I didn t go to Hazel Dell many times but this location Les Schwab is a very nice and friendly. My husband and kids want to go to Snowboarding. So we need snow tires for my husband s truck. They did great job and winter tires are ready to winter sports. Prices are pricey everywhere so I don t complain about it.

I went to Les Schwab, Minnehaha, for a tire rotation and brake check. I sat waiting and then was called by two men who worked there. They held out my keys and said the rotation was completed and brakes were good. When I was waiting, all I could see was that my trunk was open for a lengthy period of time. I found that strange but overrode it because LS has good rep.I also questioned them on my brakes as I hadn't had them done in a long while. They assured me everything was good.I was in a hurry and took off.Later, I realized they didn't give me a printed report so I called. Jim, was rude and asked if they verbally notified me. Yes, I said. But I wanted a statement showing it was actually done. He told me to come in and they would print it out. I did that. Nowhere did it mention the brakes or % of the brake pads or anything else. For the next week or two I noticed something wrong with my front end. My car pretty much travelled where it wanted.I went to a different LS in Vancouver. I explained it all.It was hoisted and they took a video showing that most everything was loose or disconnected from one wheel to the other. If the Minnehaha team had rotated the tires, they would have noticed. If you value your life when driving and need accurate and truthful information, Minnehaha IS NOT THE BEST CHOICE.

Old school excellence! Outstanding customer service, they gave me a reasonable and accurate estimate of time needed to repair my tire. Comfortable waiting room with complimentary fresh coffee and popcorn. Even though this was a new car and it would be 3 years or so before I would replace my tires they fixed it for free and asked me to please consider them on my next purchase. It just doesn't get any better than that. The good Folks at Hazel Dell Les Schwab will have all my business going forward.Thank you!

Took my truck in because the front driver side was creaking whenever i went over bumps. Told them we thought it was shocks. They replaced the shocks but failed to call to let us know that wasn t the issue at all. They never called to offer to replace them while they were in there and didn t tell me that the actual problem was the ball joints until I picked up my vehicle. As I drove away my truck was still making the noise I brought in to have fixed. I m not happy at all. Customer service sucked. I ll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Really impressed with this place. The workers are friendly and genuine. Got an inspection and they fixed my issue in less than an hour at no cost. They do it right here because now I will want to come back for tires or suspension work in the future.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Les Schwab Tire Center. I brought in my 2014 GMC Yukon on March 23, 2024, due to a faint squeaking noise while braking. The staff member assured me they would diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for repairing the vehicle. After leaving my car with them, I received a call detailing the problem and an estimated cost of around $600. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to proceed with the repairs. To my shock, upon picking up my car, I was presented with a bill totaling $1,419.11, nearly double the initial estimate. The additional charges were attributed to undisclosed labor costs that were not mentioned during the initial discussion. Feeling blindsided, I reluctantly paid the amount, hoping the issue had been resolved.Upon driving my car, I immediately noticed alarming issues with the brake, and the brake felt spongy and unresponsive, requiring excessive force to bring the vehicle to a stop. This posed a significant safety concern, as the car would not stop unless the brake pedal was fully depressed to the carpet mat, even then taking an extended period to stop. Returning to the shop to address the issue, I was met with resistance from the staff, who dismissed my concern and insisted that the vehicle was safe to drive. I even asked if they bled the brake because it seemed like this might be the issue, but his explanation was that "this is how GMC cars' brakes are" contradicted my years of experience with similar vehicles, raising doubts about their competence and honesty. The dismissive attitude toward my safety concern, has left me deeply dissatisfied with Les Schwab Tire Center. I will not use their services any longer.

These guys are great! Dropped my 07 FJ off for a patch on my all season and swapped my winter tires on! Walk in with no appointment and they got my FJ handled quickly with my extra lugs and key bagged up nicely and fresh bags on my tires for storage! Top notch group of people and would gladly have all my tire needs taken care of by them again! Super impressed!

I have been a long time customer of Les Schwab for 14+ years. My account was held in Gresham, OR, paid it off some years ago, and needed to reapply for an account. Because I don't have immaculate credit, Angie, the account manager tells me over the phone, "I don't want to do business with you". And proceeds to tell me that SHE would not even consider it with a cosigner either. I have always had a Co-Signer with Les Schwab, and I have had a great payment history as well. I'm glad to know they get to pick and choose who they do business with and who they don't. Received a phone call from Nathan the next day after I put in a formal complaint. Denies Angie treating me the way she did. I told him to go pull the phone call and listen to it! I will be forever be taking my business to Firestone for now on!This location is such a joke, very rude and condescending! Learn how to treat customers with respect!

What an awful experience. We had a nail in a tire. They said they'd fix it for free, but then they said that it was in a spot that couldn't be repaired. We said we'd go somewhere else to get the tire and asked them to put it back on. They then came back and said that it couldn't be aired back up because there was a hole in the side wall (not near the nail). They told us that we needed 4 new tires and that we couldn't leave unless we bought new tires. They've said this to me 3 times in the past, and I knew that they couldn't legally force anyone to comply with this ridiculous threat. I told them to put the tire back on and that we were leaving. They put the spare on. We had been at Walmart just before that, and Walmart didn't see a hole in the side wall. Walmart didn't have the size tire we needed, so we went to The Tire Store and got a tire to match the tread count of the other tires (they were all pretty much new and bought a year prior). The tech at The Tire Store showed us that the hole in the side wall was definitely from a slip of the shovel when they were re-mounting the tire at Les Schwab. We went back to Les Schwab to talk to them about the damage they caused them LIED ABOUT and they the manager BANNED US AND KICKED US OUT. I called corporate. Corporate said they'd talk to the store and call me back with a resolution. THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK.

If i could id give it a zero but we took my partners car in this last saturday with an appointment to check out our low air tire gauge on it. They claimed they checked the car out and here we are again today at another location that found a hole in the tire. It seemed as if when they "checked" it they didn't check for holes. They had said next time just drive up to the free air fill. After we had clearly stated we needed it to be tested for a hole in the tire. Would love for someone to reach out to me when possible. This is more about moving forward on thoroughness of an appointment. Thanks!

Called ahead of visiting to see if I needed an appointment for the inspection I needed. The guy told me no, bring it in and we will have you done quick. The inspection I needed has taken about 10 minutes when I've had it done before. I came in and waited for over an hour and they hadn't even started the inspection. Finally just got up, grabbed my key, and left. They made it seem like it was my fault for not sitting in their shop for another hour or two. A really unprofessional, rude, and dishonest staff here!

My wife and I went in because our tire pressure light came on. Turns out I put the lugs on backwards when switching the tires from front to back. (My bad, should have know better). We wait an hour and a half until our car is seen. When the guy (Nathaniel) does get to it, I watch him pull the covers off the wheels and take a quick look at each wheel. This takes about two minutes max, and that is generous. My car never leaves where I parked it. He comes back inside and proceeds to tell me all four wheels are damaged. He also claims the tire treads are low and all four also need to be replaced. This is my wife s car and she bought those tires 40k miles ago. They re rated for 80k. I looked at the treads earlier that day and they re fine. I challenge him on this and he starts stuttering up an excuse. He ends up quoting and recommending to me $1,200 for wheels and tires (the medium priced option). I feel like I m being scammed. I made a mistake and I feel like I was being taken advantage of as a result. I do not trust this guy. I ve always known Les Schwab to be a business I can trust. They have been my go to since I started driving. I told my wife this has to be just this guy. Nathaniel then tells me their branch doesn t have the wheels I would need. I take this as a win because I wanted a second opinion from someone else. (Obviously since he spent almost no time actually accessing my wheels and tires) My wife and I head over to the Les Schwab on Andresen. Joe, almost instantly takes a look at the wheels (not in the parking lot, takes about 45 minutes) and tells us there is no damage, flips the lugs around, checks the tire pressure and happily sends us on our way wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving. It cost us nothing. Nathaniel needs to re-evaluate how he does business and uphold his company s long earned reputation for fair and honest work.

I am not very pleased with the customer service at this location! I have been trading with Les Schwab for many years and have always walked away feeling like I ve been taken care. I am new to the Vancouver area and this shop is closest to my house. I have been to this place two times (I won t go back) and both times feel like I was put on the back burner with excessive wait times. The first time I took my boat in for a new valve stem and waited for 4 hours and the second time was for rotation and even though I was one of the first to show up the wait was over 2 hours - really I gave up

I m pretty disappointed in this place. The blonde girl working at the front desk was really nice and helpful (Rebecca?). But we went in and asked for a ride share inspection on my 2022 Tesla for Lyft and Uber. We paid $35 plus tax for the inspection. After waiting, the guy came out of the shop and was pretty rude and said that he wouldn t approve my car because it needed all new tires. He was trying to upsell me on new tires. Funny thing he didn t know, was that I had 2 tires recently replaced at $1,000 a piece. I know that the tread on one of the tires is getting low, so it would make sense that he would try to sell me one tire, but it s really disappointing that the stigma of places trying to upsell everything is actually real here. He initially offered to rotate the tires after this conversation, then changed his mind and said he couldn t do it because the tires are all bad. Really bummed out.

I have purchased a couple sets of tires here. The best part is the service. They took care of a couple flats for me at no charge. Tire rotation is free with purchase. I am always using Les Schwab for my tire needs. Thanks.

Brought in a flat to get repaired, and was told they can't fix it and need to replace all my tires. I had them put on my spare and when they put my flat tire in the trunk, smashed some collectibles I had in my trunk. Next morning took my car to another place and was told not only could they fix my tire it has plenty of life left

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon with no appointment and they repaired my flat for free. Other places in town will charge you as much as $30. Friendly service, and a nice waiting area, the whole thing only took about a half an hour. Also got my Uber inspection done here quickly and for a good price a few weeks ago.

Terrible experience here came in for a free check on my car and waited 20 min with a appointment and I was on time and after finally taking my car it was immediately brought back to me within minutes and told nothing was wrong with my car no documentation that my car was looked at this was very unpleasant and unprofessional in many ways especially considering my car has a bad wheel bearing and bad back breaks but they did not mention either of these issues this is very dangerous to be lying to customers about what condition their vehicles is in

Even one star is too much for this location, they will make you wait for several hours to tell you we can't do it.Plus they will try to convince you that your tires are catastrophic just to buy new ones from them!!!Unprofessional staff!!

My fiance got a flat on the freeway 20 min before closing. One shop told us no unless you can get here in 20 min.Called this les schwab and Anthony and Nathan jumped to the rescue and stayed late to make sure she was back on the road and safe. If I could give more stars I would.Great people and great service

They helped me get back on the road and it wasn't much of a wait. The next day I was leaving for Thailand and didn't have time to wait around at all. The lady took care of me and I appreciate her

Absolutely terrible service and a waste of your precious time. A 5 minute inspection took 2.5+ hours. Do youself a BIG favor and go to Costco.

waited 10 minutes at the air station while several employees looked my way, but no one ever came out to check my tires air pressure. There was even a lady waiting behind me. They were busy, but if there motto is they come running and impeccable service, they fell short today.

I got a ball joint replaced and a alignment done on my truck recently and am having issues now with the steering or the front wheels when I take turns. I went in to have it looked at and got nothing but a bad attitude from 2 employees at the front desk and I was also told I would have to wait 5 days before they can even look at it. I have spent thousands of $$ at this location and recently the employees have a nasty attitude and poor customer service skills. I would give this location zero stars if I could don t ever go here it s worth the extra drive where they know how to be respectful and helpful to paying customers. All my service was done at this location by the way.

Cheapest size 16 tire they had was $146 plus $20 for mounting and balancing!!! Frickin Les Schwab.....go to discount tires instead of Walmart or Costco! What happened to Les Schwab? They used to care about their customers, seems to be all about the money now?

Went there directly from the freeway with a tire blowout. Was told I needed 1200 to get all 4 tires replaced. They told me it wouldn't be safe just replacing one tire, because I've got all wheel drive. Didn't have 1200 on hand. Had about 500 to work with. So they sent me home, on a spare, to drive 40 miles, mostly freeway, including 2 bridges. Went to local tire place near my house the next day. All 4 tires could be replaced for 700. Multiple tire places told me sending me packing on a spare that distance was WAY MORE DANGEROUS than sticking a single tire on there for the week I needed to get paid. Thanks a bunch guys!UPDATEI followed up on the response and according to who I spoke with, Les Schwab given the scenario I described it would not have been their policy to send a customer driving a long distance on a spare instead of replacing a single tire. The priority should be safety above all else, and that's not the safer scenario. The decision made by the staff at this location was not because of a Les Schwab policy.

Les Schwab is always spendy compared to others but their service and warranty makes it worth it!
