When you're the sort of person who owns the sort of cars that render you a regular paying customer to the point where you know the names, addresses, and phone numbers of every employee, you can't give the store less than five stars. They treat me right time after time and know my name.

Would like to see better customer service. Seems like they don t acknowledge other customers or when on the phone they forget about the ones in the store that have been patiently waiting in line to get any assistance

I had a great experience at this location. Colton and Dom were very knowledgeable and make a great team. What would've taken me days to figure out took them minutes. They were patient, respectful, and excellent at trouble shooting my problem. They saved me tons of time and money. They've got a customer for life. Thanks guys! Jessi Brevete

Everything was mostly good and people were helpful. I gave them 3 stars because an employee(Debra) was unprofessional and unfriendly. I brought a part back, she accused me of using the part and keept trying to prove me that I did though I never did. Turned her back on me and told me to have a nice day.

This is always our go to place when we need anything car related. After having to have my battery jumped, I went there to have it checked. Battery good, so they checked starter and alternator, and to see whether there was a loose wire. All free of charge. When was the last time you got that kind of service and paid nothing! Thank you O Reilly s we will be back.

Efficient auto parts store, clean, good location and service. Went with my dad here a few times as he's needed to buy things for the car. There are a lot of automotive stores to choose from in the area, but O'Reilly is a nice choice.

This store had not only the windshield tubing we needed, but the washer nozzle we had not ordered. Never been disappointed when making a shopping trip here for unexpected needs. The counter attendant was very helpful, and we got all we needed.

Service varies with the staff member you were talking to. I have talked to some real dummies here. but generally the staff is good parts are good, decently priced and their sale prices are great. A couple of the fellows here really know their stuff and there used to be a woman working here that was fantastic could find you any part you needed. A lot of them moved on to better jobs

O'Reilly's is a great place to go get the antifreeze specially antifreeze that most places don't sell like the Violet and the blue and orange for four vehicles very good customer service very good people that are on the floor to help you and they're great good place to go for parts reasonably priced on most things

Not a terrible place, talked with a couple of people who knew their stuff but as a whole I just try to get in, get my parts and get out. The few times I've been in there alone I've been asked a lot more questions in a tone the gave me the feeling they thought because I was a woman I needed extra help. However the staff has always been friendly, if not a bit pushy. If there was a Napa close by I'd probably go there instead, but these guys are within walking distance and pretty inexpensive so I'll manage.

Got what we needed but they treated us as if we didn't understand automobiles..... and repair.... We asked for parts and got them after some... "you sure you know what your doing?" I'll go back because it's a better deal to DIY and get the parts at a auto shop then the dealer. Please next time respect me and my dad. You didn't know us or the fact that we work on all of our own cars. Maybe we didn't know the exact name of the part... bit seriously who the F does. ...

The best thing is when you need some.obscure part, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff help you figure out what you need and get it. The worst thing is when you want to buy a $2 thing and find yourself waiting behind several people who are talking about something complicated with the friendly helpful staff. So I guess it's a little like going to the Doctor.

Very friendly and helpful when you're looking for parts that are often hard to find. Not the cheapest in town but they offer great service including a diagnostic code reading for free so you can know what the engine light actually means when it's on.

I rolled in here a few years ago to get a set of four spark plugs. I went up to the counter and gave my vehicle info over to a young guy working there. He immediately quoted me a price of about $30 without giving me a choice of any brands or styles. I asked him what brand and style were that expensive (roughly triple the usual price) and if that was all they had in stock. He rolled his eyes dramatically and sighed before rapidly listing off about five different brands/styles and adding his own disparaging comments to each. When he got to the plugs I wanted, the factory plugs, which my owner's manual, my repair manual, and the inside hood of the car itself all recommend (the engine was literally designed and built in cooperation with the makers of those plugs) he said, "...and these cheap-ass ones will misfire like crazy." At that point I knew the guy was an either an idiot or a liar, so instead of trying to argue with him I thanked him for his time, got in my car, and drove to another auto parts store where I got the plugs I wanted, without the attitude.Recently I went in here again. It'd been a few years since my bad experience and I decided that I'd give them another try. Unfortunately my experience was much the same. A fellow by the name of Jake felt the need to challenge me on just about everything. I tried to get six spark plugs and they only had five. I told him it wasn't a big deal and I'd just come back another day. He was very insistent that I go down to another O'Reilly's and buy the plugs that day. Again told him I'd just come back another day, but he was quite pushy, and, without explaining what he was doing, called up the other store to confirm they had the parts while I stood there for several minutes and waited. Again I told him I'd just get them another day and that it wasn't a big deal. Then he tried to convince me to come back to his store in a few hours and he'd have the plugs there. Finally, after explaining once again that I'd just come back some other day, he let it go. That was when I started to realize that O'Reilly's isn't really a friendly place. In addition to the spark plugs I needed some brake pads and Jake listed the price for some semi-metallic pads, which were a bit expensive, but not overly. Out of curiosity I asked him if they had any ceramic pads and how much those would be, expecting an even higher price, but considering springing for them. He stared at me awkwardly and asked, "Why would you use ceramic?" I replied, "I like them better." He asked, in a somewhat demanding and accusatory voice, "Why?" I was taken aback a bit by his sudden rudeness but decided to answer anyways. "I feel like they work better, and I don't like squealing," I said with a shrug. He stared at me for a moment before saying, "Well are you going to have your rotors re-tooled?!" I replied with a simple, "No." "Well then they're still going to squeal!" He said, in the same demeaning voice. I stared him in the eye and said simply, "Okay," shrugging again, not willing to explain that they didn't squeal now. He then looked up and quoted me the price of new rotors, despite my not asking. I told him, "Maybe another day," having decided that I wouldn't purchase anything else from that store, ever.I was still curious as to the price of some other parts so I asked Jake to look up front and rear brakes for another vehicle. That vehicle had rear drums and I wanted to know if they sold a full drum kit (shoes, springs, and all) and what they'd charge. Jake felt the need to say, "Sorry but drum brakes only come with semi-metallic. They don't make ceramic for those." Again he used his demeaning "speaking to a child" voice, despite me making no mention of different materials for those brakes. He then explained to me that he "was a mechanic for thirty years" and his "authority comes from that, not from standing behind this desk". To that I merely smiled and nodded, as I had throughout the entire conversation, while I thought about what a small man he was.Save yourself the attitude and some money, just go to NAPA.

I rented a tool from this location. Everything is fine I just don't like the 24 hour return policy for rental tools. It wasn't explained when I rented the tool but it is on the recipe which I read in enough time.

I've had to come in here a few times for various small parts: lightbulb, wiper blades, fluids, etc. Handy people work here, sometimes Typically I would give them 4 stars... However, there us real comedy is in their customers; yesterday I saw a guy with his very lowered civic high centered on their driveway. I wish I would have taken a photo, it was glorious! 10/10 will come back for more, and adding my 5th star for it!

Came in to drop off used motor oil and pick up a new oil filter. Staff was friendly and quick, to the point that they even were walking the aisles to check with people that they were able to find what they were looking for. Will definitely be returning.
