I get great, honest customer care here. I always feel completely confident that my car will be taken care of. Friendly, very helpful, reasonably priced and professional. These men are very skillful and super knowledgeable! I so appreciate all of their hard work in getting my car back on the road safely. They are the BEST!

I was pleased with the level of service I received personally, but there's no way I can evaluate the actual efficacy of the work done, as it's impossible for me to- evaluate work that is so invisible. The proof will be in the "pudding" in that if no hoses fail and no overheating occurs, for the next few years, then to work done this week will have been very good. If it fails too soon, a glowing recommendation can't be given now. Meineke has a good reputation and I think the work will be fine, but we'll need time to verify that thinking.

Have used this Meineke location for the past 3 years and will continue to do so.Rodney and co. keep the operation running smoothly and without much hassle.Had some undercarriage work done recently, due to issues they found during a general oil change. All documented with photos.Was given the option to walk-in, drop the car off, and the repairs would be done by end of day. I chose to give more time and dropped the care off the night before.Service was performed as mentioned, in a days time, and no issues have occurred since.Job well done.

Prompt, efficient service. Everything was great from start to finish, staff was polite and professional and the price was very affordable! In and out within a half hour, and paid half of what I would have at a local drive-thru oil change shop! I didn't get bombarded with upselling or offered things I didn't need, which was a refreshing change. Definitely will be returning when my car needs service again!

Seriously can't recommend this place enough. All my life I've felt life mechanics take advantage of me every time I go in there. This is the first place I have been to that doesn't feel that way. Rodney and his team are amazing. Highly recommend!!

I went here for the first time last week for an alignment after hitting something pretty hard in the road. Based on years of experience, I always prepare myself mentally for the worst when dealing with a new shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the easy communication, quick service, and reasonable price at this Meineke location. The manager, Rodney, and his team are doing a great job. This is now my go-to place for car repairs.

Went in for an AC charge + tire rotation, and they did a great job. Customer service was great, they seemed quite trustworthy and even made some informed suggestions for further work, with pricing. No sales pressure, on my visit.

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! I first brought my daughter's car in for a pre-purchase inspection, which when the shop manager Rodney realized I had been there for awhile and the mechanic that started the inspection had just left, he didn't charge me for. Two months later the heater in her car went out. We received 3 quotes. Rodney gave me the best quote, didn't try to upsell me like the dealership did. Called me when the part was in got it repaired the same day, even waited and didn't make me feel bad, even though I did, because I was late getting there and the shop was technically closed. I can't say enough about this shop! Won't talk to you like you don't know anything, Rodney is honest and straightforward and his team of mechanics get it done right! I can rest easy knowing my daughter now has heat and defrost in her car again and is safe driving in the winter!

Very professional. They were able to get me in the very next day- even though they had to order the oil and fuel filter that my truck needs. The time estimate they gave was right on. Thank you for the wonderful service! I will absolutely be coming back.

Very nice people, and knowledgeable. I went there for headlight bulb replacement, but ended up with the wrong kind for my car (purchased elsewhere), so they informed me why and how it wouldn't work and gave me recommdations. I was able to reschedule a couple days later and they were able to get it done in a timely manner. It was affordable, too, which is always a plus. When you think "car garage people", these guys fit that expectation. Thanks to the crew that helped!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rodney was great! They inspected my truck, found some problems, fixed them as well as fixed one free of charge! The truck runs great! I am very happy with Meineke.

This location has a great crew! Rodney (shop manager) took the time to troubleshoot my overheating problems way beyond what the dealership was willing to do. That little extra effort is what most mechanics lack in today's shops. Meineke should be proud these guys wear their logo. They are trustworthy and efficient. I will definitely return to this location if I need future work!

I have been going here for quite a few years! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and don't cheat you! They are very professional and very kind which is so rare to find in this day and age. I have referred many people here and they have been extremely happy. You should really try them out and see what you think.

I was impressed with their determination to do right by me.It was not easy.My, um, after market warranty, for lack of a better term, made them jump through so many hoops that I began to think that nothing would be covered.Then the company that was supposed to supply my manual transmission dithered around for a ridiculous amount of time. They finally had to find another supplier.Upshot was that those poor guys had to deal with it for nearly twenty weeks: from September 11 to January 27.I'd say that they went above and beyond. Kudos gentlemen!

The guys always take great care of my car and Rodney answers any questions or concerns I have. They try to be as flexible as possible with my schedule when it comes to appointments. I dont take my car anywhere else

This place I recommend . They aren t pushy at all. They give you an honest inspection and assessment but never tried to upsell or pressure me in any way. And all the employees were nice and friendly. Went in for an oil change, a few inspections and tire rotation. They ended up diagnosing an issue that s been going on with the car for the past year that no one else could find any problem. They also backed it up with pictures of my own car. We had the best experience here and are so happy to finally get to recommend a mechanic in town. Rodney got us in immediately same day to take a look at our AC and the problem was fixed in just a couple hours! I had to bring it back to test if it had a leak, and unfortunately it did, but they fixed it right then and there on the spot at no charge. Rodney and Oz are a great team! Recently I had my first experience here, my usual oil change place raised Prices and their customer service took a nosedive, so I was in need for a new shop for minor work.I was easily able to make an appointment online, and the service writer Rodney took great care of me. Communication was great, they kept me in the loop via text and phone when the car was done, and Rodney was a pleasure to deal with. Thrilled I found my new oil change spot.The app that showed photos of my car and the work being done was a nice touch also. I came here to my 8th gen civic lowered. The appointment was set up very quickly, (next day), and the shocks and springs were on in just a few hours. The price was incredibly fair, and I will definitely be back.

We went to Meineke with our car making a horrible noise. We were almost 300 miles from home and needed to get home as soon as we could. Meineke was wonderful! They got our car in right away and replaced the wheel hub and bearings. It hasn't worked this well in over a year and the noise is gone. Thank you Meineke for saving the day.

Rodney "The store manager" at meineke in Hazeldell Washington is a heart felt manager that genuinely cares about his customers. This company isn't going to mislead you in making un necessary repairs I'll tell you that much. I'm a returning customer and don't plan on making any changes in my future. I rate this company a 5 out of 5 stars.
