Aubrey, and the other young lady at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Matty who does estimates, really took the time to look the car over carefully, explained things in detail, and also was very polite and friendly. Great crew. The car was completely painted in the time estimate that they gave my wife and I. We were very happy with the finished job. We highly recommend them.

Came in for a color match for my canopy. For the price, I don t know what I was expecting I sure wasn t expecting it to look this good, and with such a quick turn around. I have seen multiple paint jobs done by Macco from family members, and even the years ago special of $200 reshoot looked good. The office staff is friendly, the guys who came out to help put the canopy back on the truck were friendly. I love it.

Got a fender painted for my mustang and the paint match was very accurate! I didn t even bring the car in or a panel for them to reference which is really impressive.

I just had my body work and paint job redone by the new management . The new team is outstanding and far superior. I say I had to have it redone. The old management did not do a good job at all, but this new management and team put everything together the way it's supposed to be. Mackenzie at the front desk is awesome and helpful. The other woman at the front desk is also awesome and wonderful. There's also a young man at the front desk who is very helpful. Didn't get time to talk to him personally. Nelson and everyone else at the shop goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, safe, and cared about. The only thing that I can say negatively about this experience , is that every time I walk past my car I have to wipe off the smallest little bit of dust or dirt because it looks so beautiful that I want nothing to take away from the beauty of the paint job and body work that they did. When I was there to pick up my car I had a hard time starting it. She's an old classic. They bent over backwards to help me feel safe and taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else besides them now.

The team at Vancouver, Maaco are awesome! Will at the front desk always keeps me updated on the status of my vehicles. As a Vehicle Coordinator with 84 cars, Maaco is quick, reliable and very cost efficient. It's enjoyable having the autobody shop staff come out and talk to you. Thank you so much! I dented my right front side bad enough to where i couldn t even open my passenger door all the way. Maaco did an AMAZING job fixing up my old girl! She looks new again. And the customer service was great! Thanks again!

I am so happy with the results on my Audi TT. It looks as good as the first day I bought it. I was given great service from the moment I stepped in the office. Everything was explained very well, no hard sell on any extras and most importantly, I never felt like I was taken advantage of or lied to. Such a professional job!! Thank you!!

You peeps are so dope!!! ...car parts look awesome....I highly recommend getting the full package, you will be sooo soooo happy. GREAT PRICES AND AWESOME STAFF!!!....I will 100% use them again. I painted my Vanagon here last summer and was disappointed with the work done. Spoke with Tim on the phone and gave a rough estimate to paint the van. Once I took the van in he said it would need to be patched and sanded down before paint so it would cost three times more than the price I was first told. They painted the van and did not do any sanding on the car but still charged me that extra money for sanding and prepping the car. I'm dissapointed with the low quality job for the price I paidExamples of the poor quality paint job included in pictures. These are some of the many around the van

So.... wanted a custom dodge challengerMade appointment to have car painted before we bought the car we wanted custom purple paint we asked if we should buy stock purple or white to get the color we wanted they said to buy white. They directed us to buy white so that the chosen color would come out(Verbal contract that they WOULD paint the car)So we orderd white challengerShowed up ontime to drop off the car and finalize the paint color they refusedTo paint the carAnd told us because we where trying to hide the car from repoWhen we pointed out that the car was paid in fullWe where told we where clearly to poor to have this car paid off already .We happen to by chance still have all the paperwork in car to prove it was paid in full.They then told us that level of paint job was more expensive we told them our actual budgetThey then told us to leave they would not paint the car and tried to tell us they never agreed they would paint any newer carsThey are refusing to return my callsWe are stuck with a white car having lost money on the car by driving it off the lot and putting a few thousand miles on the car before the appointmentSo we then bought a green challengerAs well Was my wife second choice of color before we bought the white one and loosing $20,000 on the white challenger buy driving it a bunch before our appointment thinking our verbal contract with Maaco to make it the car we wanted was VallidWe now have no faith in them for anythingThey will not be painting my 1968 as planned tooDon't trust anything they tell you

It's always great to find someone who values not doing unnecessary work. It's refreshing to find honesty in a body shop. We ran over something on the freeway and lost the clips to our splash shield. The dealership told us to go to a body shop. We came here and he replaced the clips for free.

The painters at this shop are totally amazing! They do great work and follow up on quality. The front desk guy who I think is named Will is about 30 years old and has dark haired.This front desk guy is extremely rude and actively is chasing away business. It is hard to believe the owner would put this guy in a customer facing position. He is very confrontational and it seems like he is trying to instigate a fight. There is no reason to employ this guy, unless he is related to the owner. The front desk guy is single-handedly ruining this maaco location. As long as this guy works here I would never bring any of my business here and will recommend no one else go here.

Front desk rep is extremely rude and belittling simply wanted to reschedule an estimate appointment and got nothing but a trash attitude and unwillingness to even give us a simple print out of rates because he was "so busy". He refused to let us speak to management claiming that the manager quit. If I have to jump through this many hoops just to get a quote for the work they clearly don't want our business

Really gotta hand it to Tim & Matt and the rest of the crew @Maaco Vancouver for the bang-up awesome paint job they did on my 1999 Honda Accord LX. Excellent work! Feels nearly like the day I bought the car new 22 years ago! Thanks guys & gals...

Maaco in Vancouver on Andresen was wonderful five-star service to us. They made sure all of our needs were met with excellent customer service and a smile. I highly recommend them. Their experience of working with insurance companies was phenomenal. Very grateful for them. I say you can trust them!!!! Definitely going back again if Needs be.

Such a horrible experience to go through. (LEFT WITH MOLD EVERYWHERE) Took my car in for repairs and they said I'd get it back mid February and that's when they told the insurance it was done but it wasn't. I didn't get it back till APRIL and that was after calling over and over and them keeping telling me a later date each time. Then the estimates and total was way off and I had to get them to go item by item with me because they were trying to charge WAY OVER my deductible. They are not transparent in their costs! When I got my car back finally they left items in my trunk, forgot to fill my windshield washer fluid back up before they gave it back, and THERE. WAS. MOLD. EVERYWHERE!! They clearly completely neglected my car and said they cleaned it up but clearly didn't even look inside. I had to scrub my car down with bleach everywhere when I got home. Reception lady was rude every time I called too and REFUSED to tell me an estimated date it could be done. I'm not going here ever again, along with any of my friends or family. This is the first scathing review this bad I've ever had to write because I try to be very understanding and will let a lot go but this is genuinely the worst customer experience I've ever had with any company.

I have now brought two different vehicles in, first was my 2021 4Runner, I had some damage on the bumper, they repaired it and it looks like new, the other is my 2006 Mini Cooper Convertible, again they hit a home run!!!! If I could have given 10 stars I would have, friendly and courteous from the first impressions to the staff that took care of me and my vehicle s!!! Office staff are NOT personable and don't care about employees or customers.. Keeping cars longer than needed, messing up cars they are supposed to be fixing, newly developed sub-par quality standards. This is Not the same quality MAACO as it was a little over a year ago, they're falling from grace. Mainly due to head office chick, who lies and steals from hard working employees and customers. Don't waste your time or money here, they don't care.Note: i had a previous review, a positive one.. They had it removed.

The Conover family have used Maaco for years. We won t take our vehicles anywhere else. They went above and beyond on my car that was recently sideswiped by an uninsured motor home! When I got my car back, not only did they fix and paint my fender, they also buffed out and painted several rock chips on my hood, even though that was not damaged in the accident. The ladies at the desk were very kind. I feel like I have a brand new car. Thank you Maaco!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

Took our 2004 Honda Civic back to Maaco after they painted it for my now 17-year-old daughter who has made it her goal to beat that car up.Thomas Fuller was providing an estimate and I advised that I did not want did not want to put a lot of money into this aging car. Rather than make up some profitable quote, Thomas himself grabbed some glue and tightened the necessary bolt and the car was fixed! When I went to pay - Thomas said, no charge . Was not expecting any freebies in fact I almost insisted on paying- but appreciate the customer recognition that they painted the car two years prior.Thanks for being good people and not just looking to make a buck.Service: Body & Trim

On 6/29/22 my daughter took my car for an estimate at Marco. Matt and Thomas met her at their entrance. I had spoke to Matt a week prior and spoke to Thomas on 6/29/22. They brought my car into their shop and pounded out a very big dent I had on the right rear bumper. When my daughter asked what we owed them they told her nothing. Now that's a shop who cares about customers. All he wanted was a review. So here it is they saved me money. Glenn did my estimate at Maaco. He was helpful, did a quick, small repair for me when I arrived. He was mindful of my choices when making the estimate as my car had been stolen and recovered with damages. At the time I only carried state minimum insurance, so I will pay out of pocket expenses myself. That being said, he was happy help. I received a reasonable quote, to repair existing parts and get it back on the road. Over all I was impressed with the services Maaco offered, and the team. I would encourage anyone needing this type of service to go to Maaco.

I am pretty disappointed. I bought a used canopy for my Toyota Tacoma and the canopy place gave me a coupon for Maaco. Was supposed to be a 299.99 "perfect factory color match" with a 4 year warranty. When I went in to have it done they told me those coupons were about 8 years old (there is no date on them anywhere) and that the price is normally now 499.99 (because the price of paint has went up) but they would "honor" my coupon and give it to me for 399.99 which was a hundred dollars more than the coupon stated. Based on their long established name in this area, I decided to go ahead and get the job done anyway. I picked it up today in a bit of a hurry on my way to work, paid (450.00 with tax) and signed the normal "out the door, you left with your canopy" statement (wish I hadn't) At first I thought it was just the light but the paint color is very OBVIOUSLY a lighter white than my truck, regardless of what they say the color code is, it doesn't match my truck. Some white spray left on the black rubber around the door and windows, where it was masked though minimal, very easy to notice, also around the canopy brand emblem it looks chipped where the paint should meet the emblem. Even from the back you can tell the color doesn't match. Unfortunately the way my brain works, this is going to be about all I see when I look at my truck now. Also the warranty now is only 3 years which would be fine if it looked great. ugh. Can post pics and almost want to but I'm trying to be nice here.Service: Painting

Difficult to get someone on the phone. This is my second day trying to get an idea of when my car will be finished- yesterday loooong holds, then no answer 5 minutes before closing (when I thought maybe they would be less busy) today - immediate hold.Update: due to their admitted error I needed to extend my car rental beyond what it would have been. I asked for a credit for this difference- again- because they admitted being in the wrong. All of a sudden the poor communication became no communication until I went to pick up my car. I asked to have the credit and they told me they "absorbed the difference" by not charging me for other unexpected parts they had to order. Who knows if this is true? It doesn't feel true. Furthermore- why have they not communicated with me over these last days anything about trying to make it right by doing this? Seems unlikely they would "absorb" almost double the credit I was asking for.All of this was made worse by being told I would get an update mid-day today. By 3:15 no word from them. On that? They said they "were busy".And lastly- I was told it would be done " late today". I asked how late? Can you tell me? Their answer? "We close at 5:00".Its 5:15 and I am here waiting for them to finish.ALL of this could have been avoided had the person who I dropped the car with followed through, on her own handwritten notes on the original estimate. That was ignored and caused chaos. Out of this whole place Matty seems good. None of it can be blamed on him. Thats one good note.

Truck mostly came out really nice. The three is for lack of communication. My original estimate was less than half of what I paid, I wasn t looking for frame off resto, but really nice. I talked to two different estimators, they did not pass information on to each other. It was my fault for not checking every letter. I wanted the sills painted and clearly would ve paid for it seeing as how I added on 3500 dollars. The people are nice, the work is good, and the couple mistakes they are going to fix. But just make sure you are very precise in explaining what you d like done. They don t make suggestions and will not point out things that would make it a better job with a better end result. Just a friendly word of warning. Be as specific as possible.

Stopped by this Maaco to have them look at some minor cosmetic issues I wanted to address before selling my car, without breaking the bank. They agreed to fix the issues for a very reasonable price, and it was ready the same day. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary fixes when I explained what I needed. They did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend this shop, and will be coming here in the future for any body or paint issues.

Talk about a great experience: They were super nice, patient, and helpful. I needed some parts and repair to my leased truck, and this shop gave me a fair price, was easy to work with --and was quick! We had taken a truck here to have some minor rust damage to the roof repaired on it. Glenn, Matt and Tim provided great customer service and work making the truck look brand new again! They even got the truck done in a timely manner even in the middle of the snow storm! When we went to pick up the truck, we asked if they might be able to spot buff out a couple of other scratches (not part of the original job) and Matt jumped right on it! Would highly recommend these guys and their pricing was very reasonable! Great work thank you!!!Service: Painting
