I had bought my first bike here about a year ago when I first got my permit -- an MT-03 that the people here recommended and helped me through the process of buying.Just recently, I came back now that I officially had my endorsement, looking for an upgrade with a specific bike in mind. Once again, the kindness and helpfulness from everyone involved was fantastic. Craig helped me through the initial paperwork (and pointed out that the bike I wanted was actually in stock!), and Justin helped get everything on the financial side worked out. You can tell that everyone involved loves the hobby, and throughout the whole process, I was hearing tales and getting valuable advice.Fantastic experience both times around, can't recommend this place enough to new riders and veterans alike.

My husband and I went shopping for a couple of motorcycles this weekend. ProCaliber was our first stop, and we didn't need to go any further than that. Their entire team was super friendly, professional, and fun to work with through the entire process. Danny was exceptionally knowledgeable, fun, and easy to work with, and Stacey in the finance dept was a blast. The service team set us up right away for future maintenance, and the parts department was kind and patient with all our questions. Thank you for making it a comfortable and wonderful experience all the way around!

Pro Caliber sales staff are helpful and friendly, my purchase of a Yamaha TTR 125LE from them is an easy hassle free experience. And their service department helped me to convert this great little dirt bike to street legal, big thanks to Mitch and Tim, they're very skilled in what they do, determining what parts I needed to order, gave very useful suggestions, and at the end the TTR125 street legal conversion turned out great! The cost was less than what I expected, such a pleasant surprise! Now I have the coolest street legal dirt bike in town!

I successfully purchased my wife a Honda Navi from them several months ago and while the sticker price was $1800 for the scooter I knew I'd be spending a bit more but when I finally paid at the register it was a little more than $3200. Why don't they end the trash dishonest sticker price and just give it to us so there's no remorse at the register.The customer service is absolutely outstanding and they treat you with the utmost respect but then they just knife you just before you head out the door.I knew there would be a title transfer fee, and dealer fees, but bike assembly fees, we had to use our forklift to unload it fees, we washed the dang thing for you fees. I mean seriously guys if you need that much of a markup just put it on the sticker. Don't gut us at the door!Overall the wife is happy and she tries her best to keep up with me on the Harley!

I just bought my very first bike here and it was an awesome experience! Chris & Larry were super helpful and kind during the whole process, they made sure I was happy and comfortable the entire time. Awesome crew, will definitely be back when I m ready to upgrade!

Pro caliber made it easy..Filed out the online credit app and got pre-approval..Went in the store and was in and out in under 1 hour..Big shout out to my salesman Craig Bladow he was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable.Cant wait to come back and buy some more toys in the future..Thanks again Craig Bladow

Absolutely pleased with my purchase experience with Devin. I appreciate that he never questioned the fact that I knew what I wanted. He went above and beyond to make it happen. Stacey in finance is the bomb! Easy peasy punkin easy to get EXACTLY what I wanted. I came back to edit my review to add that if I could give Pro Caliber 10 stars I would. I have since had the pleasure of taking my bike in for the first break in service, ordered some extras and arranged to have them installed. Miles in parts is knowledgeable, helpful and makes it easy to get all those extras that I didn t know I wanted. My Chieftain is all I expected and more. I should have made the change from the T Shirt brand to the Indian long ago I could not be more pleased Skodin!!!

The staff is so welcoming without peer pressure into getting onto a new bike or into something new in general. I worked specifically with Daniel & he was great!!! From start to finish he had excellent communication and was willing to text or talk after business hours if needed!! 10/10 would recommend pro caliber Vancouver!! I absolutely love my brand new.. Kawasaki Z125pro

Big Jeff was a huge help and so much fun to chat with. He got everything done ahead of time so when I came in, there was very little work for me to do. He walked me through the features and components of the bike. He even had me sit on a few others just to get a feel for different riding positions. Everyone I met at Pro Caliber was incredibly kind and helpful, a wonderful group of people all the way around. Justin walked me through the financing. He was straight with me on his opinions and didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. I walked away giddy at having a new bike and feeling really good about the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Devin Dyer and Daniel Smith were awesome. I walked in knowing what I wanted and both took care of me. The service department was great too. Sadly I forgot the name of the young lady that helped me but, she was awesome too and helped me order my helmet. I left as a new owner of a scooter. There was no pressure or any up selling. Every thing was explained to me so I had no surprises. I totally recommend everyone here.

My husband and I worked with Daniel and had an all around great experience! He went above and beyond to get us the exact machine and price that we were wanting. Daniel communicated honestly with us, and I really appreciated that he was not at all pushy like a lot of sales people can be. He also took the time to go over the maintenance schedule with us and answer any questions we had before we left with our new side by side. It was overall a pleasant and easy process from start to finish. Would go through Daniel again for future purchases, highly recommend him.

Great experience buying a new Manitou pontoon boat. These guys were super knowledgeable, helpful and make the process easy. High five to Jake specifically for helping throughout the sales process. Never felt any pressure, just help and great customer service!

I Had an excellent shopping experience with Pro Caliber. We work the same hours as Pro. My husband wanted to buy me a bike for Christmas so We decided to leave a little early from work which put us at Pro just shortly before closing. When we called to make sure that would be alright they assured us it would. They were very helpful and sold us our bike that night. They truly go above and beyond I d highly recommended them. They also have a great selection and good pricing. Was an overall smooth transaction. I d also recommend the gear store they have a great selection.

I went to ProCaliber Vancouver to buy my first motorcycle and I can say that it couldn t have been easier. The whole team there was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole buying process. The Sales representatives Danny, Daniel and Devin were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was very thankful for Daniel also introducing me to the parts and service department and helping me schedule my first maintenance appointment. Stacy from the finance team was also very informative, helpful, and friendly and made the paper signing a pleasant experience. Overall 5/5

Dylan B sold me my bike, I came in to the store for gear and needed a bike but wasn t sure where to get the best price. I searched for weeks & can say Pro caliber has the best prices, on top of it, I actually didn t know how to ride and Dylan taught me the day I picked up the bike. Both Dylan & Terry were a huge help during this process and stayed by my side non stop. Love the service, love the team, thankful for everything they ve done for me.

Great purchasing experience with Craig Bladow. No high pressure sales tactics or price haggling, just facts and data.Craig is super knowledgeable and was very helpful when it came down to discussing the differences from one machine to the other.I liked the established procedure (appears that way anyway) of the sales associate walking the customer through the service and sales department to introduce you to contacts in these areas and make you aware of what s available at the time of purchase or down the road.Thanks again Craig and Dylan!

I was looking for a new hooligan bike and found the perfect place to buy it... Some of the other deers dealerships wouldn't give me the time a day andtreated me poorly. This dealership was amazing. They had the best sell price of any bike in two states. You definitely want to buy from these guys

I bought my first bike, a Kawasaki Ninja 400, here at Pro Caliber and my experience was fantastic, thanks to Danny. He communicated well with me every single step of the way and it made all the difference! He is very charismatic and knowledgeable so don t let his laid back attitude fool you, he knows his stuff and at every twist and turn he made me feel understood and confident about asking questions. Danny is a great guy and i would highly recommend anyone to buy a bike from him because he will take care of you, he really does have his customers best interest in mind. Overall great experience purchasing a motorcycle from here. From the first contact to walking out with my new bike, everyone I talked to was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products. Danny White was a stellar salesman who made sure the bike fit what I was going for and never tried to push me into something I didn t need. Stacy helped get everything in order on the paperwork side and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I give Big Jeff 5 stars for his cool, calm, collected demeanor. He made buying a couple bikes super easy. I've been on the consumer side for almost 3 decades now. Been obsessed with moto since a kid from the riders to the bikes. Big Jeff seemed to understand that and didn't try to "salesman" me. Made for a good experience. Wish dealing with everyone there was like that. He makes Pro Cal great again.Other employees just reminded me of the great "boycott" of the early 2000's. If you don't like your job, find a new one. If a customer is dropping $14k don't complain about staying open a couple mins later. Don't talk down to the customer and treat them like you know all and they know none...I miss Elaine. Said I'd never buy a bike from them again after her but Jeff brought that joy and professionalism back. He's a real one.

Came in brand new to motorcycles and got helped by Danny White. The customer service is great and even though it is their job and they need to sell stuff, everyone feels real and will take time to answer questions and concerns and it feels like the priority is you as a person first and you as a buyer second. Had some trouble with the title not being available, but Devin Dyer handled the situation well and now I have a z650!

Updated 01/22/24-Met with Devin today to purchase my 2nd bike from him (recently purchased a Kawasaki KLX300). He walked me through different options as per what I told him I was looking for. I decided to go with a Yamaha MT-9 off of his recommendation. I was very impressed with his knowledge across various motorcycle brands and would highly recommend working with him if you want a smooth, joyful experience. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice.After riding my new bike, I am positive I made the right choice.I worked with Stacy on the paperwork and financing side of things, she was also a joy to work with and made the process very easy.Thank you all again for the awesome bikes!----------------------------------------------------Went in on Tuesday for a Can Am and was greeted by Craig. He showed me their inventory and went into detail about each one. Once I decided on which one I wanted, Craig made the purchasing process incredibly easy and smooth. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and was confident with my decision when it was all said and done.I would recommend to anyone looking for any sort of motorbike, quad, etc. They have all sorts of toys!Thank you guys!

Jake and Stacy were absolutely awesome. They stayed consistent and not pushy at all. They went through hoops to get me setup with a bike for my daughter. They also kept my place in line for the bike.Very family oriented and respectful crew of people. I highly recommend this place and I will be using them in the future.
