I went here yesterday just to have the tire fix. It s the best service I ve experienced. I only waited an hour and a half for the service. Glad that they were able to remove the screw at one of my tires with no charge.

The worst customer service and customer appreciation. Been a customer a very long time. Was in a bad jam, showed pictures and needed to borrow $6 adapter (they never gave us when we bought the tires and rims from them) to change my wife and daughters tire. I left home with out my wallet cause I was urgently trying to help my wife and daughter. The staff was poor in attitude, smiles and interaction with us. They treated the people in front of us the same. The staff must have horrible lives to treat good customers with such poor service. They don t deserve a paycheck. The owners/managers should look into this store on Anderson in Vancouver and get rid of several people that are lemons. Especially the Lady named Cindy. My name is now publicly shown as a bad review and I will continue to tell people how horrible the experience is. I ve had some bad experiences with Les Schwab but this one takes the cake. The kicker was we were trying to change our tire with a huge hole in it to bring them the car and spend more money with them!

The nicest team! Was visiting for work from Seattle and my low pressure system went off. Turns out I had a screw in one tire. They fixed it for me for no charge and I was back on the road within two hours. Thank you!!

Been to this location many, many times for a variety of things and have never left without a smile on my face. Today's visit was no different. I arrived with my pre-mounted snow tires in the back of my pickup for a quick swap. Upon arriving, I saw that the place was SWAMPED with vehicles/customers. Fortunately, I'd anticipated this sort of thing and had cleared my schedule for the day ahead of time. I told the guy who checked me in that I wasn't in a hurry and that I had "...ALL DAY..." He thanked me for this and I took a seat.I did have to wait a while, but I had a book to read, so I was fine. They still got my truck in & out faster than I expected them to. I was very impressed with their efficiency.The ONLY thing I could POSSIBLY complain about would be the chairs in the waiting area. I'm a pretty big guy, and the "arm rests" on the chairs are not only useless as arm rests, but also make the chairs really uncomfortable, forcing me to sit with my knees awkwardly, uncomfortably, almost painfully close together. When the time comes to replace/upgrade those chairs, might I suggest getting chairs without armrests for greater customer comfort?Otherwise-- Another successful trip to Led Schwab with their usual, excellent service.

A Les Schwab like they all used to be; this is now my only Schwab I will go to. My appt. was 15 minutes late as they had put up a truck trying to help a customer in dire need and a rush, so I was not bothered by it. No charge to rotate my tires and NO tricks like other LS's pull, by taking off a tire and then saying they can't put it back on because it's got too-little tread (not that mine did), so they try to sell you new tires. Quite a scam that this location does not do, I asked in advance to make sure I wasn't treated this way as other LS locations have done numerous times, and the nice lady at the counter told me they would not do that at all. It's nice to find a business that's legitimate and not some unprofessional scammer like so many are (you can see one example of blatant corruption on one of my latest reviews, and the completely unprofessional reply by the "business.")

Visited 5/13/2020 needed to fix a flat. Arrived as soon as the store opened 8am. Was checked in fast and had my car in the service bay within minutes. They had finished fixing the flat by 8:40am $21+tax because I did not buy my tires there. I think it's a reasonable price. They also filled air in the spare as well as the other tires. Great service as usual, just a different store this time. Easy to see in usual traffic. Handicap spots and entry available.

If you decide to use Les Schwab, avoid the location on Andresan at all costs. I've been there multiple times, and they are extremely rude every time. I've never given them a reason to be, but they seem to enjoy it. I've heard the location on Mill Plain is by far the best in town, go there.

The Andresen Store should be closed. Been there 3 times, left dissatisfied 3 times. Left E brake disconnected after a for wheel brake job, attitudes, charge more than other Les Schwabs. I'm sure they'll respond with something about they all charge the same, but the font. Check for yourselves. Many complaints about this particular store.

I went to get air in my tires when an employee who was doing it gave false information about my tires. Telling me I need to replace them immediately. And it was completely false. Just trying to get a sale out of me. I won t come to this store ever again.

I think most of people knows this but Les Schwab is one of the best shops for tires and other needs for you car.Always go there, always friendly and knowledgeable.

Got a flat, brought in the tire got it patched within 2 hours came back and picked it up... wonderful customer service!!! I drove all the way here from battleground just because this is my favorite place to go for tire service I had bought a set of tires from them before so they did it all for free!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Ok so today has already been a rough day for me but I got a call that my sister had unfortunately got a flat tire, now she just put on new tires from discount tire!? Literally an hour ago !? She was on her way to yacolt. Now me being in the evergreen area of vancover I said pin your location I'm on my way! I get everything loaded up and im headed that way when I get a call saying a LES SCHWAB employee stopped to help her on his way home. Thank you sir a Mr. Joel adams manager of this location , I had felt defeated today as in I go out of my way lately for everyone else and was wondering when my time was gonna be lol. I appreciate you, and if there was a better way to say that this store deserves your business because of employee and management of this location , then I don't know what does.. sorry for the long review, now back to your regular programming!

Less Schwab was always good to me. I traveled all over the country by vehicle and needed reliable tires. They were bought out by another company and that company has tightened up a bit on free services but, the employees still try to give you good service.

I ve been a loyal Les Schwab customer for 30 years, but I will avoid this location in the future. I ve had three poor customer experiences at this location over the past few years. My first two visits were for tires and for rotation/balance services with an appointment where I left the vehicle for the day. When I returned even later than the promised time, the work was not complete, in one case not even started yet.For my third try, I decided to walk-in without an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Waited at the counter for 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the woman working behind the counter even though there was no one else waiting at the counter and the person was not on a phone call. I was not given a wait estimate when I checked in, but there were only 2 other people in the waiting room so I let it slide. 2.5 hours later, 5 other walk-ins (only one with an appointment) had checked in, been serviced and left before they finally took my car into a bay. The person with the appointment waited at the same table with me and even she waited just under 90 minutes which was clearly frustrating to her and puts into question the value of an appointment. This tracks with my previous experience as well. I appreciate there must be a prioritization system , but lack of transparency and poor communication makes for a frustrating experience.Once my car was brought in, the work was completed quickly. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they had given me a receipt for a different customer with all that person s personal and vehicle information. I of course shredded it, but now I can t help but wonder to whom they re giving my information.My thanks to the techs here for their quick and competent service, keep up the good work. The front desk staff need work on customer service, attention to detail and data privacy. The management team needs to work on schedule or workload management and communication to waiting customers. If you re going to offer an appointment system, you should be prepared to complete 15 min jobs in less than 90 minutes, that s very disappointing.If you need to use this location, make sure you have plenty of extra time, appointment or not, and be sure to check your paperwork before you leave.

The gentleman who took care of my car was just WAY OUTSTANDING! He did upselling, but i thought it was good and he was just real genuine and not just trying to sell something we didn't need it seemed. He was quick and thorough which I really appreciated.

Wife made an appointment online for putting on snow tires for a trip to Southern Oregon. She called the store to confirm they could do it this Saturday, and she was assured they would. An appointment was made for the next Saturday to have them removed.When I arrived, they refused to do the service, saying it's against the law. If the person she talked to on the phone had been either honest or aware of the law, we would have made an appointment earlier in the week. That person's failure forced us to buy snow chains for our other car and could have been avoided.I've been a Les Schwab customer for years, and this time they failed us.

Just wanted to take a moment and thank David, Michael and the rest of the crew @ this location. One night I left my office later than normal(5:35pm) from a uniquely rough day and started my truck only to note that my tire pressure was at 0% on one of my tires. After getting out and inspecting the tire I noticed a huge screw lodged in it. That particular night was during an extreme cold front that had hit the area. I was parked over a huge water/ice puddle which was preventing me from accessing my spare(under the back truck bed), plus I wasn't looking forward to crawling around in those conditions in my work clothes. I called a couple tire shops and all were stating they couldn't help me until the next day as they were closing soon. Whilst on the phone with my girlfriend she suggested I call Les Schwab. Despite them closing in a few moments, they sent out a gentlemen named Michael who's truck had a compressor. He put enough air in the tire for me to make the trek to their shop a short distance from my office. Once I arrived they pulled my truck right into a bay, the staff welcomed me upon my entry into the lobby and even though they were officially closed; they fixed my flat. And that wasn't even the best part! When they called my up to the counter I had my wallet in-hand, however; they told me there was NO Charge!? I thought I was being punked..ha! I can't express in text here how much the combination of events associated with this experience made me feel. After the long rough day I was having the staff at Les Schwab came through in a heroic manner which made it all feel better. It's good to know there are still great people and a great company that truly cares about the people they serve. Thanks again Les Schwab Andresen staff...you guys are awesome! You have me as customer from here on out and I will be a seeing you for my new set of tires soon!

Kaylee, in the passed Shwab has offered me and given me the o]ertunity of choosing a less expensive tire. They have even offered me to replace both tires for less cost. So that it gives better performance specially on the front end. It feels like a bad drive right now because the tire you replaced is not a good match.I will return to another Les Schwab to see how they can help so I can get a better drive performance.

I own a oilfield staffing firm R&J Green Completions out of Ok city and used to bring all my vehicle and my employees bring there vehicles here. I m currently Visiting washingtonon kinda temporary homeless and came in on an emergency flat. They quoted me the cheapest they had was over $200 but would require me to purchase all four in order to do a install for me and proceed to help the next 8 customers before closing the shop door and leaving me here with no help and going home. Bad business you lost a customer not just at this shop but for any shop carryingYour name

Jayden did an awesome job on a flat tire. my truck was in and out in no time. Staff is on it.. the best LS that I've been to so far and I been to many locations.. again, thanks to this great team. I will be back to buy tires..
