I have had great service with Peterson Automotive ! The knowledge and the care I've received on the care of my car has been great! The receptionist is also extremally knowledgeable about car repairs! She has advised me what maybe wrong with my car and the break down on the cost. The waiting room is well set up with a TV and coffee if you need it to relax. My car is a BMW usually its hard to find a close by Mechanic to work on it I'm so happy with their service!

They are honest and reliable and go out of their way to find parts for your car. Their prices are good. I would trust them with any of my car and highly recommend seeing them first before you go anywhere else.

I have consistently had great experiences at Petersons! The staff are incredibly friendly and patient when I have questions or concerns. They explain things to me very clearly, ensuring that I understand everything that is happening with my car and what needs to be done. They have gone out of their way to ensure the parts they order are as inexpensive as possible without compromising on quality. Sometimes the wait to get in can be long, but they are worth the wait!

My experience at Petersons automotive repair started with my 2015 Kia Soul. My daughter has her cars maintenance done there and said I should go.I did. My kia was toast! Cylinder issues.Petersons diagnosed it for a minimal fee.I now drive a Subaru legacy. Petersons diagnosed and fixed my car within the time frame they gave me and charged less than they first quoted. I am returning in 11 days to ask them to fix the immediate needs of the car.They are awesome! RaShonda will answer the phone and give you a no nonsense answer. They are very thorough.It is rare to find efficiency in the world of auto care.Petersons is my beacon of light in an otherwise dark world of vehicle repairs and maintenance.I am grateful to them and appreciate that they are doing well for the community.Love and light to all.

I know every time that I take my Honda Pilot in to Peterson Automotive to be serviced it will be done accurately and efficiently. I also don't need to worry that after the service they would give me a litany of stuff that "needs" to be fixed immediately like some dealerships have done to me...trying to get me to buy one of their cars! Peterson only tells me what needs to be done for the safety and integrity of my pilot. There is nothing better than being able to totally trust your mechanic shop! When Chris was there it was a great place to go too! It s too bad he s no longer there! They treated you fairly and worked with you. The new lady there is horrible, doesn t have any customer service skills and rakes you over the coals. Spent over 1100.00 and car died 4 times on the way home. Charged us 120 for battery ends which is a 10 part. It s not the Petersons it used to be and we won t be going back!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Amazing and honest. They give you all the information up front before they dig into your vehicle . I will never take my car anywhere else. The price they quote you is the price that you pay. If they find something that they had not quoted you on they will call you and they will let you know right away. Rashonda and Eric are amazing people. Amazing service! Chris is a wonderful person and a very knowledgeable professional. The guys who worked on my car did a great job and the overall experience was nothing but great. Plus, they gave me the best price. I called multiple shops after I got a list of to-do s from the dealership and Peterson automotive gave the most reasonable quote. I would definitely recommend them!

I purchased a used car, for others to bang into and vandalize. It seemed to be running inconsistent, odd not indicative to that vehicle. I took it in to ask them a look over it, test drive, block test, engine inspection, I will pay no problem, i was extremely disspointed that all they did was plug into computer check codes, recommend big dollar transmission shop for easy repair. I will say this, after I picked up vehicle from Peterson automotive it ran great, all the issues seems to have disappeared. it runs great now. no more shifting problems, no more under powered issues. driving as it should, so i want to say thanks, still need to find a place to have it completely checked over. but in this day in age and area. its hit miss and hope you get lucky.Service: Engine repair

The best part is the freindly staff. Thy helped keeping my disintegrating old Dodge truck on the road. New fuel tank, fuel pump, seals,, etc. New Wiper motor. Parking brake mechanism...I'm sure I'm forgetting things. Not only did they do great work, it almost felt like they undercharged me or something. Very highly recomended.

Winnebago Rialta owner you are in Luck!Peterson's Automotive I have known them for 17 plus years. If you are a Winnebago Rialta owner this is a must-go-to place. I found it difficult to find a repair shop to work on this little VW motor home. Not only are they willing but Mike seems to be an expert who has worked on them since the Eurovan chassis came out. They can even do some undercoating and body painting! It s worth the drive. Great staff.

It's hard to find a reputable mechanic in a new place.But these guys are what you're looking for.They not only did a fine job with my car, they also showed me that what the other guys said needed to be done didn't. They turned away money in their pocket because it just didn't need to be done yet.It's rare to find a quality, up-standing, honest mechanic. This company proved to me they are worthy of my business.I recommend them without reservation.

When my car failed the emissions test, my sister recommended I take it to Peterson's. She takes her car there and has been very satisfied with their service. I set up an appointment with Chris and took my car in. He gave me an estimate and told me when my car would be done. Overall I was completely satisfied with the service I received form Peterson's Automotive and I would definitely recommend their services to other people. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. And I also received a follow up call regarding my satisfaction of the services. Thanks again, Chris and Peterson's Automotive for taking great care of my car! :)

Found Peterson Automotive after I bought my 2019 Crosstrek. In my 50 years of driving I've not found a more honest and trustworthy auto shop! Although I dont need much work done besides oil changes at this point, I trust them. Very happy with the service I received and the friendly atmosphere that they create! Very busy so make your appointment to save your spot you won't be disappointed.This is a must if your looking for a mechanic, reasonable shop rates and very honest!!!. Have visited Petersons Automotive twice in the last couple of months and both times received fast and professional service!! This is my favorite automotive shop in Vancouver, VERY TRUST WORTHY AND AFFORDABLE...

Highest recommendation across the board. I have a VW Eurovan Rialta and I wish that these guys were close to my home. I was traveling in WA and the check engine light came on. Found them and was so happy with the service.Mike the owner is very friendly but Ted the mechanic was amazing. He brought me in with him for the full inspection and showed and explained everything in a way I could completely understand. I'm not a mechanic but he made me feel so comfortable that they are 100% straightforward and honest.The work was excellent, right on schedule and good communication. Other people have mentioned the cost is high, I can't say because compared to California it seemed what would be expected but for me I would pay for this service.Couldn't give a better rating.

Amazing family, they took amazing care of me even arranged me a ride home while my vehicle was in the shop. They fixed the vehicle problem promptly and had it back to me same day. Very wholesome people, caring.

I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for years and never have a problem. Today, I had a minor complaint about the service, and in the end decided to bring it to Chris' attention. (I considered not, since it was really minor, but just wanted to bring it to his attention for the future.) He went above and beyond to remedy the complaint, and ended up bringing the business owner into the conversation, and instead of the "issue" becoming one, they really made me feel comfortable with them, and there is no doubt I will return in the future. I would *highly* recommend this auto shop.

Peterson Automotive is everything you would hope to see in an auto repair shop.Eric made it clear from the start "at the end of the day ,it is all about the car".My Mini now runs better then it ever has.Chris kept me informed every step of the way.They were extremely thorough ,checked everything,and gave me a 3 year 36 k mile warranty. It is a great feeling driving now, having that confidence everything was done right.

Honest place and kind service. I'm very scared to take my car to mechanics because majority of them lie and some are just plain lazy with diagnostics. I recently had a very minor problem with my vehicle (loose bolt) ,Petersons's Auto quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed the problem. They only charged for diagnostics which wasn't expensive and way cheaper than other auto mechanics. I'll be sure to take my car or truck to these guys if they require maintenance in the future.

It's difficult to find any automotive place worth your trust. This is the only place I take my car to. Fair, honest, competitive prices, and are straight-shooters. No up-selling from them. They have only told me what I needed and offered suggestions that were helpful. They have never steered me wrong and I don't anticipate that changing.

Fair Priced, Quick and Courteous. I brought my Hyundai Tucson to Peterson Automotive in October 2012. I was expecting to be without a car for a week and end up with an astronomical bill after my experience with other repair shops and dealerships. At Peterson's my car was ready the next morning at a fraction of what I expected and half their initial quote! They were even nice enough to check my VIN for any factory recalls I had missed. It turned out I had missed a very important airbag recall. I can't thank them enough. Peterson Automotive, you are awesome.

My Olds Aurora was not the first vehicle I had worked on by Peterson's staff. I also had a Nissan Pickup which they worked on a couple of times. Every time, they get the work done as quickly as possible.The prices are as reasonable as they can be . There's no nonsense either. When they tell you something needs fixing they are truthful. The owner, Eric Peterson is personally involved in the shop and stays engaged with its day today operations. That is why I trust him and his crew to work on my vehicles. They care.

These guys helped me out with replacing my clutch. They also were understanding when the money I had set aside for the repairs were drained by a family emergency and gave me time to pay it rather than continuing to charge me for storage. The car drives better than new now! Thoroughly impressed with the expertise and technical skills of this place highly recommend to anyone needing automotive repair!
