Had Mike do great service on my 2015 Mazda 3, he replaced spark plugs, both drive belts, brake fluid flush and added fuel injector cleaner. It was all done the same day and the cost was exactly what he initially quoted. Would 100% recommend.

Hands down BEST in town. I've been everywhere as I've been a delivery driver for 15 years with 4 older cars of my own and no one comes close to this guy as far as honesty, transparency, friendliness, and speed of service not to mention extremely reasonably priced. (lowest rate anywhere at 140/hr). Mike tells it like it is and goes the extra mile for everyone. Just had control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, valve cover gasket and full tune up.. Dropped off my 03 Corolla the night before and he called me at noon the next day to say it was DONE! When I arrived he showed me all of my old, worn out parts and polished my headlights and topped off my oil for free. I ll be back again and again. Absolutely untrustworthy. After "fixing" a front left wheel sensor, the problem persisted. Took the vehicle back and the mechanic read the C1414 Left Wheel sensor code, he said he just replaced that one and the problem was actually the passenger's side wheel sensor. I stated the code reads "left front", to which he replied yea if you're looking at the car from in front the left front is actually the passenger's side. OMG I took my vehicle home only to bring it back again. Turns out the sensor was busted. He replaced the sensor but still had the same issue(s). Through the course of 2 months of back and forth visits and a lot of "guessing" from the mechanic, the vehicle was never fixed. I took it to another auto repair shop which confirmed the sensor was bad. I asked for a refund of the part and service fee only to get a refund on the part, not the labor, which did absolutely nothing for me, only a big waste of time and resources.Used to be a very good auto shop but the old owner is no longer there.

Mike is more fair than Snow White. I don't know any other mechanic that will let you source your own parts, AND give you tips on how to tackle your problems if you wanna try it yourself. Mike has been my mechanic for 3 different cars and now my brother has started using him as well. Lifetime customer here.

Outstanding! My Benz 2001 SLK230 high mileage! Mike s made it run. He fixed it. I can t Thank you enough and your partner. I would say that I found the place to take my vehicles. Their customer service is great they explained to me everything. I would recommend this place 101%. You won t be disappointed. Mike is a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. Has a great smile, too. He explained everything clearly, what the options were, and how much it would cost. You can have just about any automotive work done: oil change to engine repair. Reasonably priced.

Mike and Vito are great, lovable people who are also skilled and knowledgable auto mechanics. They operate with fairness and integrity and are more than willing to help you with whatever it is you need. I've used their services a couple times, my son has, my friend has and we all agree this is a place that we will continue to go to for our auto mechanic needs. Highly recommended. This is the second times I have brought my vehicle into this shop. The first time, I remember there was a punctuality problem by couple of days, but this time, the shop kept my vehicle for over three weeks. I was supposed to take the vehicle for a camping trip and It wasn't done on time. I was out money for car rental because they couldn't fix the vehicle on time. Wish they talk less and work more instead. Vitro can talk my ears off. I don't need to know every details because frankly, I will never be a mechanic. I wish he would just go do the work instead.The only reason I have to bring it in to Mike's shop is because Loebstel moved. Loebstel was excellent and punctual. I would stay away from Mike's unless you don't mind using their shop as a parking garage.

I showed up at Mike's Auto Repair hoping to talk to the previous owner, and found out they had sold the business. I had had my cars serviced by Mike's for a decade. I had never trusted and appreciated a car shop like them! The technicians are outstanding and they have helped me keep my 1998 Honda CRV running like knew even after 270,000 miles. But I am not disappointed in the least that the business has changed owners at this point. Otto at the front desk was super friendly and helpful right away. All the techs are the same and the place feels just as friendly and helpful as before. I brought my car in today thinking that I may need to rebuild my transmission, wondering even if I was about to say goodbye to my good car of 20 years and many adventures. Otto and Austin (a mechanic that has worked on my car in the past) went into troubleshooting mode right away and 10 minutes later I was driving away with my transmission fixed (was just missing fluid). They didn't charge me a cent for it! I am glad that I still have an excellent car shop in town!

After a 750 bill for a new timing belt the car had same rattle it had when it came In. Was told it was a loose skid plate. Took it in a week later to fix air conditioning and reminded them to fix rattle. $790 later it still had that rattle. Took it to mides muffler and found out it was ROD KNOCK. check with another mechanic and he could hear it when I drove in. Told to drive it till it drops and scrap it as cost to fix over 4000. Mike's had it twice and heard nothing but dollar signs. Use at your own risk.Service: Auto maintenance

2-bad experiences, 3-okay experiencesMost recently requested an evaluation on a noise and oil leak. I simply wanted an estimate of repairs to decide whether or not to repair the car or part it out, type of thing. They didn't call with estimate or follow my directions. They just repaired the car! Did a top notch job and charged a top-notch price. way more than I was wanting sink into that car. They simply did not give me the option to not repair like I requested "in writing" on the key envelope. I'm disappointed and will not go back. I don't need a mechanic to feely reach that deep into my wallet!The previous disappointment was when they kept my other car for 3-days only to wait for me to call so they could tell me that did not or could not fix it. They hadn't even touched it! Left it in the parking lot for 3-days. Very disappointed, and not going back!

We've been taking our Toyotas to Mike's for more than 25 years and they have always done us right. It's under new ownership now and still has the same mechanic of many years, who is rock solid. The new owner is very nice and has been exceptionally accommodating with the complexities of a recent collision. Highly recommend this place!

Another fabulous job at mikes auto repair. They are so accommodating and brilliantly amazing. My daughters cars are always having some sort of issue and no matter what gets thrown their way, Austin is able to fix it in an amazing amount of time-AND the problem gets fixed. I never have to go back for the same problem-like I have with other repair shops. If you want the job done right, you need to come here!!! I can t say enough of how wonderful everyone is:)))

I cannot say enough good things about Mike's. Hands down the best shop I've dealt with in twenty years of driving across the entire country. I even got my dad to leave his mechanic of twenty years to come here for auto service! They're fair with their prices, get the job done right, and get you back on the that fast. Do not go anywhere else if you can make it to Mike's instead, you'll be satisfied, I promise!

We've gone to Mike's Auto Repair for several years, and are so impressed with their honesty, integrity and customer care. They give us realistic options for each repair. We have recommended this shop to many people, and everyone has been happy with them. Now all of our extended family goes to Mike's for their car repairs and oil changes.

Yet again Mike's correctly diagnosed my auto issue and provided an affordable solution. Appreciate how they take the time to figure out what's actually wrong versus just guessing and charging us for unneeded repairs. Both times we've used them in the last few years they have done great work. I'm now going to start using them for our oil changes too because their price is fair and I'd really rather no one else touch my vehicle but Mike's!

My check engine light came on while driving on a Monday afternoon, and they had my truck back to me the next day. Quoted a fair price, actually came in under their estimate (can't remember that ever happening before) and the young man running the place was polite and friendly. I'm not hoping my truck breaks down anytime soon, but when it does I will bring it here again without hesitation.

I went to Mike's with my mother's car via the good reviews on google. I wasn't disappointed.I spoke with Dustin (Mike's son) and he explained things (even drew a pic) in a way that was understandable to someone who knows nothing about cars (except they drain my wallet). He said he would call before any repairs were done and did and also explained what would be done. The prices seem reasonable in today's market. I even left my car there for a few days as I was on my way out of town and it wasn't an issue. Dustin seems like a straight shooter and I would give him by business again and recommend him to others.BTW, Dustin is also a good singer/song writer, so if you like a little rock n rock, ask for his CD. It's most definitely worth a listen.

I bring my company van here for maintenance and repairs and they always do a great job. Most recently, I had a "check engine" light and it turned out it was a part that had been previously replaced and Dustin did the whole job again free of charge (under warranty). Thank you Dustin and team for working on my van! As always, a pleasure to do business with! I really appreciate your hard work!

Had work done today. Not my first time or my last taking vehicles here.Honest and friendly staff. Really good people. Quickly looked at my vehicle and gave me a run down on labor and parts costs. Explained everything so that even a lumix like myself could understand.Potentially was looking at a bad Head Gasket. Thankfully was the Thermostat. Left smiling.

I called the shop regarding an issue with all three of my brake lights and spoke to Dustin. When I arrived to have him take a look, he came right out, found the problem after a few minutes of looking and fixed it for free. Luckily my car issue wasn't a serious one this time, but I would have no problem returning to Mike's Auto Repair should my car need more major repair in the future. I very much appreciated how straight forward and just plain ol' nice Dustin was - thank you!

Outstanding! I have had Mike's service my old Cirrus 3 times and the service and advice they gave me has been great. Dustin saved me $250 by directing me to a good wheel alignment place.

First off, I would like to say that every person I spoke to was respectful.But they failed terribly with diagnosing/fixing my front suspension/ steering issues. Let alone the few parts that were installed. Had to be adjusted and the half cup of grease around each of the zerk fittings/boots showed how amateur the mechanic is.My jeep actually came out worse than when I brought it in.I spoke with the Manager?..immediately following the work. He offered me free labor when expressing the extensive work that still needed to be done and the amateur work...(I got another shop to do an inspection.)They could have made a lot more money on the job too......I passed on free labor. My children and my life mean more

I was having issues with my car overheating driving from SE Portland back to Vancouver. Was not getting any better. I had exhausted all of the things I could find. I had replaced sensors, fans, switches, still nothing. I took it into Mikes, they did a full diagnostic. Had a leak in the middle of the radiator. Replaced it. No issues since. They told me everything they needed to do before they did it. Did not talk down to me because I am female. I have had that happen ALOT. Would definately recommend them to my friends.

Friendly service that is honest without charging you an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Mike's for your auto repairs. I have used them twice and have been impressed both times.
