Staffs are so kind, helpful, caring and nice. My car is very old 2005 CR-V Honda every 3-4months front light off. I try to buy right size bulbs at there they searched purchased history and I found it. My 2 year old baby was moving everywhere and curious. Gentleman gave to her a pencil She was happy and said thank you so appreciate it and good shopping over there. Thank you guys.!

As usual, when I go to just get a few items, they try and sell you everything off the counter... guys, I know you have items you're encouraged to try and push sell... but it gets a little old. Feels like I'm walking into a used car lot, rather than an auto parts store.

Came in today for some rainy season stuff. Davis was super helpful with info and didn't hesitate to spend time looking things up to make sure it would all fit the vehicle. In my experience people dont usually offer to do that. The other employees I interacted with were also nice & easy plus they didn't hesitate to hop on registers and clear the line when 5 of us walked in at the same time.

Very nice, knowledgeable staff. I purchased a battery two years ago with a three-year warranty. They came to my house and replaced the battery at no charge!! Unexpectedly superb service!

Great team at O'Reilly Auto Parts, Mill plain, Vancouver! Very helpful in getting the parts needed for car maintenance. Highly recommend the 'magnetic spark plug socket tool', saves time

Picking up the phone and hanging up doesn t seem like great customer. At least have the decency to pick up and let the person know you are busy and if they can hold. That wouldn t have been a problem.

Employees and customer service are 100%. I don t recommend their proprietary brand of car batteries - most of my experience at the store is from using the return policy on car batteries.

The store was nice and the associates were quickly able to read my codes on my car to determine the error.Bought some replacement headlamps and the price was about 50% higher than online but the service was nice.

0 star service I came in for some clips for my door and the guy was super rude and not helpful at all even when I politely ask him for help because I wasn t even sure what size of clips I needed but had the sample last with me to compare the guy kept telling me what area it was at but not bothering to help at all even though I asked him multiple times as well as telling him that I need help finding the right one he told me to figure it out and went back to his computer it was so frustrating I end up leaving the store and going to Baxters 13503 SE Mill Plain BlvdVancouver, WA 98684United States and they were very friendly and helpful never again I will go to O Reillys off of Mill Plain 11808 SE Mill Plain BlvdVancouver, WA 98684United States

We went for an oil change near an O'Reilly Auto Parts. They did not have the oil filter for our car but ordered it from O'Reilly to be delivered in 10 minutes. The part did not come so they called O'Reilly and found out they delivered the part to the wrong location. O'Reilly said they would send it to the correct place right away. It never came and we waited and waited. The oil change business then ordered the filter from (five star) Auto Zone who delivered it within 10 minutes. So the oil change ended up taking 2 hours because O'Reilly Auto Parts couldn't seem to follow through on delivering an order just down the road from them.

We traveled from southern Oregon to Vancouver. We stopped for gas in Salem and our truck barely started up again. We searched for the nearest O Reilly s in Vancouver and stopped at this one on Mill Plain. They tested our battery, found it was bad. We bought a new one and they installed it. He tested the Alternator after that just to make sure it was okay. The Alternator was fine and the truck fired up immediately. Thanks to the guys at that location, we were back on the road and feeling good about the rest of the weekend. I m sure this is the kind of stuff they do every day but they deserve a great review. These guys really cared and it seems that s hard to find in customer service nowadays. Thanks gentlemen!

Unfortunately, it was terrible. There were 3 guys there, I was the only customer and I was looking for a particular product. The youngest, it appeared of the 3, said that he had never seen anything like I was asking for. Another of the 3, took it upon himself to actually go to the computer and look it up. He's the one guy that I appreciated out of the 3 of them. No smart talk just questions about what I was looking for and trying to help.

Traveling here from southern oregon for a wedding and when stopping for gas had issues with starting our truck. Stopped at Mill Plain O'Reillys to have them test our battery, starter and alternator. Found our battery had a bad cell and low charge so we bought a new one and the guys installed it for us. They were so helpful and their customer service was above and beyond. Now we can enjoy our weekend without worrying about the truck not starting.

Should be zero stars. My wife stopped in because the wiper blade broke on her car. She said they weren't busy at all, and a young lady named Amy just pointed her to where the wipers were. She got the wrong blade so I had to go back to get the correct one. Unless there are more than one Amy's there, I got the same Amy to exchange it for the right one. I asked her if it's normal for them to just point older ladies to the parts instead of help them find the correct ones and she rolled her eyes. She then asked me for the receipt but I didn't hear her the first time, so she made fun of me by pretending to use sign language with her hands and talk as if she were deaf. I retired as regional manager from a large retailer and if one of my employees would have treated a customer like that, they'd have been fired on the spot. I'm sure she has treated others as badly, you don't just flip overnight from being a good representative of your company to making fun of people who can't hear as good as they used to. Anyhow, I won't be going back to this store.

He put on our front and back windshield wiper blades for us.They are always so courteous from the moment you walk in the door. We also got our chains a few days ago at the Longview store. I've always had great service, it doesn't matter what city I've been in, from Vancouver to Seattle! Thank you for all you've done for me over the years.

I stopped in to buy wipers and the guy was very helpful, looked up my car and asked me what price/quality I wanted. I picked out the middle of the road ones and asked if they're able to put them on for me. He was very nice about it, didn't seem like it was an inconvenience at all. It ended up that one of them wasn't the right type and they didn't have the right one in that price point so he gave me the next step up for the same price!

Joseph went above and beyond with helping me problem solve what was wrong with my car that wouldn't start up. He even came in early before his scheduled shift to help me test my battery which was a few blocks away from the shop. Joseph is a great example of what quality customer service should look like.

With any national chain like this, the quality of any one location is largely determined by the staff. As of this writing, the staff at this location are great! Really helpful, always friendly, and willing to help install minor parts and such. Never made me feel stupid for not knowing something or asking for advice after a botched repair. Recommended!

Was sold a product 2 employees swore that would help with a radiator leak I was having.....mind I dont know cars, so I trusted what these people told me...I assumed which was my fault that people here wouldnt sell you a product that would cause more harm than good. Im now about to eclipse the $1500 mark in repairs which every mechanic I spoke with has DIRECTLY blamed on the peoduct they sold me and swore by, 2 different employees said the same.Do not trust anything these people say, just take it to a mechanic. I'll never shop at this company again, would recommend you think twice before you do as well. Mechanic IS the better option.
