Fixed a warranty issue on my car after a previous dealership gave me the run around. The people working here are incredibly nice, patient, and pleasant to work with. Every single one of them made a terrible experience better. They were able to set me up with a loaner vehicle and got me and my car taken care of while waiting for parts. They made sure my car was put back together, clean, and taken care of when I got it back as well. Overall, this dealership has some fantastic people working for them, specifically in the service department!

Recently scheduled my car for an oil change. Recived a conformstion/ reminder for my appointment. Only to be called by the service department to have my appointment moved down by an hour wouldn't have been an issue except when I called back I was told they had no appointments and the only solution was to drop my car off with no estimate of time for it to be done. No other solution offered hard enough to get your car even scheduled no one calls you back when you call or attempt online contact. Poor customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! If I could post with 0 stars I would. Since purchasing a 2015 pathfinder at this dealership they have left me broken down on the side of the road needing a tow 6 times. The most recent time I had just been in and was assured everything was good and in working condition. Not three days later the car broke down while driving on Interstate 5 near Seattle. Purchased lube for life and know the service department doesn t like it because it s already paid for, they will sabotage parts so that you have to bring it back in for bigger repairs. (Transmission, and alternator). I was a little reluctant to visit this location due to past experiences. But they have turned things around. They send reminders of your appointment which is great for someone like me that sometimes forgets. Team members were friendly, informative and attentive. What is great is I dropped of my vehicle and went shopping. I get a text that my vehicle needed more services. There was a link. Opened it and I saw their recommendation with a photo. It made things so convenient that I didn't need to drive back to the dealership. I would have given a 4 star review but I had one tire that was a little low on air and received my vehicle back still low. I understand that it is my responsibility but still. The servuce this time definitely improved from the last. Service was as expected.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

This place SUCKS!!! They messed up my vehicle and they are saying that it is a different diagnosis and wanted to charge me for something that they did!!!! Worst place EVER ! They don t deserve a 1 star! They deserve a-5 star!

Over a month ago I made an appointment with service department at Alan Webb Nissan to replace transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, fuel injection cleaning and more for my truck. I was very happy with the service and the time it took to finish my truck. About a week later I had a punctured tire and I came in without an advance appointment. They were very busy at the time I came but they did make time and took care of my problems. They did a fantastic job! I gave them five stars for their excellent service and professionalism.Services: Transmission, Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

I had transmission issues and was dealing with a horrible extended warranty company. GARY was our service guy. Gary was nothing short of amazing. He went back and forth for a month trying to get repairs approved. GARY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! He kept my informed every step of the way. This place is a joke. Took over a month to get my vehicle back. Poor employees. Kira tried telling my vehicle wasn't even there on day 3 and can never give you more than "someone will call you back" which they never do. Adam couldn't be reached and is the service manager for 2 weeks and his excuse was simply to busy. If I'm paying you to work on my vehicle I expect a call back within a day being reasonable. But no response in two weeks is ridiculous. They go out of there way to screw you out of warranty and ignore phone calls. Literally find anywhere to go besides this place if you want to save yourself a headache. And icing on the cake got my pickup back with new lights on my dash that were never there before and a nice scuffed tire.

I ve had a pleasant experience with the service department one stand out person is Eden. She was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was a joy to deal with and I came back to get more service from her recently. She was attentive to my questions and made sure things went well. I ve had service before and I haven t had any problems with the service here at all. It s been fairly quick turn around once dropped off. I haven t been taken advantage of, and the department has sent me email deals that I ve used. I will be coming back here to my Nissan maintained and will be happy to see Eden again.

Unprofessional and rude. Told me car running as it is "designed ". Yet my car will randomly lose all power and engine shuts off completely WHILE DRIVING! I could get into a serious accident! When we asked to speak to technician or service manager Adam got on phone. When we questioned what were all the "checks" performed to determine vehicle safe he said he did not have time to go over every check and that we are no longer welcome in his service department. All because we us a consumer, wanted to know what to tell a different mechanic what was checked as we now have to seek out help elsewhere. This is a sad representation of your company. I purchased my Nissan from you therefore I should be able to take it to you for repairs and feel safe in my vehicle. Disappointed.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Not only did they fix my car, they noticed me having a horrible conversation that I could not escape from and got me out of it. Thank you Alan Webb Nissan! Bye random lady whose husband divorced her and moved to a trailer park in Oregon. I think I know why he left but you won't listen so whatever. If I could I would rate this place a 0. We got a car from them that really should have never been sold. After 5 weeks the car basically broke down, and Alan Webb wouldn t help us. We bought it for 10,000 and they only wanted to give us back 6,000 and then have us buy another car from them. They are untrustworthy. They don t care about you, they just care about making a sale because their business is so slow. The people there will argue with you and tell you the bad reviews are because of their service department, but that s not true. It s their entire business. They are shady, don t even stop in at this place. They will sell you a lemon and leave you stranded.

I absolutely hate going to the service department here. I needed 1 seat belt replaced because it had a tear in it. Fist time they ordered the wrong belt. Second time they replaced the wrong belt and the 3rd time they finally fixed it. Another time I went in to have my seat heater diagnostic. When I made my appointment I specifically explained I could only leave my car for 4 hours, they assured me it was no problem. When I arrived early for my appointment I again reiterated I needed to leave in 4 hours. They assured me it would be diagnosed by the time I needed my car back. When I showed back up to get my car no one had even looked at it. I have 3 more stories of problems with the service department but don t have time to share them all on here. I will NEVER go back to this location again and tell other not to use them either.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst experience ever. Brandy is very un professional. Adam the manager is unreachable. They told me Friday they would have a diagnostic done (hence why I had to have it there earlier in the day because it took longer than an hour to do).. They kept my car over the weekend instead stating it would be done today (Monday) They are now saying they have not even had a chance to look at the car (even though on Friday they explained to me what codes it was throwing and where they were pointing .. )They have had it for 4 days. They don t return calls and always have an excuse. I have to have another shop diagnose a part they replaced (under warranty) that failed less that 6months later. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.Service: Transmission

Wonderful is not a word you would associate with a visit to a mechanic shop. BUT IT WAS! From Eden, the young lady that received, took care of servicing and repairing my pick up Frontier and keeping me informed every step of the process to the helpful service manager that received me at 7:30 am in a Saturday morning to return my truck so I could be on time for a meeting, this was truly a Wonderful experience. Wow, don't even know where to start. Got a recall for the terrible headlights in our Nissan Altima which was triggered from a class action law suit. Called Allen Web Nissan in Vancouver WA MANY months ago about it, they said bring it in. They fixed the hood latch and said they did not have headlights. WOW, OK would have liked to know that before I burned a day off getting my hood latch fixed!!! Called them over and over, they dont return calls. Called today, left 2 messages hours apart, no call backs. Called again and pressed sales as I knew I would get response there. Then I get passed around quickly from person to person, no one really wanted to help. My 18 YO daughter is headed to collegeSaturday in a car the lady at Allen Web told me "we recommend you don't drive it at night". Really? Then asked if I replace them my self with after market with they reimburse me... NOPE. OK so your fine with selling me a car the has known headlight issues and then spending month telling me there is no solution while my family drives an unsafe car. So freaking disappointed that I will not ever buy a car from ALLEN WEB NISSAN and will be steering away form buying a Nissan if this is how they handle these situations. I understand there is a supply chain issue but guess what, I can get 2 headlights sent to my door from Amazon for $200 and this is not a solution for them. Thanks for the run around ALLEN WEB NISSAN. Never again and I'll make sure to let people know how you shuffled me around and put my family at danger. I have a pretty big circle and will make sure to let people know what to avoid... In the course of service there were several communication problems. I often got the receptionist or voicemail. At least 2 messages left on voicemail were not received or responded to, I asked service rep to leave the old part in the trunk and she said they would, THEY DID NOT for a $3500 repair. I reached out to service manager and his response was less than adequate. I have never left such an awful review for anyone but I am a mechanics daughter so I understand a bit about the business, and this shop seems short staffed especially on the customer service side and it shows.Service: Engine repair

We bought a car from Alan Webb Nissan and had a great purchase experience. Where things went south, was the service. We brought it in for servicing and they didn't fix an issue with a tire and when we returned it for further analysis, things got pretty uncomfortable between us (the customer) and the service rep. Essentially, we were treated as if we knew nothing about the car or what happened to it. Very discouraging.

I dropped my car off on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:20 a.m. appointment for a diagnosis on a click on my front right side. They had my car until 04:45 p.m. and they could not figure out my issue. They charged me $265.00 and they were unable solve my primary issue. I took my car to firestone and they were able to tell me the issue in about 5 minutes just walking out to the parking lot they were able to tell it was the top motor mount and the torque strut mount. I'm highly disappointed that a Nissan dealership couldn't figure out the problem.

-Great service department. Friendly and great customer service. Knowledgeable staff; The manager is great!-They got my Nissan SUV fixed.-Great waiting room and extremely fast internet!-Dealership service type of prices but with a peace of mind as they are professionally trained and the use of good car parts.-Wish they had a free rental loaner, or shuttle to work as other dealership have.

Bought a vehicle from Alan Webb Nissan.Worked with Joe. My daughter and I explained what kind of vehicle we needed. Joe showed us the right one the first time. For a decent price.The rest of the sales department were also awesome in finding financing for us.
