If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT SERVICE IT AT THIS LOCATION!Came in today for my oil change & tire rotation. Checked in with a person named Thomas. ( Later on, he told me he was the actual manager of this quick lane location )I requested a full synthetic oil for my vehicle. I've been using this type of engine oil since I bought the car. I asked Thomas to verify all the information, before they start changing my oil. I am currently under Ford maintenance plan, that includes a full synthetic oil. Thomas assured me that everything was good to go, and took my keys.I was standing and watching the entire process, when technician lifted my vehicle, drained the oil, and refilled it with a new on. The car was lowered, and brought upfront for me to be picked up. I immediately went to the front desk and asked Thomas why they did not rotate my tires? Now, Thomas with a smile on his face tells me this : " Oh, I am sure they did rotate your tires." I SAID, ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?? I WATCHED THE ENTIRE PROCESS! He then went back to talk to the technicians. The technician took my vehicle back to the lift. This time they did rotate the tires. Thomas then called upfront to sign the paperwork. I checked the paperwork, and asked Thomas to show me where was it showing that they used a full synthetic oil. Thomas looked at the paperwork, and says : " Oh, we could not verify that your Ford maintenance plan includes a fully synthetic oil type. " Now I am getting really frustrated! I asked Thomas what the heck was he smoking!!! HE ASSURED ME BEFOREI GAVE HIM THE KEYS, THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO! HE ALSO DID NOT BOTHER TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT, I WAS RIGHT THERE INSIDE! Now we are going back and forth with this argument, in front of all the customers! Thomas then goes back to the technicians to talk to them. I could see that the technicians had this very unpleasant look on their faces. Thomas came back, and continued to give me all kinds of excuses about the oil. They finally took my car back to the lift, to change the oil.AT THIS TIME, I DON'T BELIEVE AT ALL, THAT THEY HAVE ACTUALLY FILLED MY VEHICLE WITH THE RIGHT TYPE OF OIL! THEY ALSO INTENTIONALLY LEFT A HUGE STAIN ON TOP OF MY ENGINE COVER. I have never experienced this type of negligence, from any other Ford dealerships! So if you care about your vehicle, DON'T LET THOMAS AND HIS FRIENDS SERVICE IT!Services: Tires, Oil change

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I foolishly made a second attempt at a second Quick lane location....BIG Mistake! My normal dealership has a frequent special of $299 for three full synthetic oil changes for my diesel truck. I can't do not make it to my normal dealership, because I could not get an appointment that fit my schedule and my oil change was due. When I walked in, the gentleman at the counter asked what I wanted, and I told him a full synthetic oil change, and the price he gave me kept changing as he rambled. It almost sounded like he was spouting numbers off and had no idea what he was talking about. I don't know why they don't have set prices for specific vehicles or if they do, they don't go by it.He eventually told me it will be $296. I was in a hurry and needing it done, so I settled.I went outside to view the underside of my truck while it was on the lift, as that is not normally a view I can see from the ground. At this time they were already draining the oil. When I walked back inside, the front desk person the price went up by nearly $100 for the oil change I was quoted. They said it was because the oil cost more than he thought. What option did I have at that point? Obviously it needed oil put back in.I did not realize that the manager was sitting right next to him and did not say a peep about the situation. In fact, he stood up and went to lunch. I learned he was the manger afterwards.I then went down to the main dealership down below and the manager down there recognized that this was not fair practice and refunded $100. While this was appreciated, the hassle is not worth me ever coming here again.Sorry Quick Lane, but I think you have some business practices that need some fine tuning.

Needed an oil change and tire rotation. The Ford dealership was booked solid, but recommended the Quick Lane next door.Quick Lane doesn't do appointments, so I was ready to either wait or come back to pick up my vehicle later. We got there right at 7 am on a Saturday and were several customers back in line. So, if you want to make this quick, be there before they open, I guess. My wife gave me a ride, so I didn't mind the estimated two-hour turnaround. The employee checked me in promptly and we were on our way. We ran a few errands while Quick Lane did the hard part. The promised phone call telling me my truck was ready did come, not quite two hours later. They took great care of my truck. The tech correctly reset the oil life counter, which others have not done at other garages. (Looking at you, Meineke in Kentucky.)Also, they were honest about what my truck needed and what it didn't. No upsell attempts or spooky stories about needing additional services or else I may die in a horrible mishap caused by my reluctance to spend money.(They did recommend that, next time, I have them change the cabin air filter. That's fair.)All told, seventy bucks well spent. Please keep in mind that, for that price, I got the oil changed and the tires rotated on a full size pickup. If you'll be staying on site, they have TV, vending machines, and WiFi, so you're probably set.I'll happily take my truck back and recommend this place regardless of your vehicle make or model. They may be Ford oriented, but they take care of other cars and trucks as well.

Had my Raptors oil changed, tire rotation done, they washed(had to ask) it all for $64. Pretty satisfied with the price. I was told that it would take 1 hour and 45 mins, but it was over 2 hours. Otherwise I'm very satisfied and will be back.

I took my car in on Saturday to get an oil change. They told me everything was great and there were no issues. When we started to get on the road, my car started to shudder. I assumed there was something wrong with the free alignment that was done. I called and they told me they would put the tires back to the way they have found it. I took it in on the following Friday to get this done. When it was finished, they quoted me close to 1000 dollars worth of fixes that needed to be done. This being my breaks being rubbing on metal and that there were x, y, and z of problems. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion. They took a look at my car and everything was fine, I had to take it to a tire shop to get my tires placed and check balance and it was free. Everything at the original shop was overpriced and unnecessary as well as being quoted for things that didn t need to be fixed.Services: Tires, Oil change

Beware this place does not care about you. They charge full "book" labor hours no matter how long it takes. I just had an alternator replaced. It is right on top of the motor and they called me saying it was done in 1.5 hours. They charged me for 2.4 hours labor because that's what the "book" says. They absolutely did not care when I questioned it. They just said "That's how all mechanics do it." That is not true and I will not be back. I will also tell everyone I know to stay away.Service: Electrical

I had a great experience. Quick and efficient. Everyone I communicated with was very kind and straight to the point. I had a few problems to be dealt with and they were fixed within a few hours. The mechanic who worked on my car (Joshua Bergstrom) even took the time to explain everything he did when I came to pick up my car. Would recommend, thanks!

Came in today for an oil change and stood at the counter for several minutes. Nobody bothered to acknowledge me standing there so I m currently at courtesy ford. I spent $70k on a new bronco and I can t get warranty work within two months or acknowledgement at the quick change counter. Nice work Ford.

I've been going to this location for years and am consistently happy with them! Customer service is great (I believe it was Jeremy who helped me), answered all my questions and walked me through suggested service and were generally friendly and helpful. I take some of what they say with a grain of salt because I know they're affiliated with Ford and have to talk about how great the cars are and having had mine for almost a decade I know how expensive and burdensome repairs can actually be but it's not their fault. I was surprised to see staff not wearing masks at times but do appreciate them wearing them to move cars and such. While I was standing in the store one staff member coughed and sneezed multiple times without wearing a mask and rubbed their nose while answering phones and things...which is exactly how COVID-19 spreads. Wish Quick Lane paid employees to stay home if they're not feeling well and this location took the pandemic more seriously but am otherwise happy with the service.

It's first come first serve. I got there 6:45 am (they open at 7) I there were already 6 people ahead of me. I knew it would be awhile, they went as quickly as they could for an oil change. I was out of there by 8:30. They were under staffed just like everyone else, but were super nice and explained that first thing.

This place was awesome! First time going here! I'm out of oil changes with the dealership so now I have to start paying to get them! This place seemed reasonably priced, the staff was super nice and efficient even cracked a few jokes! I will definitely be back! Happy new customer! I was told in the summertime you can even get a free car wash! It's America who doesn't love the proce of free? Lol! I'm a very picky person especially about my car! I usually don't write reviews so that says a lot that I took the time to write this give these guys a try I don't think you'll be disappointed!Service: Oil change

Said they couldn't rotate tires do to lug nuts being swollen. Turns out, they stripped my lug nuts from using the wrong sockets.. My $64.00 dollar oil change ended up costing them $120.00 dollars to replace 7 lug nuts.I can understand 1 or 2 stripped but 7?Not to mention i left with lugs loose.Would love for a manager to reach out. But i won't hold my breath.

Went in for an oil change. I went early in the morning to try to beat the crowd, and the place was empty. They estimated the work would take 45 minutes to an hour. The waiting area is very comfortable and has coffee, popcorn, and wifi. I ended up only having to wait about 30 minutes. The price was about what you'd expect for an oil change. They also rotated the tires and performed a standard multi point inspection, which did not rack up the cost.I checked my oil levels when I got home (due to a few reviews here saying that the oil was old or not filled at all) and found it to be full of what appears to be new clean oil.The service was fast and friendly, and the work seems to be solid (based on my admittedly small knowledge of car maintenance).I will be coming back for future service.

Pricey but the cost of service is worth it because of the peace of mind from their quality of work. Never have to bring back my vehicles for the same thing twice. They always get the job done right, unlike Firestone.I also like the complementary car wash on-site after each service. The only thing I don't like are their rebates, which require a bunch of hoops to redeem online and then never show up in the mail.

Needed a oil change and fuel filters on my '13 F-350 Diesel work truck. I was in and out quickly and for less money than another place I stopped. I am glad that I called here. This will be on my list for the next time I am in the area and needing service.

If you're considering a different place for service, I seriously think you should think again. Over the weekend I hit an object in the road and immediately my "tire pressure low" light popped on, then...splat..tire flat! Ugh!!! A kind stranger put on my spare, allowing me to avoid the long wait from roadside assistance. This morning, I called Quick Lane, and spoke with manager Jamie R., whom was warm, kind, and informative. However, the cost of replacement was $300 and they couldn't do the work till after 3pm because, like a normal Monday, they were swamped. Meanwhile I called a few reputable tire companies in town only to be told all four tires would need replacement not just one, exceeding $1,000, even though my mileage was under 35k and tire thread low. I drove to Quick Lane, with my dog, expecting a long wait, only to be greeted by a smiling, professional, and friendly, Jamie R. They really tried to fix it, but, unfortunately it had to be replaced, and a sweet angel named Trevor, did an outstanding job. Trevor even put on my new plates AND license plate holders...all before noon! That, my friends is how people work when they are at the top of their game and really care about their customers. So go no further...go here. No regrets!!!

Unfortunately, my wheels were scratched when getting tires put on and they wouldn't take responsibility though I know for certain it was not there prior. Don't have the energy to fight them about it though.

This place was recommended to me by family and I'm so glad I went here. I needed an oil change and my bolt was rounded so I couldn't do it myself. They were pretty quick for the people they had and the girl at the front was super nice! They did a full comp inspection and didn't try to charge me for stuff I'd didn't need.

These guys are always fast courteous and professional. Not too long of a wait considering the whole COVID-19 pandemic. I have gone to them twice and will continue to use them as long as I have my Ford. I Would recommend for anyone needing an oil change and anyone that owns a FordPass as they can use the points you have. Highly recommend

I recently came into the vancouver quick lane for an oil change. I d been there a couple times and had good experiences and the folks were nice. So I didn t have and pre existing qualmsHowever this time around I asked them specifically to look at my breaks too since I wasn t sure when I had them serviced last. The guy came out and told me after the oil change that my break pads were down to 4mm (3mm is critical to replace) and all of the rotors were heavily worn down and needed to be replaced. All in all would be 900 bucks. I was very skeptical because I know a little about cars and it didn t make sense that 6 months ago I had the breaks looked at and everything was fine, and I work from home so I m not driving anywhere...fast forward I took it into les Schwab in camas the same day and asked them to verify. They brought me out to the shop and showed me the pads and rotors. The pads were at 6mm (half life) and all of the rotors were completely fine which is what I expected. I don t want to point the finger and say any names but I was very disappointed and probably won t be going back for any other service after this experience. My advice, be very weary about anything additional they tell you about is wrong with your car. Because more than likely they are up selling you...my 2 cents

Went for oil change, emptied oil but I don t think they filled it cause my husband discovered it was bone dry days later. He filled it himself days after my appointment and it hasn t leaked...so it definitely was their carelessness! Double check their work or you ll end up paying for nothing and almost destroying your new car.

No fuss, no appointment needed. Some repairs will take longer so you can wait it out or take a walk and come back later. They did a quick inspection on my vehicle for no charge. Will keep them in mind if I have any future issues. Seemed like a big staff and location ready to crank away on the next vehicle to roll in.

Been a customer of theirs for 5 years now. I feel they are over priced and have unnecessary long wait times because their employees are goofing off. On multiple occasions my truck has had a week long oil smell inside because of sloppy service. Plus they stopped washing vehicles with roof racks... I'm pretty much done with them...

Just moved here from California where quick lane is Ford so maybe that is where I went wrong wanted to use my Ford advantage money I had and he said that is Ford I said isn't this Ford? We are quick lane yes we are Ford but quick lane. I won't do that again. They also charged me $45 to clean the battery terminals and put some pads on the terminals. Estimated $23. Then charged me $23.50 for labor when they all ready were doing the oil change. No that is a rip off.

This place is amazing. Every time I go they are so helpful. Never have they up sold me on anything nor give me what I don't need. Very friendly and and inexpensive. Love this place.Update! Came back a week later when a rat ate through my spark plugs. My car was shutting down! Got in right away and they fixed it so quick. Can't say enough about this place.
