I went there last week for an oil change. I have been many times before. They are always nice and quick. The following week my husband checked the oil and it was filthy. Like it hadn't been changed at all. So we went back and showed them. They said they would change the oil again. When it was done he said that will be $97!!! I said I got the impression you were going yo make it right! No. They charged me full price. They lost a customer for sure and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this place for an oil change. Quick is not good. They need to let all of the old oil drain out before they put the new expensive oil back in. I am soooooo mad!! Do not go here for an oil change. They don't care.

This place is no good I had an inspection done on my car yesterday they quoted me $2000 on two catalytic converters and $1400 for a tune up. Just got everything on my car fixed for $600 from an honest shop. I didn t need new catalytic converters. Also the shop I went to included all kinds of things these guys didn t mention $600 vs $3400 these guys are crooks!

They do good work. They charged $125 to install a battery. That seems excessive. But I'm happy with the brake job they did.

Quick to help me out, courteousness was top notch and the work was done in a timely manner! Two tires mounted not bought at this store, one of the few places that will mount tires not bought n-house. Fairly priced, even cheaper than other local shops. Will return if I need anything else related to wheels and tires!

This is NOT the mechanic you want to use. I had them do a pre purchase inspection on a car, they found some minor things, and then I had them fix it. Two months later I find out about a massive pre-existing issue with my car that they missed! I called, provided pictures, and reports of the issue. Ramon, the owner, acknowledged they might have missed something, twice, but offered no resolution. Super poor business practice and left me feeling pretty frustrated. I was taken advantage of, trusting that I would get a through mechanic, in times like these this is how people get robbed. For the sake of your own pocket book, do not use this business.

1200 dollars for two coils and a compression test. 500 bucks in labor worked on the car for maybe 4 hours.

I have been going to jordan ( orchards auto care) for about 3 years now. When I first went I just got a new car and me and jordan immediately got along and talked about the car and much more. I build a relationship from day one and I really like the service him and the team provides. He is always making time for me and making sure my vehicle is taken care of. One thing that always makes me come back is how he always makes sure to explain what is wrong, how he can fix it, how much it will cost and how to prevent it. I definitely recommend this auto shop for anyone.

The entire staff at Orchards Express Auto Care has always been courteous, respectful, and above all, friendly! I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for an oil change and they always have coffee (and sometimes snacks and a free car wash) available while you wait, plus their prices are great! Thanks to all of you!

I was in the process of moving and couldn't do an oil change at home for a new vehicle I had purchased. Orchards express was kind enough to do an oil change for me with oil and filter I had brought with. They did a great job and were very understanding of my situation. Thanks again for the help today!

Total scam.Washington state after July 25th, 2021 banned the sale of certain HFC refrigerants which included the $30-50 AC recharge bottles for vehicles which I'm assuming the reason this service cost $404When recharging ac one of the first things you do is pull a vacuum to check for leaks....I was told that Freon prices are crazy, but for $404 it would have been good to have warned me that they did not do pull a vacuum like every other ac service which would have at least made it known there was a leak. (Washington state requires there be blacklight dye in vehicle AC's, so it couldn't have possibly been that hard of a task?). Instead of charging their customers $404 two times in a row, they should leak test or at a minimum suggest their customers pay extra for a leak test to avoid these kinds of head aches.If you go here to get your AC recharged and are unsure the reason, be sure to ask them to do a leak check afterwards.

As a female it can be nerve wracking to have to get ones car worked on. Be it major or regular maintenance. Having said that Jordan and Ramon did me solid. My Jeeps throttle body replaced, tune up and oil change completed quickly and I paid what Jordan quoted me. I won't take my baby any where else. The guys are fast friendly and fair. Ramon & Jordan run a great shop. They are knowledgeable, professional, honest and really nice. They have worked on our cars over the last couple of years and they do a great job.Just got a transmission service, oil change, and new tires. Honest & helpful!!! The diagnostic found a small water pump leak and they were honest about not being comfortable trying to replace that since they don't specialize in Ford. As we all know ,Money is tight. So when we need to pay for a service we want the best bang for our buck. When it comes to transmission service and oil change ,I think I found "my bang for the buck" That would be express auto care .I am very pleased with Ramone and his men , Customer service is King and quality of his work is important to him. I blew a tire and they had put on for new tires couple years back so it was under the hazard so two tires were replaced by them and I wouldn't have bought the other two so now I have four brand new tires good for 60,000 miles

Been coming here for over 8 years off and on for various oil changes and light maintenance on my old 97 Blazer and current 2010 Altima. They are quick and efficient and offer great prices for the jobs that they have done. I d definitely recommend these guys, always worth it to stop in and get your car fixed up.

I have been to many auto shops in my life but this place has been nothing but the best. They fixed my tire when i had a flat, changed my oil with no wait time and they were so pleasant with great customer service. I highly recommend Orchards Express Auto Care. Awesome Experience! I'm telling Everyone! I'm never going back to the dealership for oil changes. Ramone and his staff are efficient and have a wealth of knowledge about both Trucks and cars.They gave me a reasonable quote for time and cost for service, and they were done early, and my price for repair was less than quoted TWICE! I love these guys, and they support our veterans!

I walked in looking for an oil change, filter replacements, tire fill-up and new windsheild wiper. They were able to take me in immediately and I was out of there in 20 minutes! Very fast and great customer service! Would definitely recommend!

I went in for an oil change on my Audi S4 2010 and got my oil change. The next day I come out to my car and see a big puddle on the ground full of oil. I called them and said what is this and they said okay we will send out a tow truck. Tow came took my car and then they call me and say this wasn t our fault and it was leaking before. I would ve noticed if it was leaking. And I had to pay for towing. Took it to the mechanic and he told me when they were putting on the oil filter they didn t put it on right and I had to pay 1 thousand dollars for the fix smh. I m never coming back here again and doing my own oil change from here on out. They don t know what they are doing and don t do it good or professional at all. My dad had an Audi A4 before and took it there and had the exact same thing happen to it.Service: General repairs & maintenance
