Best money I have spent on my car in a while. Friendly staff and service team. Called in for a minor repair, they said it would only take about 30 min to a hour, and they indeed fixed the issue that fast! Normally I feel like places would extend how long it took so they could get you on the hook for more money, but not this place. Fast, efficient, and did what they said they would do. I will be returning next time my car needs more work.

Went for an oil change, wipers, and a door problem just before a long road trip. Lots of other checks automatically included--brake wear, fluids, and more--and I would have missed the low coolant. Chris gave me a lot of good information and sensible advice, with no pressure to do more, clearly focused on what's best for me and my car. Oil change would include free tire rotation, which will be due with next oil change when I get back. Great service, great price.

The store # 2282 was absolutely incredible, isn t even close to the right adjective for their work. The store manager Chris S. was so thorough, knowledgeable, & most importantly respectful. Technician Jonathan R. hands down was diligent in making sure my car was tuned up and completely did a thorough inspection of my vehicle. This place definitely will always have my business. Meineke thank you for having such wonderful employees and for them providing such excellent service to me and DD.

Recently brought my van in for some overdue work after I got my tax return. Overall the bill was hefty but it drives so well again even at 200000 miles.Today on my way home from work the check engine light came on so I brought it in again and after they diagnosed the issue the replaced the O2 sensor at on the house.

Great experience! Workers are nice and understanding. Gave my brakes a good fix and they ve been awesome ever since. I do my oil changes here as well and I m glade they make me aware of others issues my car may be dealing with. They are quick and efficient.

I absolutely love their service explain things in ways I can understand, and they do the whole check up on your car, and will tell you what could be done. But never over sell or pushy, but they do explain to me if I don't get it done soon what could happen, and if it's something extreme or not.I was sent here from a friend, and now I have recommended my sister there and my co-worker, they said they will be going back also!

Excellent and timely service for the work my car required. Quality of service and attention to detail was above and beyond! Some work still needs to be done, but understood I couldn't cover all costs at once. Will come back for the remaining needs of my vehicle in the near future.

I've taken my last 4 cars into this Meineke Car Care Center. I took my Avalon in to be serviced and they found a leak in my power steering fluid reservoir which the last time I'd taken it in, they said it was the power steering fluid pump. I had to leave my car overnight because they couldn't get a new reservoir delivered until the following day. They did a full charge on my battery and told me I needed a new battery. So, I went to Battery's Plus and the representative came out and put a charge on my battery which came out fine. I learned a lot about batteries. I have spent a lot of money at this Meineke. They didn't gouge me or try to scare me into repairs like the last time I was in there. I told them to recommend all they want, but if they try to scare me, I'll find a new mechanic. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg, and the service was satisfactory. I recommend them after this last visit.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just saw that you replied asking what you could do better. Be honest with your customers and stop lying to people, that would be step one. I had to have another shop fix; a rear axle seal, 1 bearing, 2 lower control arms, 2 ball joints, 1 upper control arm, and my breaks when I PAID YOU TO DO All Of THESE THINGS LESS THAN 6-8 MONTHS AGO. They were still the original parts (with missing hardware). Your shop charged me for parts and work they didn't didn't do. That's a terrible and ugly business practice. I wouldnt care if it was 50 bucks or 100 bucks. But it was multiple thousands of dollars to fix my truck AFTER I paid you multiple thousands of dollars to fix my truck.

Went here for an oil change. Wonderfully kind service at the front desk. Quick, friendly, very sensitive to my time. I don't know if it's a family business, but it felt that way. I really liked them and will make them my go-to for any future car-related needs.

Lost my trust when they overcharge and gave faulty equipment.The employee advising whoever we took the car to before did a bad job, and all the parts need to be replaced.Which THEY DID ALL THE WORKS INSTALLATION OF THE PARTS.I've got a second opinion and found out I didn't need all that work as I regularly take care of my car with all maintenance, and they also try to gouge my family's car for over 2k of work when just coming in for an oil change.So I highly recommend anywhere else or going to the dealership as they can guarantee their work/services with a warranty.

Great prices and great customer service! 23 point inspection with my oil change saved me from some potential catastrophe with some other issues they were able to catch in time. 10/10 Would recommend.

Chris and Cristoff are amazing :) the new management is completely noticeable. Called and showed up within 20 min and they helped my daughters tail light, showed me exactly what to buy after going to autozone 2 times (and autozone even gave me the wrong parts) and they didn t even charge me. I think the change is amazing, I have taken other cars there prior to them and it was a terrible experience. If you re still skeptical about this location, give them another try for sure because it is 100% better. Thank you Chris and Christoff ( hope I spelled that right :). Will def be going back now

Went here to get my brakes done today, very kind and courteous staff answered all of my questions, and had me in and out. The prices are good. Would recommend highly, and ratings are great. My car's heater stopped working. I was able to bring my car in and have the issue diagnosed (broken temperature sensor + a mechanical issue with the blower) and fixed in the same day at a reasonable cost. My heater now works perfectly, which is a winter blessing. I plan to bring my vehicle to this location for all future work, very professional shop with clear, fair communication. It's hard for me to imagine a better car-repair experience.

They made an appointment for the next dsy. Changed my U Joint and rear seal.Did my power steering fluid. Less than 2 hours. Very Professional and trustworthy. I thought was a bearing and alot more cost. Was properly diagnosed!! Thanks,Perry

I needed a front end alignment and needed it fast. It was Saturday I was leaving town for a long trip. I called everywhere and i couldn t get in until Monday or later. Andy was great, and the experience felt very honest and caring. Mark and the maintenance crew seem to have a lot of experience and got the work done very efficiently and even saved me a few dollars! Definitely my go to shop for all of my maintenance needs :D

This shop on Fourth Plain has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Over the last 8 years my car and my daughter's car have had the oil cap left off a combination of at least six times. I went in a week ago to have an oil change that took 2 hours. I spoke with the regional manager about the excessive time it took, who told me I should take my car somewhere else from now on. I am a business owner. I don't know how the doors are still open on this place. BEWARE STAY AWAY!!

The staff are very nice and have great integrity. They don t make you pay for repairs that aren t necessary. But they need more chair in the waiting area. Right now there is only one wobbling swirling office chair.

I wanted to give a shoutout to the staff at the Meineke in Vancouver Washington on Fourth Plain. Previously I had great experiences with Rodney and recently had a great experience with Michael. They are always honest and reasonable and very responsive and patient with questions. I will continue to bring my car here because of the trust and rapport I have built with the staff. Gerald & the crew were very nice!! He did his best to accommodate my schedule. New brakes are awesome & they even did a couple of little things that needed to be done at no extra cost. Gerald gave a good price, much better than another place & the other place said more things needed to be done that didn't need to be. We will definitely return for future services!!
