Iv been having issues with my 02 f250 7.3 for the past 3 years been in and out of different shops and no luck was recommended by a family friend who has had these guys work on his vehicle and I m very happy with how they do things both Jeremy and Tim where helpful answered all my questions and I didn t feel like they where getting annoyed with me like with other shops have. My major issues where fixed I still have few more problems that need to me fixed and plan to take my truck back to them. I highly recommend them my truck is running strong again. And shout out to Tim for going over everything they did when I picked up my truck took the time even on a Friday afternoon. Thank you guys appreciate it!

They got me back on the road fast, called them Thursday morning and stated I am from Idaho broke down, they said to get it to them and they would get me going fast. They did it fast and for a reasonable price. Fast honest service, communicates well and very customer oriented. Would send anyone without hesitation .very happy

Funny thing is, i had a review on here a couple years ago and it's been removed. This company is bad enough where i'm re-adding it. I bought an 07 F350 6.0 liter, paid full in advance, from Jeremy. After over 2 months later i finally got it after basically cornering the guy in his shop cuz he never returned calls. Truck wasn't complete at all. Missing parts, things didn't work, whatever. I took it to a good shop in Deer Island and i was shocked as to what they found. Upgrades not completed properly, causing high oil temps and etc. A few thou later and it was drivable. I will NEVER take my vehicle to this joke of a shop! Highly recommend you run as far as you can from these guys, there are MUCH better diesel mechanics almost anywhere you go. I have proof of everything i've said here.

They accepted by broken-down F-250 after hours on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem Monday morning and I picked the truck up Monday afternoon! Everyone there was courteous, informative and professional. I had the oil cooler go out on my 6.0 and leaded oil into the cooling system. These guys were great to deal with. Got my truck in the shop in a couple days and I got timely feedback on the process as they found other minor things wrong after they got into it. The work was completed within the expected time frame. They were also willing to subtract the Washington tax from the bill as I am an Oregon resident and not everyone is willing to do this.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Incredibly awesome shop, great customer service! I just purchased a new 5th wheel and wanted to ensue that my 2002 Ford F-350 was mechanical sound and ready to pull the trailer. As luck would have it a crank but no start issue manifested at this time as well. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, providing excellent advice regarding what I needed for the truck along with a very fair cost for the work. The mechanic Tim completed a thorough and complete diagnosis. The work was completed in a timely manner. Although the crank no start is difficult to diagnose, it was diagnosed and repaired. I am very happy with the results and excellent customer service. NW PowerStroke is my Goto shop!

Amazing place! Took me in the day I had an engine issue and were done SAME DAY! Less than 3 hours later, I was on the road with my 2012 F250. That NEVER HAPPENS! October 4th 2021 to October 9Th 2021My dad was getting his rig serviced here in October 2021. My dad lives out of his trailer and the owner was awesome & friendly, he let my dad park his trailer in the overflow lot while his truck was being serviced. I believe a lift was done and new tires added. I'm not completely sure though. My dad was pleased with the great service and he's currently living his best life on the road.Jeremy is the owner, awesome guy!Anything after hours there's a locked gate at this business.The couple times I was there it was always busy, I believe there are a couple other businesses on site including a tow truck company.The overflow lot is gravel and to the business is a smallish paved parking lot.This business is in an industrial pocket of the city and can easily be seen from the road in normal traffic.

I am happy to have my f250 super duty running great and getting it back in a timely manner. But I was a little surprised being charged a different price than quoted. Charge for 4 injectors when I was told 3 replaced. Also, most shops drop the diagnostic charge if you have them do the repairs. This shop does not.

They are the best at what they do. My 2005 6.0 POWERSTROKE in my excursion is amazing. On top of that NW PowerStroke are stand up guys and stand by their work. Before I left on a mobilization with the Army in 2021 I had an issue with my 6.0 that they bulletproofed and a little more! The work was within their warranty timeframe and mikes, so Jeremy got it in and Tim got it fixed and no charge before I left. Not many places left out there that treat services members like the folks at NW PowerStroke. If you have the money and THE TIME take it to them, it s worth every penny. Just be patient it s not a big shop that pumps out work. They put out quality over quantity. On top of their quality work I feel like part of the family. Thank you Jeremy Deegan and Tim you are hands down the POWERSTROKE whisperer! Cheers boys.

We were in Washington when our Dodge Ram Diesel broke down. I had it towed to their shop. The communication was horrible from the start. They didn't answer texts or phone calls. It was there for over 4 months. I finally had to have it towed to another shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

my truck was a stolen recovery 97 Powerstroke that i found myself in less than 24 hours. there were some wiring issues and some cosmetics that needed to be replaced but no major damage at all. they dodged my phone calls for over a month and left my truck sitting there. i come to find out that Jeremy had cussed out my insurance adjustor and essentially refused to work with my AAA claim. they would not give the insurance company an estimate for their work and then charged me for a diagnostic fee. i ended up having to show up and get my trucked towed to another shop..

Drove over an hour for a scheduled appointment for a basic oil change I made the day before with the owner. I arrived to the property which is shared with several other businesses and was greeted by a rude woman who asked what I wanted. I told her I was there for my 1:00 oil change appointment and she told me I must have gotten my days mixed up because NW Powerstroke was closed today I assured her that I had not gotten my days mixed up and that I had talked to the owner the day before. She went to the back and apparently called him, came back out and told me to leave my truck with her. I asked when the owner would be back and when my oil change would be completed. She got very defensive and refused to give me the owners contact information to talk to him directly.This place is a joke, not a real shop!Time waster!!Do not take your truck here!!!Service: Oil change

I am so happy we have found an amazing mechanic shop, we will be customers for life! Jeremy has always been wonderful to work with when we have brought in our truck for work. The icing on the cake is how supportive and helpful he has been as we dealt with an unfortunate insurance incident. I truly feel like he s got the customer s back and will do what he can to be helpful! I depend on my truck for my business and know I can fully trust NW Powerstroke. Great shop with impeccable service!

I live in the Midwest, however I know the family and they have high standards in what they do. If I lived near them there would be no question I would use their services. Not because they are family but because of their ethics. I would not review if they were otherwise.

They fixed my truck!!!I have a 1999 7.3 and it had been giving me intermittent issues for about two months. I did everything I could think of to fix it and came up with nothing.Tim told me to come drop the truck off and they would run diagnostics on it in a few days. They are a busy shop that specializes in Powerstroke trucks so I understood the wait.They called, texted and emailed me every step of way and explained what codes they were finding and what needed to be done. Repairs on the truck were completed in less than a week.I truly appreciate the work that the team at NW Powerstroke did on my truck. I would refer anyone with a Powerstroke to go to their shop. This was a good experience. They guys got to it in the time frame they gave me, that was important. The best thing is , I took my truck in there sure that I had a problem. They tested and drove the truck and determined everything was fine and that it just how these engines run and gave some pointers on how to maintain and drive the truck. It's an F550 with a service body and I have never owned one. I feel like other shops would've seen me coming, thinking I had a problem and done a repair that perhaps I did not need. Thanks guys!

It took like 6 weeks to get the truck text when I took it in there they told me they would call me in a week or so let me know what they found out then four weeks later I finally got a hold of them and then 2 weeks later I got my truck back so it took about 6 weeks and I think the cost was a bit pricey

To start off we called and scheduled an appointment to bring our truck in on a Monday to get our truck worked on. Was having a hard time starting in the morning blowing out tons of black smoke. Told them to fix whatever was needed to get it running again. Got the truck back a week and a half later. They told us they put new glow plugs in fuel filter and oil change the bill was 1800$!! Didn't think anything of it got in the truck and drove off sat for a couple days go to start it up and the same issues. so we decided to take it to trusted shop we like to see if anything was done. There was absolutely nothing done besides the fuel filter and oil change. turns out the glow plug relay was causing all the problems starting hard in the morning. Also the heater core was bad and leaking and the thermostat was sticking. these were all problems Northwest Powerstroke should have figured out themselves if they were real diesel mechanics. we would have took it to the shop that we trust and like but they were packed and we thought Northwest Powerstroke would be a good place to go with good reviews we were absolutely wrong. And we have heard nothing but bad stories from other shops.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with a service shop. I had an EGR code showing and they were going to run a diagnosis and re-flash the PCM. Sounds simple enough if you know what you are doing. A couple of days I can get my truck back. A couple of weeks later after no replies to text messages, messaging is their preferred way of communicating since they don t answer their phone regularly. It is a long story but I will try to bullet the main points.� The PCM is bad and we need to replace it. they offer to split the cost with me which is a little strange unless they caused the problem with it.� Need the DPF sensors in which one of them is obsolete and aftermarket brands are back ordered. After a couple of weeks I get it myself within a week.� Need the second key to unlock the security system.� Another week they say it runs and goes into reverse but not forward. They are having problems with the TCM.� IT has been 13 weeks they say they might get to it towards the end of the week.� After 13 weeks I towed the truck to RPM Northwest in Ridgefield and they had the truck done in 2 days.� Jeremy the owner has no schedule and they will maybe get to it towards the end of the week. Maybe.� Since the truck will not run they basically have your truck hostage, and after I get lectured in a text message on how morally he can t charge me for the time they have put into the truck, he certainly charges me the full quoted price for a truck that after 13 weeks will run and go into reverse.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had problems with my 1999 F250 7.3 starting in October 2021. 2 separate shops could not resolve the issues. I had the truck towed to NW Powerstroke on a Friday at the beginning of March 2020 and picked it up running and ready to go the following Friday. I had my truck serviced (GMC LML- oil/fuel filter and drive belt) with an additional piece of fabrication to be performed. Truck was done on time and at the price agreed to. Professional and courteous.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I called in and needed tires as soon as possible because of a road trip I needed to take. They were able to get me in and out SAME DAY! Michael really went above and beyond for me and is a great representative of NW Powerstroke's name. I was able to get an AMAZING value on the 10 ply tires I bought. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Super friendly staff, they care about what they do, very quick, and great overall service!

Nw Powerstroke has great customer service. Jordan was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me. He s very knowledgeable and was able to get back to me quickly. When I went in the owner was there and he was super friendly. The mechanics took their time and were great. I will be a returning customer
