Absolutely phenomenal service!I ve worked with these guys over the last six years. They ve always treated me with respect and helped me with any car stereo issues I ve had. This most recent time visiting them, I came to them with some wiring issues where I did my own install and needed the wires cleaned up and looking more professional.I had originally went to a different local shop only because they were on my way home from work. I was very disappointed in this other shop because they only wanted to sell me a whole new system and gave me a price of $500. They were not willing to just fix what I had and only wanted to sell me on unnecessary additional service.Returning back to NBA car stereo, They squeezed me into their already very busy schedule same day and took care of the issue right away. Not only they did they do everything that I asked but they did it on a very reasonable price. I m so happy with how I was treated at NBA car stereo and thought they deserved a review. I will always keep them in mind with any of my car stereo needs and refer them to anyone.Thank you guys!

I can't imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else. Over the past 6 years, Jorge has been my go to shop for any audio install, remote start install, and creative idea. I consulted with him to get a kill switch installed because I am moving a few states away for work where car thefts are common, he had some great creative ideas that I had not considered and I will be bringing the truck in for the install. The price and service is always fantastic. About 6 years ago, he rewired and fixed an install by a previous shop, installed subs, and even stayed late (due to prior wiring) past the shop closing finishing the job. He brought me in the shop and showed me some tips and things about the truck. The remote start I had installed for a family member was extremely well priced and works fantastically. Since I am moving, it will be tough to find another shop that prides itself so much in the work they do, and stand behind that work for years to come.

I have installed front and rear dash cam here few days ago for my 2022 RAV4. Excellent work done by the team. Friendly staff. Reasonable price with lifetime installation warranty. I would definitely recommend everyone to have a visit here.

I needed a backup camera & decided on adding a new console as well. Jorge found the right option for my 2011 Tucson and installed it within a timely fashion despite all the issues with supply chains. He gave me a very reasonable price and did a great time. He was very patient explaining the functions of the console to a low-tech, senior woman which was most appreciated! I am able to use the system easily and am so glad I went for the console & camera. Thanks, Jorge

You know the old saying, quality work + fast work + excellent pricing, pick 2, you can't have all 3? NBA Car Stereo somehow managed to hit all 3 in one go! I brought my mom's car, and my own car in, for some electrical wiring work. George and his crew were extremely accommodating even during the COVID-19 pandemic, did excellent work the first time around, and the pricing is supremely attractive. It was extremely easy to make an appointment, and George sure knows his stuff; took us all of about 3 minutes to explain to him what we wanted to have done to our cars, and he did everything perfectly, exactly to the specs that we had requested. If you want excellent quality work with a friendly staff who really knows their trade, NBA Car Stereo is a sure bet!

Great care in ensuring my car system looks perfect. Great tuning and Jorge selected the correct system for my Porsche 08 Cayman. Sounds fantastic! Jorge also took time to show me how the new head unit works and how to make any needed adjustments. He also mentioned I had a small ticking sound coming from my engine, after checking the engine oil I found it was a quart low. Absolutely amazing! We got a big passenger van and my husband wanted to totally upgrade the sound system, put in a new deck, DVD player for the kids and backup a camera. We got quotes from 4 places and not only was NBA by far the best price, it was the only place where they felt genuine and not like they were just trying to make the most money off of us. So so happy and the only place we ll consider for any future car stereo needs!

My husband and I needed a new key fob for our '03 Explorer and the owner was SO NICE! He had 2 new fobs programmed in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable price also. We'll definitely go back if we need help again.

I cannot say enough good things about the people that own and run this shop. The best customer experience I've ever had. I came in with the wiring harness issue and I was beyond my depth James took the time to explain what I had done wrong and even went as far as to fix the issue for me without trying to charge me an arm and a leg. If you need audio work done on your car this is the place to go.

I spoke with James over the phone about installing a new Bluetooth deck in to my already aftermarket stereo. He was very polite and said that they could get me in and out within an hour. That's exactly what happened!I am extremely pleased with this company and recommend them to the highest extent. I didn't get upsold on anything at all. Everything I chose was because I wanted it, not because a higher-priced item was being forced down my throat.

I went in for what I was afraid to be a huge fix, I didn't get his name, but the gentleman I had contact with treated me as family. He quickly pulled my truck into the shop and within 5 minutes he had come out to pull me into the garage. He talked to me about the problem, explained to me why things worked the way they did, and showed me how he was fixing them. Informative and professional, this is my new all-time car-stereo goto spot. Thanks for reading!

I purchased a new car stereo and install kit at a local retail store. I took the new unit and installation products to NBA Car Stereo and they installed my new unit for me. The installation was very fast. The customer service was awesome.I work at the retail store where I purchased my car stereo unit. That retail store does not install the car stereo products which it sells. My customers always ask me where they can get a unit installed after they purchase it. From now on I will refer my customers toNBA Car Stereo. I am very happy with the service I received.

My visit to car stereo was awesome. I have to say, I didn't expect to be impressed being that I have been to tons of stereo places these last few months looking to get two 12" subs and new twitters for my deck. James was the best by far. Not only was he knowledgeable about their products, but he tuned it to my ears. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers.

Went to this place to have a remote for my car alarm programmed. My alarm "brains" didn't have a valet switch in it, so I was unable to program it myself. George helped me....he programmed my remote and didn't charge me a thing! He told me to bring him something difficult next time! What great service - what a great experience this was!

Really fantastic place. I visited several places over the course of a couple of days, listening to their sales pitch to gauge if I could trust them. When I walked into NBA, I was first asked what I was wanting from my audio system. They listened carefully without interruption. After I was done they proceeded to give me a great education on what my options were to achieve the first phase of my audio needs. They did not try to blow me away with smarts and answered all questions at a level that I could grasp. After quite a bit of talk, I was worried if I was wasting their time because of the amount of knowledge they were dropping on me, I feared that the price was going to be way out of my budget. I was assured that this was not the case and they just wanted me to understand what was involved. I was shown what could be done with my budget and what could the future of my system. The finished product is amazing and exactly what I wanted. Do not hesitate, go to NBA!

I was recommended to this place by another car stereo installation place that said that NBA does great work at affordable prices.I went there and spoke with Jorge who seemed to be very knowledgeable. I have a power amp and sub I wanted to add to my newly acquired BMW 525. HE assessed the situation, gave me a very reasonable quote for the amp installation and said that the Sub box containing 1-JL 10 would get lost in this car since the car insulation is so good. ( meaning I really wouldn't be able to hear it)He offered to make a custom panel on the rear deck that would look factory and being that I wanted a musical sound from my subs ( I am a musician and listen to jazz , funk, blues), he was sure that this would be an optimum setup for me, using free air subs and still maximizing my trunk space.The cost was about $700 for the custom work, including the subs and about another $100 for the amp installation. This is cheap for this quality and amount of work!I am super impressed by the work quality as well as the sound quality. I would recommend NBA highly as these guys really know their stuff and won't steer you wrong.

In town for work and needed some installation done on my car stereo in my new car. I was very skeptical of having to visit a few places in the area knowing customer service and customer experience is not always great in this field. So this place was my first and after the fact, my final stop because I was blown away by George (Owner), he was great at listening, observing and attentive of what I wanted done (which is almost the opposite of many of my experiences on my previous car stereo's) and that is why I didn't have to look any further. After him listening to what I wanted done, his expertise kicked in and advised me on a few options and let me decide for myself (which I value greatly), my stereo... my desicion. I really appreciated him on how he and his crew understood what I wanted and I never felt any BS to just convince me on something. He gave me a price and it was very reasonable, but I was already sold on how he created the whole experience for me when he let me decide on how I want my stereo to sound and not what he wanted. After the installers were done, they made sure I was satisfied with the sound before I settled up (very proffessional) and left. They even made sure to listen and help me with any major rattles at high volumes that may occur with a lot of bass! Luckily it was just the license plate (but I was ready to kick in more cash if I had to add some "Hush Mat" to help with major vibration noise). If you need a place that has a great history, experience and real honest people in this field, look no further and just go talk to George or his installers. I currently live in Tacoma and from now on they will be the only one that will touch my car for future stereo or fabrication upgrades. Btw... I have no problem driving a few hours to get the quality of work and customer experience that this place provides.Thank you George and crew at NBA!

Said it would cost 650$ to make sure my wires were good on my system and make a box that is small. Single cab ford ranger. If I had to buy the speakers and an amp and equipment, I would understand. But that's a little outrageous for me...I turned around and bought a box that fit like a dream for 140$ and called it a day. I was trying to THROW 500 at them and it "would just take too much time" was said about 10 times. I'm cool

NBA did a great job on my sound system and HID set up. They had a good selection and got everything I wanted. My only complaint was my headlights took a little while longer to be delivered than I was quoted.Other than that, I was very pleased with my overall expirance and would deffinatally recommend them for any car stereo needs!
