Serge, the owner, carefully restored my 17RAV 4. It took several weeks to complete the work as a consequence of industry-wide shortage of staff and in a few cases, delay in receiving necessary parts. That said, when I picked up the car today, it appears to be restored to it's prior pristine condition. Serge is an excellent communicator, responded quickly to issues/questions with my insurance carrier, and the usual concerns with part acquisition. When I picked up my car today, he generously gave a substantial discount to offset some of the car rental fees (since repair exceeded the usual 30-day coverage). Grateful for Serge's sincere concern for my safety & his consistent willingness to negotiate with my insurance carrier to obtain the best outcome for my car (& thus, me). If you happen to need excellent auto body / paint work done, definitely consider hiring this dedicated, generous man.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

UPDATE: 1 year laterBumper still looks amazing! -Great experience! I took a bumper that I bought online and asked if they would paint it. When I got there Serge very gently explained that he would prefer not to use that bumper since it was folded in a box, and I likely would not be happy with the paint job, especially long-term.He took care of ordering the correct bumper for me (I think this was unusual, but he probably saw the look on my face and had pity! )My new bumper is beautiful, great paint job!Their prices are fair.Serge does a good job communicating.p.s. I was not paid to write this review, nor was I given a gift card, nor promised future services.

Took my car here after an accident and they did an amazing job. Dealing with the difficult insurance company, they advocated for the best quality work. My car was clean inside out and sparkling, looked brand new! Very happy with the end result of a long difficult journey. I got clipped by someone while I was parking and I took my car here, they helped me with information, step by step what to do, and actually helped me to do everything, thanks to serge lukyan he always answered messages and phone calls pretty fast, and was helpful every time I talked to him, my car now is done and waited not much, thanks to serge I could get a rental car while my car was on this shop, so everything perfect than ever, thanks for your job, my miata say thanks to you for your hard work

I called a handful of places to have my truck bed lid painted and they all said they are too busy or they don t do that kind of work. But not Quality Auto Repair & Paint! Even though they were also very busy (which was obvious when I pulled up) they quoted me immediately and had my lid done in beautiful black paint in just a few days. Thank you all for your work and kindness.

I can not say enough of good things about Quality Auto Repair & Paint body shop! Me, my family and my friends have been their clients since 2009. I have tried couple different shops but wasn t satisfied with the quality of work they have done so always came back. Serge and his dad provide extremely high-quality work as well as professional customer service. Starting from things like ordering some brake pads to major things like towing and getting estimate for my stolen vehicle. Besides doing extraordinary job on repairs and paint work you will get a lot of extra help =) like Serge will give you matching bolts on your license plates so it would look aesthetically pleasing!!! Side note: you will not see such a clean and organized body shop EVER!

My car looks brand new inside and out, not only did they repair the damage but also fixed a scratch on the hood at no extra charge and detailed my car inside and out! It hasn t looked this good since it was brand new. I am more than happy with Quality Auto Repair and Paint, I would recommend them to all my friends and family and those I don t know as well.Great work and a great price and done when promised, I couldn t be happier.Michelle Rohrbach

They did a great job fixing the front panel and front bumper of my Jeep. They also touched up another area for me on the hood others had said they could not fix. The final price was exactly what they quoted. The outside of my car looked amazing and they even cleaned the inside; it feels like new. Very pleased with their service

It has been a great experience fixing my car and doing routinely oil changes and monthly check ups on my Audi at QAR. It is the most reliable shop that I will only go to. Not only did I got my car fixed and detailed but also got it complementary vacuumed and cleaned inside. The paint job is incredible no signs as if it was never damaged. I will definitely refer my family and friends!

Sergey did a great job fixing my car. I had a couple accidents and every time I gave him my car to get fixed. Every time i got my car back as if it was brand new and even better than before. First of all he paints the car as if it was never been damaged , with no signs at all! Plus he does more than you would expect! Like cleaning the interior of the car before giving it back! I couldn t be any happier with his job!

I recommend this shop. Sergey did an awesome job. My audi was scratched allover . He fix it and painted and now it looks like brand new. I will definitely come back if I need it.

I highly recommend this place! Our car was fully inspected and every question I had answered honestly. They worked within our budget for the repairs and it was done quickly. Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend giving them a call and getting an estimate.

Quality Auto Repair was a bit hard to find but it is worth your time. They exceeded all my expectations at a price far lower than any of my other quotes. I finally found a shop that is straight with me and takes pride in there work. I would go to anyone else!
