It's really nice when you find folks that truly enjoy their careers and radiant their enthusiastic to customers. I went to them for a job as my engine light turned on and the individuals there were very caring, kind and helpful. Taylor made time to squeeze me in-schedule to check reason for light and created an estimate. When I arrived for appointment, again Mr. Taylor greeted me and took care of vehicle. I felt safe and will continue service with them as this is not my first stop with them. They express kindness for others and make sure we are safe in our vehicles. Thank you, truly grateful.

The guys are wonderful! What gentlemen! I came in with several concerns. I had gone to other places and wasn t told the complete truth. The guys at Meneke inspected my car and told me exactly what was needed. They reassured me that my car wasn t as horrible as I was led to believe. These gentlemen have earned my business! Never going anywhere else!

Wow! I brought my work sprinter van in to get the brake pads changed. They were super accommodating with the schedule they got me in the very next day. I was pretty nervous they wouldn t be able to get the van done in time because it s a large sprinter van. I would have understood it if they weren t able to finish the job even though I expressed that I did need it the next day if it all possible. They went above and beyond and one of the guys stayed for over an hour after they closed. you don t really see that with businesses anymore. They were able to get my van done so I can be on the road, they have a lifelong customer now! Taylor at the front desk was awesome, and I wish i got the name of the guy that worked on the vehicle after hours. On a Friday night no less! Thanks guys!!

Great, friendly service!! I had replaced several things on my vehicle because it kept overheating and yet it continued to overheat. I brought it here, they checked it out, turns out I had an air bubble that had formed. They fixed it, didnt charge me for it, and the boys in there were just super nice and knowledgeable. If i ever have any serious car problems, i will more than likely bring it back!

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service at Meineke Car Care Center's team. Not only did they perform the requested work with great precision, but their team also demonstrated a keen attention to detail by identifying and addressing issues with my vehicle that I wasn't even aware of. Their thoroughness in the inspection and their ability to uncover hidden issues showcased a level of expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction that exceeded my expectations. Tom & the fellas at this location have taken care of me for over the past 2 years, and they deliver service you can trust! I ve never before had luck of having such honest and knowledgeable mechanics! These guys will show you what is most necessary, and they will NOT charge you for anything your car doesn t need! For that I ve recommended many friends to this location! Keep up the amazing work guys! You re much appreciated!

Got me in same day for front end alignment on trailblazer upon inspection they discovered a worn bushing and showed it to me then advised to get bushings replaced before alignment which i thought was upfront and honest they ould have done the job and not said anything but they. Hose to do the right thing thank you. Ill be back in the future plus they have the best prices on alignments...thanks guys for your integrity and honesty.

From my first visit I was treated fairly, given honest estimates, and received quality car repair. Tom at the Mill Plain, Vancouver location was exceptional. And he has trained an amazing team of mechanics and service agent(s). After the team performed the required car maintenance, I had the peace-of-mind to drive my older car (now 150K miles) across several Central US states and back this past summer. Hands down the best Car Repair shop that I have experienced in the quite some time. Keep up the good work. Tom, congrats on your promotion! Your legacy lives through the wonderful employees at the Meinke Vancouver location.

I took my car in for an oil change and to see why I didn't have heat and why the car was overheating. They told me my hose that connected to the heat exchanger was leaking and I need a water pump. Ok. $1200 later. The next day no heat and still overheating. I took it back to a different Meineke and they told me the hose is still leaking on the other side. I had to pay another $500!!! I am not a happy customer.

Had to get an alignment tires were showing wire I called before my appointment asking if they had tires I could buy so that I wasn't driving out of there on bad tires, I was told they couldn't order then till they saw my vehicle. I called first to confirm my appointment at 1pm he said to just come on in at my appointment time that he didn't know the cut off for getting same day tires but would make sure I get back on the road safely well good thing I didn't trust it so I went and bought tires just to find out when I get to my appointment cut off time for tires was an hour ago so if I were to get the alighnment I wouldn't of gotten back on the road safely but what I didn't like it he told me don't worry aboutnit just come to the appointment we will figure it out I shouldn't of even drove there with as bad as tires as they were. Long story short they couldn't put the tires I got before showing up on my car and were to lazy to find out if I could have ordered tires through them and made me come all the way out there for no reason Soni didn't go back once I had to leave to get my new tires mount and balanced

I called and got a next day appointment for a free inspection of my car. The Toyota dealership has been telling me for months that I need 5 different services that will total in over $1000 of work. I only have 50k miles on my car. I took it into Meineke today and was greeted by Taylor. Him and his mechanics took an hour to look at my car and informed me that the car is in very good working condition and I don't need any of the services yet. They were very thorough with the inspection, didn't push me to get any services done, made recommendations, and everything was at no cost. I really appreciated their honestly with me. Great place! I highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. if I could give 0 stars I would. I went in because one of my wipers stopped working and they told me my entire wiper system needed to be replaced because part of the motor was broken. They told me it would be $1000. I called another shop and they said they would do the same fix for $700. Already a significantly cheaper. I took my car to that shop and they told me that it was just a bolt that needed to be tightened and I walked out of there spending $23. Meineke was trying to scam me. As a women car places are always trying to take advantage of me and this place is just another scammy car shop. Do not bring your services here. People will be hearing about this.

They were very polite and respectful to both myself and my sister who was their customer. We needed a muffler reattached to a new catalytic converter after dealer warranty recall on her Mercedes Sprinter chassis Motorhome. They did great work quickly, originally quoting one hour of labor, then changing that to two. But I don t think they actually took that long. The final charge was about $375. Felt a bit steep, but, it also came with a lifetime warranty. You decide for yourself.Service: Exhaust

The worst experience I have had at this otherwise friendly Meinecke shop after 12 years and over $10k in repair charges. The service employee would not allow me to give my wife keys so she could sit in car to keep warm while I paid paltry $192 bill! And all my details are already in their system. He acted as if I was a criminal intent on not paying. I was so humiliated I would never recommend this Meinecke to anyone because of what I consider to be a rude and callous treatment of a customer they have known for years.

These Guys are Great! Honest in what they can and can t do. Fair prices too! Their Lead Technician Brandon is awesome and has done work on both of my trucks. Brandon did the alignment on my classic truck with modified suspension which most places would complain about or would turn away and he got it right! Been here twice. Good service. My only complaint is the automatically added "fees" charged for an alignment. I was quoted $90 for an alignment and the total bill including these "fees", amounting to over $7 came to over $105. I caught this and the manager took the fees off. But for an unsuspecting customer this is an unfair and hidden charge that should not be automatically added. Please stop this practice as it is an unfair and hidden charge which should only be added when shop supplies are actually used, and then, it should be a fair, accurate and itemized fee on the bill.Service: Wheel alignment

Didn t have to wait too long for an appointment. Taylor the manager, And others quickly found the problem. My car had a leaking valve cover gasket. another plus, Taylor is quite knowledgeable about German cars. So this is a great place to come if you own any German car especially Audi or BMW.

I was greeted immediately and professionally by Tom the store manager we discussed my situation with my grandsons car and were pleased that Meineke we do a no charge inspection to find out the exact problem. We were able to leave the car for approximately an hour and come back with a diagnosis at no charge and an estimate of what all the expenses would be to repair the issue. completely. Repairs necessary were done in a timely manner and upon agreement were able to pick up the car the following day. What was also beneficial was the three-year 36,000 mile warranty on the parts and labor for the repair. The store manager Tom was very gracious, and even gave us a discount on the overall price to help reduce the cost. Based on my experience. I would highly recommend that you take your car to Meineke. This place scams you. You tell them to go look at your car to see if it has any problems. They take advantage of your knowledge. They forgot so much stuff to fix for my car and charged me 2000 dollars for nothing. Never come here, it is better to have a family member to look at your car

Brought car in for an oil leak. After 2 days I was told they could not find the leak. They kept car for another day and determined a hose was causing the leak. Hose was replaced and I was told the car was ready to pickup on day 3. I picked up the car and asked for the full inspection I requested upon drop off. Inspection was not done. I drove it home and found it was still leaking and the shielding under the car was missing. I brought the car back and easily found the leak. I had to leave the car another day for them to fix it and put the shielding back on. At the end, they fixed the issue without extra charge and completed the inspection but the driver side floor and mats were filthy. It'd be nice if they used plastic or paper to protect the floor. I took my car from November 10.And today is the 13th and my car still in shop. first They told me that it was the reservoir crack. So I took my car home. Thinking it was already fixed. I paid the money but.Then I turned around back to the shop. Because my car was overheating again now. Remember my car was overheating from the beginning They called me and they told me what was wrong with So I say get it fixed. But that didn'g happen Not very happy with the service. It's not the first time that happens to me. It happens to me before in the past same problem. Same place I don't know why I went back thinking it wasn't the pass. We got different people different mechanics. Now i'm just waiting for the big bill that Who knows how much is gonna be? My car is a b m w by the way.Service: Auto water leak repair

The person checking me in and out was nice and somewhat friendly however he didn't seem to have all the knowledge and his co worker was able to give me a lower cost on the oil change. With that being said I still think paying $100 for an oil change is a bit much. And it also took a little over an hr to get it done
