Really expensive. However, the young man working at the counter was outstanding, friendly & knowledgeable. It was $320 just for a transmission fluid change (not even a flush). But I justify it in my mind because they guarantee the work and the place is clean and comfortable. One more small thing, it took 3 times of me talking to a customer service representative to finally get a call back from the service center to get an appointment. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just spendy.

Dave took care of my appointment changed my oil & filter. like always He is the best. Always checks my car from head to toe. Dave would let me know lf anything needs to be repaired, looked at or replaced. I feel very comfortable with dave attending to my car.

I drove an hour to get to the dealership I dropped my car off and about an hour later they called and I went back to the dealership and they told me they could not replicate the problem this made me a little bit upset because the car exhibits the issue every time I drive it and as soon as they gave the car back as I started driving out of the parking lot it did it again and continued to do it so I'm not sure how they couldn't replicate the problem but Mitsubishi is going to have a bigger problem as soon as something breaks in the car all because we couldn't get something resolved I do not recommend

My car was recalled for the fuel pump and I had the oil changed. Colby set up the appointment he was very professional and helpful. When I came in for my appointment I dealt with Brandy. She was wonderful. They even washed and vacuumed my car. This is the second time I ve been here for service. Dealt with Brandy both times. Same experience. Only complaint is no loaner car had to walk to stores to waist some time. Not like I don t need the walkServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Jeff in service was really helpful and even washed my car when I just needed an oil change. NOTE: you have to call and leave a voice-mail for the service department and it is pretty prompt response, kind of funny, but their service department shows up as Fidelity fleet on the phone.At the end he was very conscious of his departments need for positive feedback.

Brandi Johnson gave me EXEMPLARY customer service while in for my oil change she was super intuitive to my needs with regard to making sure my car had a clean bull of health before I hit the road for a move to SoCal and when I found I was having trouble with the electrical she and her team quickly ascertained it was my battery and replaced it under warranty I was thrilled about not only the peace of mind from having the car properly serviced, but knowing that even though I m leaving the area, I know that if I came back I d be given that same attention to detail and service.Brandi and the team at Alan Webb Mitsubishi are all Aces.Hands down.Best,Tyrone SpencerServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

While the work The customer service trying to schedule an appointment is awful. I tried online twice with no call back to confirm an appointment. I left several phone messages on the service department phone. No one ever called back. I finally went to the operator who was able to schedule the appointment. Three stars because the work performed was good and on time, zero stars for customer service.Services: Transmission, Oil change
