Just had a clerk wait on a guy on the phone instead of sell me the expensive item I wanted to buy. Guess what? I left and ordered it online for much cheaper, and they shipped it right to my door! I suggest others do the same. It's so easy to buy everything you need for your car online, and you don't have to waste your time in line at a store like I just did.

Amy was wonderful, she is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and treats me like an old friend whenever I see her. Sam helped me very much with a special project I highly recommend this location. Wonderful customer service, Amy and Sam are staples. Great job.

Darcy was awesome. She saw me looking at batteries and offered help. I needed it lol. She double checked I picked the right battery, offered some recommendations and helped me with a very friendly demeanor and we had a great conversation during my visit. I even hung out a little longer just to chat because she was a cool person. We def had a lot in common haha. She was awesome and a huge help. Taking the title for coolest O'Reilly employee in Vancouver, and I've met quite a few cool employees. She stole the show. I'll be coming back

Today I went in for a new battery for my Malibu. Drew and Dimitri were amazing getting it installed for me. Even though it was quite a fight, they were generous enough to get it done in the cold and rain. I would have been in trouble doing it myself. Thanks a lot guys!

I would give ten stars if I could. I was having a really difficult time with my car battery, and a young man who works here (Christopher I believe) went above, beyond, and above again to help me out. Give that kid a raise!

Dimitri is hands down the best most knowledgeable person ive ever encountered at an autoparts store, theres no waiting for him to look parts up, as soon as your done saying what you need he already has price and availability for ya. Dont know what its called? give a halfassed description and hell know exactly what your talking about. Dimitri is a STAR employee. Hes the reason I drive halfway across town to come to THIS oreillys.

My daughter s a brand new driver with a 2011 Corolla and her car s check engine and traction lights came on, so we had Sam read the code for us and he did a great job explaining the 3 most common reasons for an evap vent issue and our options. We stopped by the next day to pick up a gas cap to see if that s the solve and Drew was awesome, giving us the run down on how to replace it and explaining the benefits of her getting her own account to help track purchases. All of this was done without an ounce of condescension, which I ve encountered often in other auto parts stores. I very much appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone at O Reilly s is.

Logan was super helpful in finding the right car battery for me. He was able to look up the right battery quickly based off the information I gave him and show me the three different ones there were for my car. He was able to take out my old car battery and install the new one all while being outside in the heat. I will definitely recommend this shop for your auto needs.

Excellent auto parts/supplies shop, have lots of great items I would not find elsewhere--and loved that 2 of 3 staff today were - ladies. knowledgeable gals, natch. Special thanks to Ms. Darcy who went above and beyond and always with a smile and a can I do anything more...customer-centric service is a real pleasure these days to find, since it seems to be increasingly rare as a priority. Thanks, and "I'll be baaaak." smile

Christie needs an attitude check. Rude to me and my partner just to use the code reader but was nice to the person behind us. I get if you re understaffed but we were not rude and very polite. If you wanna catch an attitude to someone for 0 right or reason, we can talk about it outside of your job

Wish I had the honest fellows name to boast about him, my only regret.We'd just gotten our oil changed across the street and they left the car on and killed our battery so tested it, said it was bad and said they could sell us another. We elected to go to O'Reilly auto parts for the battery purchase. The attendant noticed the very dirty terminals, and cleaned them off. He retested directly on the battery terminals and saw the battery was fine. This saves me a ton of $$ that I didn't really have to spend on this car. Thank you O'Reilly for your honesty!

Once again, a great experience here. I am a 68 yo partially disabled man. My battery has been acting up (needing jumps etc.) , so I took it in and Drew did a systems check for me discovering that the battery was toast. He installed a new battery for free while I waited. I only buy through them but had a bad experience today. One of the workers came back in his work truck, saw me unload my knee scooter and coming to the door behind him and totally ignored me and let the door shut so I had to struggle getting into the store. Rude guy and I was thankful he wasn't the one to help me at the counter.Other than that I love this store. Everyone else is awesome

Great place for any of your automotive needs. I have always appreciated the courteous and friendly staff and that makes a difference. They dont make me feel half as stupid as i am when i ask for that "thing that does the thing.. you know what i mean?".

These guys are always great. They are my main source to figure out what the lights on my dashboard mean and then figure out what to do. They have earned my business by being willing to help me for free and without question.
