This shop replaced my clutch. Very easy to work with. Clear in their communications and commitment. True to their word. Great follow up. I trust them.

Had a warranty claim and even though the warranty place took 2 and a half months to approve the claim...Orchard Automotive was great with everything.

If ever there's a car problem, I need fixed, Orchards Automotive is the place I take it to. These guys know what they're doing and at a reasonable price.

I dropped my car off over the weekend for them to take a look at. Not only did they fit me right when they opened but they fixed it within a couple hours. The price was phenomenal and the customer service was excellent. If I have car repair needs in the future, this is where I will go. No gimmicks, no run around, no telling me I needed things fixed that didn't need to be, they are just good honest people. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Called to mention I had an interlock on my vehicle, and the guy fired back, "I'm not playing that game." I understand it does make it difficult, but there is a way of speaking with respect, and he had none.

Made an appointment to have odometer repaired and a potential rough start looked into. The odometer was a must fix and the vehicle was needed by Saturday. Was promised by the owner that fixing the odometer would be a quick And not to worry about time constraint. I spoke with two people and expressed the NEED, and URGENCY of the odometer repair. Brought it in for my scheduled appt Thursday morning only to have the car sit, untouched for an entire day. I received a call around 2:30 Friday (also from the owner) stating that After 3 test drives the car runs fine but they didn t look at the odometer and they won t be looking at it because they wouldn t be able to finish it by end of day. So I basically dropped off a vehicle for two days with no repairs made. And the one repair that was a must, and was promised would be fixed wasn t even looked at. This was a HUGE WASTE OF TIME. After being a customer for 15years, I ll be taking my business elsewhere. They have become incompetent and unreliable. I suggest you look Elsewhere to get your car repaired. Or, don t.. and let your car sit for a week while they look at it from their office.

Made a appointment for 9:00 am at this shop for a tuneup, oil change, radiator flush, and info on check engine light on. Dropped car off at appointed time and day. Work was not started on my car till late afternoon. Pointless to make a reservation, I guess. Only work done was the oil change. Guessing because my skin color is not white, repairing my car was not a priority. Did not receive a apology for the waste of my time. Would never recommend this shop because of the very poor customer service and the fact that a appointment means nothing to them.

Orchards told me i need to replace the engine that the engine is knocking must have superman hearing i do not hear any knocking. Its an older vehicle. i go to the beach and mounts regularly and don't have any issues like orchards is explaining. Very confusing and frustrating. I Talked to an old school mechanic about this issue i m having. This mechanic he suggested that orchards dont want to work on your vehicle and would rather tell you that you have a bigger issue then you really do.Not an honest shop and would rather lie to a customer then be honest about the issue.

We've taken vehicles here for over 10 years. Great people to do business with! Quality job and great customer service. Everyone knows it can be difficult to find an auto repair shop that you can trust... This is one of those places.

I wouldn't recommend this shop for interlock service. I normally go to Life Safer down the street, but my guy is sick right now, so I was scheduled over here. They rescheduled me 30 minutes after my initial scheduling, they were 30 minutes behind in their intake process. The owner walked away with my debit card when I was still in the shop, rather than their office which I don't feel comfortable with because it's then out of my sight. This place is also a dump.If people say you get a discount when you pay with cash, it's because they are charging you a 2% processing fee, which literally happens anywhere that accepts credit cards.If you have to get interlock service, go to life safer instead. Highly recommend their service.

They've been working on my cars for about a decade. Always do good work, price things fairly, honest. They spot things that need to be fixed before it's a real problem. No pressure sales. Easy to communicate with. They prefer cash and give a discount if you pay with it.

My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years and this place is friendly, honest, and their services are very honestly priced and low priced at that! They communicate what the problem with your car is, in understandable terms. My husband and I will continue to bring our cars here.

I've been to these folks twice now to have my wife's car worked on. They seem to be honest mechanics; this is the first place I've taken her car since we moved to Vancouver that I didn't feel we were being ripped off. They're knowledgable, honest and fast.

People are nice. But highly do not reccomended for ignition interlock. Nothing but problems. Getting stranded twice. Having car towed. Got a new car same problem twice in two weeks. But no one will take the blame.

I trust this shop. I have never felt like they were trying to make money off of me but only wanted to repair my vehicle as affordably as they can. They even let me buy my own parts and bring them in. I really appreciate this automotive shop.

Took my Honda inIt's my first car/my life.I was verbally given a list of stuff wrong with it and I felt pressured/bullied. Paid for what I could afford. Picked up my car and SUDDENLY now I have more issues with my car than when I left it with them that I and my family know we're NOT issues at all at drop off. When I picked up my car the lady in the shop was rude and told me I called to much when they weren't Communicating at all. Asked for the list of issues and was told it didn't exist.

Went here because our other mechanic is swamped with work and my husband and I will never return. They didn't fix what was wrong with the car and charged a ton. Not sure if it's incompetence or they just like being dishonest and try to get as money out of you as they can.

I have been coming to this automotive service business for many years. The staff has always been very courteous and kind to me. They have helped me with all my needs. I will be going back anytime I need my car care done.

I've been using Orchards Automotive for 12+ years - I've always seemed to have inherited the problem child of cars during my youth where the person I inherited it from took it in to well-reknown competitors & have never been able to get the problem fixed. With each car I brought Orchards, they were always able to tell me what the problem was & get it fixed in a timely manner & never have the same problem with it again. I have also had my husband take his cars there & just today, he brought his car that he inherited from his dad for a tune up to the shop & he just got through telling me that a problem that his dad had tried to get fixed by competitors & was told was "routine with those kind of cars" was fixed in his car.

Needed to have the door latch assembly replaced on my driver side door. Called around several places, most were unable to find the replacement part.Gaynors automotive quoted me $600 for the replacement part and the labor....I found the part for $40 on Amazon, and Orchards automotive quoted me the install for $70. They installed it for the price they quoted, and did so in a timely manner.Go to Orchards automotive and stay away for Gaynors!

Gross, dingy little place. Walking in, I felt like I was either going to get robbed, offered some meth, or turned into a coat. The mechanic was well over half an hour late to work, even though my appointment was scheduled weeks in advance, and he gave me a very 'Silence of The Lambs' vibe mixed with a bit of 'The Hills Have Eyes'. I've never heard a vintage soda machine play the banjo until that day, and I'll never go back for fear of the song ending...

Loren has always been straight up and honest, would not go to another shop unless he was no longer in business. Have been going to Orchards Automotive for over ten years and have never had a bad experience.Great people and great service what more could you ask for?

Several family members have taken our cars to them for 30 years. They are trustworthy, easy to work with, and do good work.
