Nice place! I needed and oil change and also brought in a wiper blade and headlight bulb I needed installed. They did the oil change and threw on the wiper blade/bulb for free! Super nice guys, treated me great even though my Subaru Forrester is on its last legs:) Will be back, thanks Ron and staff!

If it were possible to rate this company 0 that would be the rating. I brought my vehicle to the Vancouver location where they damaged both of my front seats and then claimed the damage was pre-existing. They then offered the most offensive customer service and were surprised this upset the customer who was already angry about the damage their vehicle received in their care. This business and their corporate customer service lack any capacity to exercise integrity in the business they are in. It is with deepest regrets I gave this company patronage and certainly will not ever do so again. I have never been treated with such offensive disrespect. After payingThousands of dollars in repair I now have to absorb the additional cost of recovering my seats. I strongly urge people to see other reviews where integrity was an issue mine is not the only story. It seems a trend exists in how this company treats females as well. I am sad for them in this day and age to hold a gender in such low regard they would have so many complaints about this. I used them as they were a service provider for extended warrantee but in retrospect would definitely have avoided this brand.

Always efficient great service ! I've taken my son's and my car there after the manufacturer warranty expired, I've always been happy with the work preformed and have never had to return for any problems. I've recommended them to several people !

I came to your shop Friday and was quoted $999 to have my alternator replaced. Not knowing this was an outrageous price for an alternator I almost has it replaced in your shop. Because I questioned this quote at other places I found that in fact it does not cost a thousand dollars to replace an alternator, nor does it take 4 hours to replace an alternator like I was told. I was able to get the alternator and a belt replaced for $300. I wonder if I was so erroneously quoted because I am old and I am a woman or if this was a deliberate attempt to price gouge me? Whatever your front counter person hoped to achieve February 2nd at around noon, he should be ashamed for trying to rip me off. I am glad I had good people in my life that could direct me to an honest shop because I didn't get it at your place of business.

Had my wife take a car to alignment only to get yelled at that they were on lunch upom arrival.. used to be a top notch shop but will have to look elsewhere if the customer service is not good.

I m new in town and needed a new auto shop to take care of my car and Precision Tune Auto Care went above and beyond for my oil change. They provide a wide variety of repairs and maintenance on top of routine oil changes. They printed out my car fax and walked me through future repairs to consider. I ll be a returning customer!

By far the best service and care!I took my vehicle in on a Saturday morning after I got a warning from my dashboard that my engine was overheating. It happened to be the coolant bleed hose.GMC Vancouver parts and service was closed and all other stores didn t have access to the part, but Ron did a bunch of calling and found the last possible part in town, over in Portland.To say that I m Impressed, Happy, and Appreciative is an understatement, they will forever have my business.

This is an edit to the 1 star review I gave earlier. I must eat crow here.I was so upset about my breaks going wonky after my alignment from Precision Tune, especially after I had just had my brakes done a few months prior, that I was sure they had done something to them or knocked something loose.I took my car to another mechanic to see what it was that PT may have done. He found it was an issue specific to the master cylinder and power booster.Informed me it was not anyone's fault. It was bound to happen after 100k miles and it just so happens it occurred the day after my alignment. Just bad timing.So, I apologize to the people at Precision Tune and hope I didn't turn people away out of frustration. I jumped to conclusions and wrote a 1 star review reflecting that. I was completely in the wrong and admit that wholeheartedly.

Don't ever leave your car to them i saw what they did to another costumers car all the workers lies later on there to the same thing to my car there not fixing they broke it they took of the nuts from my exhaust Boit and they tell me somebody cut off my Catalytic Converter i when up to pick up they told me the price not much i when in its totally really different they charge me 2000 some but there not doing anything they just broke my car so honestly to all costumers be careful when you let those guy touching your vehicle i saw in my own eyes what there doing to there customer vehicle and i didn't know im gonna end up same to the another person but that bad to them and there company they did wrong thing there loosing there costumers from that time until now i never when back to them and never ever trust them anymore

I have found my mechanic. Captain today to make an appointment to get my car fixed but they were able to get me in right away. Since I already knew what was wrong they were willing to go with that and had my car for less than an hour and a half. I highly do not recommend going to this place if you are a woman by yourself. Purchased a Groupon for the oil change and ended paying another $40 on top of the $50 coupon. Apparently it only covers 5 quarts of oil and no labor, my car only takes 4.6 quarts (found out after the fact, should've done my research) but he insisted I needed 6, after completing the transaction, the gentleman said "just tell me next time and I'll honor the Groupon pricing" so I guess the physical one I brought was the problem because they take 12% of the proceeds, after that I'm just convinced he charged me more to make up for that loss. Later I went out for lunch at work and realized the driver side AC was blowing warm, but to the passenger side on a 90 degree day. There was no issues with my AC before I brought my car in, when I called back the woman I spoke with said "there's no way that would've happened during an oil change" but also said "I have no idea what they do during an oil change" totally dismissed the possibility that anything could've happened while they worked on my car and her only solution for me was to bring it in for an estimate. I told her that wouldn't be happening and I'll be taking my car to someone who knows what they are doing and disconnected. She felt it was necessary to call me back immediately and say "be sure to tell whoever it is that knows what they're doing what happened, because they'll know its just not possible." This place has only confirmed for me that if you walk into a shop as a lone woman, you will be taken advantage of, so thank you for the learning experience I guess. I'm currently struggling with depression and financial stress and this place only added to it, but on the bright side my dad is going to make the ten hours drive from Montana to come and take a look for me. Again if you are a woman by yourself and feel insecure about taking your car somewhere DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Customer service sucked! I left my wallet across the street. I was worried not knowing where it was when we went to pick up my car. The service man was rude when I first realized I could not find my wallet. Instead of carring, he was a jerk and went right to "you better pay the extra $9 or "I" will take the car for the weekend." Fortunately, my brother had his wallet and he paid for me. The extra tax charge was not even talked about before hand, even though it was a given. Thankfully, I had left my wallet at the mexican place across the street. They were actually nice. I wont go back to someone treating me bad! Mean man was gonna leave me stranded at first chance! I will take my business somewhere else next time.

I called multiple company's to get prices for an alignment and scheduled an appointment with them after agreeing to their price. When I showed up to the appointment the people at the shop informed me that their prices just went up to $150 an hour instead of $100 or whatever it used to be. So instead of honoring the price they told me over the phone just lest than a week ago when I scheduled, they informed me that the alignment will now be almost double what they originally said. I will never go here again and recommend no one else does either.

Just exceptional service! My rent is very high and I use Groupons and Precision Tune Auto Care coupons once in a while for repairs and this business always, for 3 years and 5 repairs, does the exceptional service and work!!! Never complains, tells me if I need something important repaired, and do a few inspections also with out me asking. JUST EXCEPTIONAL!!Service: Tires

I went it for an alignment, was quoted a very high price, the guy was extremely rude, no customer service at all. Was still going to do it but the customer service threw me off and decided to take my car somewhere else. Definitely Do not recommend

I was told I had blown head gaskets and it would cost 3000. I m just so upset we trust u guys with our vehicles, hoping you would be honest and not try to rip people off. And just fix our vehicles correctly. Took my car to the dealership, and what you know, no blown head gaskets. 4th plain precision tune, very dishonest people. I ended up paying 368.00, thank God I had warranty, but even if I didn t, it would have Been 740.00 compared to 3000. The only thing that was wrong was my oil sensor and some dirty filters.Service: Auto maintenance

Again this place is a rip off. The last review I left, they lied on their reply! Nice try! They claim they offered me a 100$ discount of their $1200 quote, they didn t. Also what they quoted me for I was able to get repaired at Brake Force in Portland for $350! Insane! No respect of their customers hard earned money.

Went in on the 6th to get an oil change. They told me appointments only which is understandable so I made one for the following day at 11am. Came in to get it done and a gentleman was in line in front of me asking for a walk in oil change. They said they can do that for him Even tho they sent me away and then I showed up at my 11am appointment they still continued and made sure this guy had his oil change done before me. Was in shock. Will not be coming back.Service: Oil change

After over 40 years as a car owner I finally found a great mechanic. My car was intermittently dying on me which was unsafe. Had it towed to Precision at my insurance agent's recommendation. They weren't sure at first what it was but stuck with it and solved the problem at a very fair price and had it finished in no time at all. I would absolutely recommend them. They are courteous speedy and honest.

The service and oil change was fine, but the price was very high. I had a Groupon deal for a $29.99 oil change and still had to pay an additional $35.00. A few months ago I used a Groupon at a Valvoline and got the same service for about $35.00 and NO EXTRA FEES. I know where I'll be going for my next oil change and it's not Precision.

Honestly hate this place. Never fixed my problems and still took more money than they should. Said I d remove my bad review if they fixed it. They didn t. If they had actually been honest mechanics, and checked the things we said were wrong, they would have found it like the mechanic I took it to after dealing with precision

Awful experience. Car needed diagnostic and repair for an ignition issue. Precision tune couldn t find the issue, then later attributed it to one part of the fueling system. After several days (partially due to ordering the wrong part) They replaced one part to the tune of hundreds of dollars and sent us back on the road. Immediately when we got it back noticed the car was still having the exact same ignition issue. After driving for less than half an hour total since the repair, the acceleration failed (gas didn t work) while going up a hill, causing the car to roll back down the hill and nearly kill us since the hill was a dead end into a sheer drop. We refused to go back to Precision tune and towed to Gaynor s instead who did a great job 3x faster, with way better communication, and fixed the issue for a similar price. Turns out Precision Tune replaced only one part of a whole assembly of parts which led to the issue not being fixed.Tl;DR go to Gaynor s in downtown instead. Precision tune is untrustworthy and will waste your time and money. Avoid!

My wife drove an hour for an appointment we made. When she arrived they said the appointment was canceled because someone was out sick. Understandable, but we would have appreciated a call before asking the drive.

My warranty company recommend this shop and scheduled my appointment. However There was a miscommunication about my schedule that was my fault but when I explained the situation they were accommodating and were able to get my car in. The front desk employee was extremely friendly and professional. They understood that this was my only vehicle and they worked hard to get it repaired in one day. A number of months ago I went to another business for a quick repair. They told me I needed a complete set of rear breaks. I did not think it was needed, so while having an Oil Change this time one of your technicians checked on them. His report back to me was one of seeing no need to replace or even repair the existing breaks. This was a $800 savings as that's what the other company wanted to "fix" them. So yes very pleased with the service and honesty. Also the lady in the office was very pleasant and prompt with the paperwork.
