Highly recommend!! AlignmentI took my vehicle to another place and they did a terrible job My vehicle still pulled. It wouldn't stay straight it was wobbling left and right.One trip to Midas on highway 99 and my steering wheel is straight and it's not pooling in either direction Great job I highly recommend anyone to come to Midas on highway 99 to get their car taken care of.

Chris and team were fantastic to work with. Had our daughter's car towed in when it wouldn't start. Not only did they replace the starter that same day, but they also went above and beyond to diagnose additional issues and repaired those as a courtesy. Would highly recommend.

I went to have my oil changed and found out my rear brakes needed to be done. 2 weeks later I have a message that pops up on my dash "change oil soon" no wonder I wasn't charged for the service I requested. So what did they do with my car for an hour? And how is this okay? The guy that helped me was a manager. Could this be because I spoke up about having a previous issue at a total different store with there other manager Jesse? Who knows but I know that I've spent over $10,000 on services and only got $2 worth of the work actually done between both shops.

I don't usually do reviews but I'm really impressed, so here we are! I took my 2010 Jeep Liberty to six different shops over the course of one day, trying to find someone who would take care of my brakes. I'd admittedly let them get too far gone, and it was becoming an issue of safety. But everywhere I went quoted me numbers I daresnt repeat, they were THAT high. Midas took care of me, we were able to come up with solutions that worked for my budget, and Chris is an excellent manager! I finally got my brakes done today and it was like a literal weight off my shoulders, knowing my vehicle was safe to drive. I'll never gamble with my life like that again, and thanks to Midas and their excellent customer service - I won't have to. Thank you all so much!!

If I could put less than 1 star, I would. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. We have been using Midas for our cars for many years. Recently we brought our car in for a repair that had just been done previously that year, by Midas. We were originally told it was still covered under the warranty. After calling for over a week with no returned phone calls from the manager Jesse, we finally had to go in to store. Jesse then informed us, our warranty was not valid and they would not fix the car or an of the issues they had previously fixed. We have now given Midas thousands of dollars and still do not have a working car. This does not even account for the disregard we have received from the manager and lack of care and quality work. We will no longer be using them and highly regret ever going there. It has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing and downright dishonest. Do not use them for your car needs, learn from our unfortunate and very expensive mistake and find literally anywhere else.

It took them 4 hours to do an oil change and they tried to charge me x3 the price and if it weren t for the district manager at the counter hearing me complain and making it right I would have got taken advantage of. I took my car in for a diagnoses and they had an estimate that was triple the price of my car s value. Next time maybe not throw in an estimate for around 1k on four new tires when I can sink 1/4 of a quarter in the tread. They thought they saw me coming and ended up spending 20 mins. trying to correct the mistake. I won t be back even for an oil change. 2 stars for the district manager refunding part of an upsell charge that should never have took place.

Went in to get my battery changed and was told 15 minutes but actually took 45 minutes. Also, I had a decent set of terminal clamps as well, and they broke one and replaced it with a really poor quality one that corrodes easily. Do what you gotta do I guess, but they didn't even mention it.

Chris, Jesse and the team at Midas took great care of me, made recommendations that aligned with what I already knew I needed, and were friendly and easy to work with. I called at 11am and asked for an estimate for my rear brakes and rotors to be replaced. Jesse told me about $350. I knew that wasn t a for sure price and they offered a free inspection before the work. When I arrived Mickey (who told me he was new) quoted me for +$200 more before anyone even looked at my car. I explained the situation and he was adamant that I called a different location. He even went as far as calling the phone number on Google map himself. He made up multiple excuses and told me who I talked to didn t even know what car I drove (which I had a long conversation with Jesse earlier about the model and the condition of my car). Mickey never gave me an explanation why I was quoted so much than the original before an inspection was done. I asked again to talk to a manager which he proceeded to get out his cell phone to give me a number to call. I ended up just leaving because it wasn t worth my time or money if there was dishonesty going on. I have always had a great experience at Midas but will not be going back after this.

So my daughter needed a brake job hwy 99 Vancouver WA. Called got a estimate took this store 3 days to complete a one axle brake job that should've taking less than 2 hours to complete.then charge a 100 dollars over estimate . Brakes are fixed I'll stop there.

I had a solid 5-star experience with the team at Midas. Tow truck brought in my old high-mileage Toyota van after a loved one made a very rough repair attempt. They had a big mess to clean up to get me back on the road. I was able to get a same-day appointment, excellent communication with consistent updates, and when we hit a little bump in the road they were kind, responsive, accountable, and made it right in a hurry. We're all humans and none of us is perfect - I only ask that a business handle the follow through to resolution. They did that, with a smile. Through this experience, Midas made a customer for life out of me. All the men I spoke with did a great job - and Steven is the cream of the crop (and the manager). Thanks guys - you impressed a cranky old disabled lady who used to own her own shop. I'd hire ya!

Only give them an average,They did not lock the dip stick down on my Terrain and I oil spray back on the engine and the smell of hot oil in the cabin.I checked under the hood and found the oil dip stick almost half out .Not worth the coupon price for almost a bad engine issue.

Had trouble booking an appointment online for a tire rotation so I just decided to show up one morning and explain what happened. They got me in and out quickly and only charged me $23!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I brought my car in because we needed a trip check done for our upcoming road trip. After the check they stated we had a leaking oil pan gasket but that the rest of the car was in working order. About 30 minutes after replacing the leaking part the check engine light came on. The error stated it was the O2 sensor. Brought it in and they said I would need to replace the o2 sensor. We replace it. Check engine light came on again and they stated that I must have gotten a faulty sensor. Replaced that. Came back in today because the light is back on again. This is the 3rd o2 sensor that has been in this car with no issues previously. Talking to other mechanics they believe that they broke it on accident during our trip check. While waiting there these past few days I saw and heard them mess up other peoples cars much worse. Ultimately they did not fix the issue. Stay far away from here cause something isn't right.

Thes guys go over and beyond to help you and service ur car. Ive been here a few times. N will continue. Jessy is great i believe he runs the shop now n glad. These guys are honest fast and not trynna rip u off or hard for money like other shops charge u extra n try to fix stuff not needed n get u for ur money or hold ur car hostage till paif just too much. Here at this shop they do what u ask and chech everyrhing else to let u no if they find anything so dnt leave clueless but wond do work unless u approve it...n if anything happens they fix it..n dont give u problmes ....As long as i live here in vancouver n these guys are here this is my shop. Wonderful customer service. Fit me in at the very end of their day. And stay after hours so I could get all my stuff out of my car. Would definitely recommend them, and plan to go back if I ever need anything else.

Was quoted $600 for tires at another shop. Steven said I didn't need new tires, just repairs from nails. Tires repaired and oil change less than $109. And great communication throughout the process. Called this Midas as we had a flat on our road trip. The service here was impeccable. Steven came out to us, hoisted our tire up, took it off, and brought it back to the shop. From there, the tire was taken to be assessed and was repairable! Fixed in about 20 minutes and was driven back to my car. He even gave us some Portland sight seeing spots to go to as we were headed there next. Highly recommend this place. Kind, quick, and extremely helpful!!Service: Tires

I have been coming here for about two months for my Subaru. I've always been impressed by the great service, but this past Saturday took the cake. I accidentally missed an appointment to have my tires replaced, and couldn't drive on my current ones any longer. Wilson was AMAZING in getting me in that same day AND having the tires done in time for me to go to work! Wilson and Skyler are just the best -- always respectful, honest, and fast! The higher prices are worth the wonderful customer service.
