2009 Mini Cooper with 110,000 miles.After experiencing multiple issues at various shops, including the dealership, I decided to give this shop a try for my routine maintenance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficiently handled my car, making the experience hassle-free. Several months later, as I noticed some issues with my car's idle and a troubling red check engine light, I reached out to the shop. Tony, one of the staff, assured me to bring it in anytime for a safety check. Upon inspection, we quickly identified it as a brake fluid light, and that it could wait until my next service which was a huge relief. When it was time for my next service, I faced a list of overdue issues, anticipating hefty repair costs. However, knowing I could trust this shop, I felt at ease. Tony patiently guided me through the process, addressing all my concerns and providing a detailed report with photos for clarity. Upon completion of the repairs, I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of my car it felt like driving a brand new vehicle, even better than when I first drove it off the showroom floor in 2009. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone tired of mediocre service or dealerships trying to push you into buying a new car. Having an stress-free ride and loving to drive my car again has been worth every penny, and I am confident in continuing to rely on this shop for my Mini's service needs. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone!

Needed to get my MINI looked at quickly. Tony and the crew got me in the next day and quickly had the car inspected and received a thorough report. Will definitely be going back and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family.

As always an amazing experience at Kings Cross automotive. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the problem. They did it quickly and very economically. In a day and age where you have a hard time trusting anyone that works on your car these guys are not only professional, but they are Trustworthy.

Kings Crossing always does a great job, works well with warranty companies, never a call-back with issues later where you gave to bring a repair back. Granted, not the cheapest shop out there but less than the dealer and you certainly get what you pay for. Techs are top-shelf!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Tony was friendly, professional, responsive and knowledgable. He was easy to work with throughout the whole process. Mike, the owner, has always been fair in price and honest in the work. We highly recommend bringing your luxury vehicle into Kings Cross for any repair that you need.

These guys are a go to for foreign cars! They changed my csp sensor in no time kept me informed of the process and even showed me where the sensor was per my request since me and the 5 other mechanics i had look for it couldn't find it. They are courteous, professional, and by far the only mechanics I want under my hood! Will definitely be going back with any and all of my matanence needs! THANK YOU KINGS CROSS AUTOMOTIVE!!!

By far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Definitely not looking to nickel and dime, intimidate, belittle, etc. which I have unfortunately experienced before, especially as a woman... Tony and team have serviced cars for my whole family and we are all very happy! The staff could not be nicer.

My original post from this morning rated at 2 Stars now after receiving the video it s one star.I took my jaguar in for a replacement starter that is all. When a quote of over $1,800 was received I declined and paid only for a hour of diagnostics roughly $200. I had the car towed to another mechanic and starter replaced for under $1,000.HOWEVER- the new mechanic sent this video- there was NOT a leak when I dropped off the Jaguar XJ to Kings Cross.I can t prove they damaged my engine after I declined their service.You look at the video and decide for yourselfBelow is my first review before receiving the video from the new mechanic.Upside is the the place is spotless and the employees seem like good people. The downside is the the service cost is too high, in my opinion. Kings Cross charges $175 per hour for mechanic time. The quote received for my car s auto start/ stop stater replacement exceeded $1,800. I had the car towed to a different mechanic and replaced the starter for less than $1,000Again the employees are always pleasant and the shop is very clean.

Excellent serviceI was referred by a friend and I think the prices were very reasonable.They are knowledgeable and service is great.I have a 2011 mini cooper I brought from Cali and it was hard to find someone that could help in battle ground.This is my new spot for myMini. Thanks.

This is the only place I take my car. I can t say a single bad thing about them. The communication is excellent, the work is excellent, the waiting area is comfortable and beautiful. When I last brought my car here I was upset that the fan seemed super loud after service- I struggle with noise so it was very upsetting for me. I was certain something had broken or been offset during service. I brought it back over and over and they got me in quickly every time and cleaned and checked the whole system and were so patient with me before explaining that what I was hearing was the fan working unencumbered by filth for the first time in years. The owner even made time to come listen to it and reassure me. He is such a nice man with such a genuine vibe. I m incredibly grateful for this shop and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This was my first experience with Kings Cross and it was awesome. I woke up today with a dead battery and they were able to squeeze me in about 2 hours later. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and the price was literally 1/2 of what my normal shop quoted me for battery install / programming. Feeling fortunate to have found this place and will definitely be using them for everything moving forward. Thank you!

We paid for an inspection that was fraudulent to the amount of $14,000! Get a second opinion if you go here. Our second opinion by a long standing highly recommended mechanic saved us $10,000! Our car is in tip top running condition now. Kings diagnosed issues that were not issues!!!!!!!!!!! KINGS RIPS PEOPLE OFF! The mechanic that actually fixed the true issue said he felt sick to his stomach knowing this is happening.

Kings Cross was amazing! Tony was incredibly helpful and very communicative! I have always taken my car in to the dealership, but we have definitely found a new home. I won t be taking my LR4 anywhere else for service from now on.

Disclaimer: I never write reviews. However I believe this is worth sharing.I ve been going to these guys for over a year. If you own a Ranger Rover or Land Rover, live in the Portland metro area and/or Vancouver, and are frustrated with your current repair shop (including the dealership) I would highly recommend KINGS CROSS AUTOMOTIVE! They may not offer a loaner, but it is definitely worth it to give Mike, Tony and their employees an opportunity to service your vehicle. While having your vehicle serviced, Uber/Lyft are just a phone call away. KINGS CROSS AUTOMOTIVE is: professional, honest, attentive to details and no unreasonable wait times to get your car serviced by Kings! Hope your experience is much like mine!

King. Cross Automotive preformed a very detailed pre purchase inspection on a used car I was purchasing from a local dealer. Great job provided a detailed written inspection which included good stuff bad stuff and any immediate or recommended future maintenance that should be done very timely and great communicators. Tony ran thru the report line by lined

Kings replaced the radiator in my bmw this week. They were very friendly, informative, and made sure everything was in good working order. They were very good on pricing as well. I definitely recommend them and will bring all of my European autos to them in the future.

Replaced clutch seems good. There was a mix-up after having given you the phone number and address of the delivery location for when the car was ready. Car never was delivered. We finally called and were told you called several times but no one returned your call. No calls or messages were received from Vancouver or King s Cross during that time to that number so am not sure what happened. We happened to be at the airport and therefore picked the car up ourselves. Also, noticed the side mirror droops. After spending $2500+, one might have thought you would have tightened that. Oh well.

I called this morning explaining that my convertible top had malfunctioned and would not close so I had to wait until today with no rain. In the forecast.. Mia the service manager said come in at 10:00 she said it would probably take a few hours to fit me in and re-program my computers.. I got a call 3 hours later , success!!! I appreciate King s Cross thorough pre-purchase vehicle inspection, as well as the customer service they provided during my repair. The owner of the shop even took a chunk of his time to help explain a number of things to me (a new Land Rover owner) which made me feel more confident/comfortable with the vehicle. I visited King s Cross Automotive for damage done after I hit a manhole. They replace my transmission mount, oil pan, and repaired my driver s axle. The timing and knowledge of Mini Coopers definitely impressed me! I am a healthcare worker so I am always on the go..Mike called as a courtesy and I appreciate his customer service. I will return if I need work done. I highly recommend this shop!Services: Transmission, Tires
