Hannah M. has been so great. I had a difficult situation with my car but she and the techs worked it out. ALL of the Hannah's there, and Devin too, are amazing to work with!

I don't normally write reviews, this one is well deserved so props for your review.Car got stolen, found a day later and then in the car pound for 2 days, after that you had my car for 2 months and all I ever asked was some communication as to what was happening with the vehicle and what was being replaced, I would call over the passed 2 months, at least once a week and I get no call backs or emails, I have a life too, and having you not communicate with me, makes my communication look awful, especially when 1 and a half months go by and I'm still telling my boss.. waiting on a window? I understand business and probably really busy, however.. 2 months? This kind of service disgusts me and I'll probably be selling my Kia Sportage as soon as the body damage is fixed, I would rather not deal with that kind of neglect ever again... It was nice to finally get a phone call.. too bad it's cause you wanted to get paid. All I wanted was to see if you could update the software (got a recall letter in the mail); so my car is harder to steal? I guess? and I couldn't even get a hold of anyone to even mention it to. I won't bore you with anymore details.. it's not like you'll be contacting me anyways.

Professional and efficient service station. Would have given 5 stars, but they don't have a loaner (or very limited supply), and online scheduling does not seem to work. Lastly, it is difficult to get a short notice appointment.

Hannah Mitchell is the young lady who take care of me. she was very pleasant and positive. answered all my questions.I truly enjoyed the experience! She is a shining example of what a representative from Kia should be!

Found out I had a recall on my car so I took it in and asked them to do a oil change. They were super nice and friendly. The place was clean and not busy at all.When they did work on my car it was going to take up all day so they got me a Lyft home so I can chill at home instead of walking around for hours. It was wayyyy better. If I ever need anything done I will go to kia services again.Im usually not about car dealership services cause once they are in there I always leave with something else wrong so I have to come back. But this wasn't the case. Thank you very much

Hannah was my service manager for my vehicles repairs. Thankfully it was just a recall issue (hopefully that's all it was) but Hannah was very kind during a clearly busy day, set up my lyft home and back. Getting the actual appointment was a little frustrating because of how far back they are but obviously no one's fault.

They got me in quickly to take care of a few recalls on a car I just purchased. They initially said they weren't able to repair both of them in the alotted time I had but ended up fixing both recalls. Dropped off my Telluride for an axle, recalls, oil change. Repairs were done earlier than expected & they offered a coupon for a wash @ Kadys. Was in & out within minutes both times. Devin was the service advisor who got things done however I was treated equally as well by Taisharra & the advisor @ pickup.

I wish I could give no rating. I am so done with the service department and after my car is repaired for the part that was agreed to be replaced I will never bring my car there again even if it s an oil change. They are the most incompetent department that has no knowledge of car repair or customer service. They have gave me the run around since April to finally come to the conclusion that they will not cover a part that need to be replaced after bringing my car back several times and to accuse me of hitting something to cause the damage when it was due to a snowstorm back in March. I am fortunate my insurance is going to cover this but I will not give the money to this shop that is why I am taking it to caliber and will never deal with this shop again Also I still have not been told when the parts that they agreed to cover will be in since it is under warranty to be replaced.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The service was great to take care of my emergent need. My only complaint was with phone service. I called twice before just showing up trying to get advice or an appt and no one called me back. The first time the call center tried to book an appt a month out for an urgent situation and did not understand that was not acceptable.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Made an 11:00 am appointment for an oil change, called the day before to confirm the wait time of 60-90 minutes at the most. Arrived at my appointment time and was told that they were running a little behind and it would be about 2 hours. I insisted that I could not wait and needed a Lyft. Fast forward 4 hours and they still had not begun to do the oil change. I decided to pick up my vehicle and go elsewhere. What s the point in having an appointment if they don t honor it. They are either overbooking or allowing drive-up customers to go before appointments. Four hours and fuel wasted.

You did not put a new sticker on my windshield to let me know when I need to come back. Also no free car wash this time. If you nad done these simple things you woild have gotten 5 stars. Please send me the sticker as well as the free car wash. Im sure this was just an oversight on your part.

I worked with Maya who was absolutely amazing. I've been extremely stressed out after having put what money I had toward buying a car that ended up having some issues. She maintained communication with me through the whole process including updates and answering any questions I had. She walked me through what they found and took the time to explain it all to me. She was a very friendly, professional, and dependable person to work with!

Devin went above and beyond for us to get our vehicle fixed. He kept us updated and informed the entire 4 days. It was done much faster than expected and we were back on the road within the week! Thank you to everyone in the service department!

Took my kia forte in for vehicle recall and an oil change which included tire rotation.My service manager was Hanna the service was done and Hanna was very helpful. The shop is very clean and everyone is nice and professional.There is also a nice waiting area & restroom.It's my go to place for car service.Thank you Hanna for all your help.

I got a diagnostic from Kia on 8/23 and was told it would be over $4k to fix my car (catalytic converter needed replaced). They even connected me with a sales person to look into the option of buying a new car since the repairs were so expensive and my vehicle is nearing 10 years old. I tried asking questions to my service provider, Hannah, since I didn t understand why the replacement was needed when my car is still in its youth and was told these things just happen sometimes. Something didn t seem right so I called around to a few shops, all of which quoted me in the ball park of $1.5k to replace my catalytic converter. Fast forward today I got a call from the shop I chose to work through- apparently there is nothing wrong with my catalytic converter at all. This shop had already ordered a new catalytic converter from Seattle because I trusted Kia s diagnostic. I shared with this new shop the three other recommendations Kia gave me, NONE of which ended up solving my vehicle s issue. My car needed a new coil that cost $682 for parts, labor, AND the new diagnostic. I just received it back and it now runs perfectly. Kia not only charged me $200 for an inaccurate diagnostic, but something shady is going on if they re quoting thousands more than multiple shops around town for the work they suggest needs to be done.

From what we could gather, the recall was minor. We scheduled an appointment and were compelled to leave the car, take up two people's time for an hour to get it there and drive back home and two more man hours to retrieve it.In other words the dealer thinks our time is valueless. We strongly disagree.

I made an appointment and explained my muffler was broken. Someone called back and asked for my VIN number so they could order one. I arrived early, was told they would diagnosis but that they didn't order a muffler. Waited 5 hours, called and was told they were working on the quote.I was told I needed an oil change but it had been changed the day prior.Too many mechanic shops out there to consider returning.

Worst experience of my life. Techs are rude, you call and leave messages and no one ever calls you back. My car has been there for 9 days and It still hasn't been touched as they will not call my or my insurance adjustor. Refuse to check the extended warranty I bought from them to see if anything is covered. Even spoke to the manager and he could care less. Never bring your car here for anything, there are so many other places that treat their customers well and actually want you to have a good experience. fixed things that we did not give approval on, and then said we have to pay for them. Believe is nice is a joke, you need to change your tag line.

The best dealer shop I have ever experienced. I need to drive about 30 min to reach this dealer which is not ideal for car maintenance. But the service is worth for the driving!

Avoid this place at all costs. You will lose your car for a whole day just to get an assessment and then they ll try to upsell you for hundreds of dollars. Stick to your local mechanic!!!

Made an appointment for Friday morning in case they needed 2 days. Couldn't even look at car on Friday, son took a day off from work and drove down from Seattle. They did give us information on one issue and didn't charge us. I will continue to use them as this was the only time we have had an issue and they were good with their response to our frustration.

Great customer service! Before I brought my vehicle in for service, I had some questions so I spoke with Wendy. She was courteous and helpful and was able to answer my questions. Kyel, my Team Service Manager, took great care of me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She went over the services needed for my vehicle and was able to schedule my next appointment. I appreciate the attention to detail and the customer service I was given. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I had originally given this dealership a 5 start rating. I purchased a 2016 C300 in February and immediately a service light turned on, they were kind and fixed the issue. However, I had also asked them to check the breaks and apparently they did and said they were in good condition but come to find out.. I need new breaks after getting a second opinion. My starter also went out and I was charged a whopping bill of 4K worth of work that the vehicle needs and was only assisted with $600 of this. I got the starter replaced and now the car needs a battery? All of this within 4 months. Very disappointed that they sold me this vehicle with very little assistance on the bill with all the issues this has brought me. I am 4 months pregnant with my first child and was excited to have a car that I was proud of and trusted this company to do a full and thorough safety inspection with their inventory as I had purchased a vehicle from them before. I hope this helps someone who wonders if they ll have your back if something goes wrong with a car you purchased.

Wow! Excellent communication from start to finish! So impressed with the service! Hannah was our contact person and she did a phenomenal job keeping us updated on the status and progress. The car was done exactly when she said it would be. I asked for a quote before the work was done. I recieved very detailed quote via text so I could decide exactly what I wanted completed and what could wait til next month. Very professional service!!Service: Brakes
