Everyone was super helpful, went "above and beyond". My RV was a fabulous deal and is in great shape. Thanks Scott's RV!

Ken was a great help in our search for a newer RV. He planted an interesting idea for camping and traveling. His thought on 5th wheel versus smaller motor home make sense

We highly recommend Scotts RV to anyone interested in buying a used RV.Our experience was great from the moment we where greeted on the lotthrough the delivery, 2 weeks later. Our salesman, Karl Mayer was outstanding - he is extremely knowledgeable. personable, honest andthere is no pressure, whatsoever. He genuinely cares about helping you find the right RV. The negotiations where also very easy, (maybe becausethe boss was out of town, ha ha) and included all new striping. Our delivery was thoroughly & professionally handled by Reed, whodeserves a very special thank you. He patiently went over howall systems work and made a few on the spot fixes. Reed, you are exceptional at what you do. We where surprised and grateful that 2 new coach batteries where included at no cost to us, along w/ Karls screendoor cover. We will always remember the people at Scotts RV - a cut above the rest- way above the rest!

We were sold a LEMON!!!!!! Please read my reveiw and others here. They are about the sale no matter how helpful they seem. The We had been searching for a while and came across one here. We had cash to pay for our purchase. They were helpful at first and found out why later. During my initial look before the purchase there were a few things that were obviously broken, missing and in disrepair. They said the would fix them. When I came with back with the rest of the cash I looked over the issues I found and they seemed to be fixed. They said they would deliver and did, but when it arrived at my home it was leaking water extremely bad is from the slide out. They took it back to "repair" it. When they said it was all good, I asked what the issue was. They told me it was debris in the seal. Ok maybe so. After the delivered it again, i found multiple leaks again. The little things that I asked to be fixed were done just enough to look good, which resulted in the leaks. I repaired them and we took our trailer cross country. Little did we know that the tires, even though they looked good, were far from it. One was able to punctured by gravel. Then while driving had a bad blow out damaging the plastic fender. Inspected by a tire specialist, the blown tire, it had multiple failures in the sidewall and tread. Not much farther, a second catastrophic tire failure resulting in the tread completely separating from the tire embedding itself into the trailer breaking two frame supports, damaging drain line, damaging the heater making in nonfunctional, and creating a 3 foot hole in the floor. According the tire place, trailer tires have a life expectancy and these were past that, as well as not being the right tires for the weight of the trailer. I later found another leak on the water heater, a crack one of the fittings. Then a cable on the slide out broke. We have had the trailer for only 2 months. I fear what breaks next. They are also not backed by the Better Business Bureau.

The wife and I got a 2005 Monaco Monarch from Scott's. They were up front about things needing fixed and the time it would take to do it. They were done 2 days early at no expense to us. The only thing I can think of for improvement is that they didn't seem to have a very good grasp of the specs/equipment. We were told by sales that our motorhome had a Ford V10 when it actually had a Chevy 8.1 motor (which worked out because that was what I had wanted). I understand that they have a constantly changing inventory and it can be difficult to keep up on those things; but the right answer is always better than a fast answer. Still a 5 star rating from us. Great job guys!

My Husband & I recently purchased a 33ft RV from Karl at Scott's RV. We've been burned by car dealerships in the past, so my Husband was very skeptical and demanding (downright hard to deal with lol). We came up with a list of items we wanted repaired on our new to us RV and signed on the dotted line. We planned a trip for the very next weekend, and left our RV w Scott's for the repairs to be taken care of. When we arrived to pick up the RV, several of the repairs were not complete yet (parts not in) but we didn't want to miss our trip so we took the RV home that day. During our trip, we found a few other minor issues and even a few somewhat major issues. My Husband was stressed about the additional costs, even tho Brian had assured us he would take care of everything. We dropped the RV off last week, picked up last night. EVERY last item was fixed/repaired, they had washed the entire RV, installed a new fridge door, A/C unit, fuel tank door, and everything else on my Husbands typed out list. My Husband even asked that all the Marker lights be replaced, just so everything matched (yes, he can be a difficult customer). ALL work was completed as promised, at ZERO additional charges as promised! We both HIGHLY recommend Karl & Brian down at Scott's RV!! Their service Tech Kenny was also very helpful, showed us how everything worked and spent extra time on last minute questions/minor issues. Overall VERY happy with Scott's RV!

We looked at several dealerships prior to Scott's. We met Ken who showed us several models. We found one we liked. It had some issues but Ken promised they would fix them. When we returned to pick it up it wasn't ready. The repairs were not up to Kens standards. We left it so they could finish. To my surprise, they delivered it to my house in fantastic shape. I was very impressed with the entire staff. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Ken and crew!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Scott's RV in Vancouver, Wa.When we arrived on the lot Eric met us and ask what we were looking for, we were looking, he said they had 2 that fit what we were looking for. We looked at both and decided on a Fleetwood Tioga. We made the deal and there were a few items that needed to be fixed before we took possession, Eric said it would take about 2 weeks to fix, due to parts needed. When we went to pick it up and do the walkaround inspection, we were amazed, they not only fixed everything on the list, but had found a few other things like the microwave turntable did not work so they replaced it with a new one, the outside sound system didn't sound right and they replaced that also. They went above and beyond to make it right for use before we drove off the lot. Thanks again Eric and crew for making our buying experience a enjoyable one.

Scott took really good care of me. I bought a Monaco motorhome from Scott's. We are full timers. 1 year later I am still just as happy as the day we bought it. So far, 4000 miles and a year after we bought it, we are just thrilled with it!

Initially the sales staff was helpful up until the point that we secured our loan and remitted payment for the RV. Once the funds were received we were then shocked at how unethical and unprofessional some of the sales staff and owners Scott and Brian became. For starters Flip our salesman took our RV through DEQ and when he returned on of the hubcaps on our vehicle was damaged beyond repair. When we pointed it out to both Flip, Scott the owner and the Maintenance Manager we were told it was "not that big of a deal" by all three of them and they were not going to replace it even though replacing that same hubcap for us by buying it from them was over $100 and we paid full price for our RV. The next day when we did the walk through of the RV and we started the vehicle it had a high pitched squeaking noise which indicated a worn belt. Scott the owner then told us it would be fixed and what that meant was spraying some lubricant on the belt to try and make the sound stop. We found this out from one of his maintenance employees who told us that Scott specifically told him not to replace the belt and instead put some lubricant on it to stop the squeaking temporarily until we drove it off the lot. They tried that several times with it not working. When I asked the other sales person that was helping us about Scott and him fixing the belt he told me that I just needed to be persistent with him and play "hard ball" with him if I needed to. Otherwise the belt would not get changed according to him. When I asked the owner Scott to please replace the belt he refused to do it and said again "it was not that big of a deal" and just needed to be driven as they claimed it was due to the RV sitting for too long. I then refused to take the RV and told Scott that I was going to go to the BBB and report them if he did not fix it. He finally agreed to fix it and from that point forward they treated us not as customers but instead as if we had done something wrong. On top of that, when we went into sign our papers, Brian, the other owner was rude, unfriendly and left us with a bad taste after our closing. We purchased the RV mid November 2016 and did not receive our tags and plates for the vehicle until the end of January 2017. When I called Brian the other owner and person in charge of the registration and plates to ask him why it was taking so long, he said that he would look into it and then would not get back with us. I repeatedly had to call and speak with his secretary. This went on for months with them finally getting the plated to me after I once again had to tell them I was going to file a formal complaint with the BBB to get them to get my plates three months. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

They were friendly enough and they didn't make us feel pressured leaving with an RV that day they were very informative and helped us kind of ease our minds on how it works to finance or buy an RV. But more of a place to go if you're looking for a used RV not so much for buying a new one.

Excellent sales staff. My salesperson determined what i wanted and needed and zeroed right in our trailer through asking the appropriate questions. My credit was bruised yet Scotts RV was able to get me financed at the payment I wanted thanks to their network of financial partners.I bought the trailer "as is" but when i had a tiny problem the owner was kind enough to come show me the fix.I will be trading this one in in 3 years to upgrade and there is only 1 place I will go and thats Scotts RV in Vancouver.

Very disappointed in our experience here. We went in fri and met a very nice salesman with the plan to come back sat and purchase a trailer for my son. We showed up sat late morning and said salesman was no where to be found. We walked the lot at least 3 times, went in to the sales office where we (3 adults) stood for nearly 10 min without one single person acknowledging our existence let alone make eye contact. Some woman who we approached claimed not to work there, yet knew the person we were looking for was "on the lot". I then decided to go outside and call the sales office hoping our guy would answer the phone so we could discuss a time to meet with him. Instead a very rude man answered the phone and basically told me he was with a customer and didn't have time for me. (Not his words of course, but that was the jist). At that point we left and drove to Portland found a beautiful trailer and bought it on the spot! I had heard nothing but good about Scott's and fully intended on purchasing a trailer for my son there. The salesman we met the night prior was great, it's a shame that poor customer service and very rude people cost him a sale. Of course the man who answered the phone did not give his name, not that it would matter. Due to this I would never think to come back nor would I recommend to anyone! Very disappointing! I work with the public every day and have for 25 years, and I would never dream of being so rude to a potential customer/buyer!

We bought a used fifth wheel . they were going to fix the door. They didn't. We took it to Tony's rv repair to fix the door that cost us 1200. So we asked to give the trailer a once over and found out it would cost 16000. To fix it. We went back to scotts to se if we could trade it back to them. So I showed them a a estament to see if they would do anything about it. We got asked to leave. I can't believe they would do business like that. I am 62 years old. I don't need to lie about your company. In fact we bought a motorhome and a fifth wheel from your company. If you would like we can send you vin numbers for both

Buyer beware! Our salesperson was Ken, (Ken "Flip" Flippen) who is very charismatic and appears totally earnest. As we were going through the RV we had decided on, Ken kept telling us that his service department had been over the unit "from top to bottom" and fixed anything that needed it. This was totally NOT the case. When we asked to drive it home, we were told that it takes at least 2 days to "prep" the unit (even though he had just told us it had been completely gone through). We said ok, asked about leaks, the light that stayed on for the airbags and were told more than once that anything we mentioned would be taken care of prior to delivery. It was not taken care of. We agreed to take it out for a weekend for a "shake-down" and Ken promised that anything wrong would be taken care. We made a list and returned the RV. They kept it two weeks and returned it with the airbag light still on (they said it was a clock spring and they couldn't fix it - even though they are also a repair business?). *Update on this - the other repair shop just called and apparently the wire under the driver's seat was unplugged. When we took it out the weekend after it was returned, there were two leaks in the roof and the small water leak by the input that we asked to be looked at was still there and now there was water gushing from underneath the pump - I can only assume they neglected to replace the plug. The water key was broken and the awning wouldn't come out/go in without a lot of adjustment (wasn't like that prior to taking it back).I sent Ken a text explaining my disappointment and requested the water plug be mailed to me and a water key replacement be provided but have not heard anything back. There was extra money in the loan approval and this was definitely the RV layout I wanted so I would have gladly put more in the loan amount to cover any necessary repairs - they should have been honest about the unit and not represented the coach as a unit that had been completely gone over and all repairs made.My RV is now at a repair facility where the oil has been changed (it was extremely dirty), the air filter replaced (again, extremely dirty), the wipers replaced (even though Ken said they would replace those also) and the air bag light being diagnosed. *See updated note above - unplugged wire - airbag light off now. This is after Ken assured me numerous times that all maintenance had been done.If you choose to purchase from Scotts, my recommendation is to get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure you have a mechanic check it out before-hand. We will never purchase from this dealer again.

ZERO STARS--BUYER BEWAREWhen you go to make a large purchase you put your trust in this company to do the best for their clients. Well my husband and I learned a very hard lesson from Scott's RV and their employees. We purchased a 37' class A diesel pusher motorhome. The salesman Jeff was nice enough but will tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale. They did replace the carpet in the living area and recover the driver and passenger seats. After that things took a nose dive.Brian the financial officer is a real piece of work and what ever you do DON'T BELIEVE ANTHING THAT MAN HAS TO SAY!!He looks right at you and lies. We requested twice from me and once from my husband all documents that had our signatures on and Brian said that he faxed and mailed them, well NEVER RECEIVED!!Interest rate more then quoted and said no down payment WRONG.Went to Columbia CU to signed loan papers on April 19th but they had to send Scott's RV paper work back because Scott's had to correct the interest rate and down payment information. After the loan papers were signed Scott's RV received their check for the motorhome the same day according to Columbia CU.They put us off twice from picking up the motorhome and one of those times we drove 2 hours to get it. While we were there they informed us that there was more papers to be signed. This was May 4th and we also learned that they had not paid off the loan from our trade-in. At that time Brian said not to worry that it would be paid in plenty of time so it would not effect our credit rating. Well I believed him, LIES!! When they did mail the check he mailed it to the wrong address and state. The trade-in loan was finally paid June 5th. Brian also did not check for the pay off amount which he said sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn't. This was one of the sometimes he doesn't because there was a shortage which he said was our problem. He did end up paying the shortage because he got tired of talking to me every day. Because of his negligence he has ruined our credit. We took our first trip to Sparks NV, pulled into town and the EGR (exhaust system) went. We were able to get it to freightliner company and in the process of fixing the EGR they found that the turbocharger fan was all broken up and a creak in the casing. This cost us $6500 in repairs, more in hotels and rental cars. I called and talked to Scott and he said "yeah ok and well it was running when you drove it off the lot". Well we did not drive it off the lot it had to be delivered because it was never ready. We have now turned them into the Better Business and the Attorney General.

I wouldn t even give them one star but I had to to do a review. Horrible follow up service. We put a deposit down on an RV we wanted. Waited several days to hear back on the financial end (we were pre-approved through our credit union) we were assured that everything would be finalized in a few days. Come to find out they sold the RV out from under us and assured us there was another one on its way the next day. I have it two more days and still no calls. After almost two weeks of on going excuses and still never a call back. We took our business elsewhere. I can thank them for the bad business because we have made new friends elsewhere due to this bad experience.

Not as bad as the other reviews say they are. Yes, it is a dealer, yes they are salesmen, yes they will paint a magical picture of you camping in the amazing RV, but you as a customer can take a little responsibility to do some research. I purchased an amazing RV from these guys for a reasonable price. I looked over the RV from top to bottom. I scrutinized every detail, and decided i liked it. I made an offer and it was accepted. my bank lowered the offer, they asked for more down, i referred back to the original agreement, and they honored it. I took the keys and realized i forgot to check if the water heater worked, and when we tested it, we found that i did not. the guys immediately went to work on it and fixed it at no charge. the next day i found that the driving lights did not work. they said bring it in, and they fixed it, no charge. I have not had any major failures, but if i did, I would not expect them to repair it for free.would i buy another RV from Scott's RV? If they had another RV that looked good and met my needs, yes. have some of the RVs on the lot been drove hard and put away wet, yes i'm sure you will find those on every lot.Treat these guys with respect, and they will do the same for you.1999 Coachman Santara 315QB16 years old and still looks/works like new. Thanks Scott's RV!

Buying our RV at Scott's RV has been a great experience. From Eric our salesman to Brian the mechanic to Brian the owner the experience was top notch. Eric Eric listened to our needs and showed us motorhomes that fit need. Eric pointed us to a great little motorhome that was perfect and in wonderful condition at a fair price. Brian the owner dealt with us in good faith and we were able to agree on a fair price. Eric walk through and around the motorhome finding anything that needed attention then got them all corrected. Then Brian the mechanic found a few things missed and also fixed them. We drove our motorhome home today knowing everything thing was working and how to use the vehicle.Again a great experience from start to finish!

We had a most excellent experience. Nick made the process super easy. We got a great RV, and great price for our trade in and absolutely no hassles negotiations or games of any kind. It was quick and easy and I would recommend Nick and Scott's RV to anyone. They had exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. They also had way more inventory than I expected. Thanks guys!

The sales guy couldn t even get up from watching a college football game to show us any of the models. Don t waste your time. And based on this owner s response, I stand by my comments that this place isn t customer-friendly and can be skipped by any interested customer.Dear owner: #1 it isn t winter, and by the looks of another RV dealership we stopped by today (Sunday), business is still strong. #2 if you want to sell something, you need sales people who are willing and able to do it. #3 there s no way we could tell the guy was handicap or a veteran, but even if that s true, see #2. I didn t even bother to tell you how uninterested and unwillingly to help the guy came across. You can look but it s all locked up. I have a disability, and I ll come right out and tell someone if they need to know. He was more interested in watching the football game. Just close up your dealership during winter if the business isn t worth you staffing properly. Finally, arguing with customers over google isn t going to help any situation.

If i could give these guys less than a one star i would. They are crooks. 8 months later they still have my money. They tried to sell me a rat infested RV. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. Avoid these guys at all cost. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau. If you have a complaint, you need to stand in line. Find me on facebook if you want to talk. I hope this helps people to not get ripped.
