Danny at Kaizen Auto Glass in Orchards is my hero!He replaced my moonroof on his day off, charged me fairly (hundreds cheaper than the dealer), and runs a great business.His office and waiting room are on point, very welcoming!I could not have had a better experience

Called for an estimate they missed my call but a representative still got back to me and got me pricing and speedy service already got my windshield repaired and it wasn t ridiculous pricing very fair. Beyond happy with my service I would recommend to anyone needing a repair or replacement gold stars!

I got into trouble after replacing a door lock and my window would not work. Kaizen got me in at my earliest availability and fixed the window in about 30 minutes. Great customer service, great price.

Was recommended by a friend to come here for a rock chip. Check in was quick and they had me outta there in less than an hour. Waiting room was comfortable and had drinks in the fridge, coffee, and snacks for customers. I am moving out of Vancouver soon but highly likely will make the trip to return for my glass repairs in the future. Thanks Danny for taking care of everything!

Got a rock chip repair for my Tesla 3 here. Very fast and good service. They have a great waiting room there with various type of snacks/drinks. Would recommend !! 5 stars

Took a rock driving home on the freeway today. We looked places up and were pleased to see this place super close to home. Stopped in and left 15 minutes later with the chip fixed.Like most chips in the windshield there is a small blemish, but it s not bad. They were super fast and very personable.We waited in their waiting room. They had snacks, refrigerated beverages and a big TV with Apple TV and Netflix.Hope we don t have to get our windshield fixed again, but if we do we will try this place first.

Kaizen Auto Glass Repair provides excellent service. We experienced a devastating spontaneous shattering of rear windshield, just before leaving for vacation. My car was not drivable. I submitted a claim before leaving for vacation selecting Kaizen as the repair shop. Danny texted me promptly got the glass ordered immediately and was able to schedule repair for the next business day after returning from vacation. Their work was excellent best of all I didn't lose any time not having a working vehicle. They did such a great job with my rear windshield that I also had them replace my front windshield today! I'd highly recommend this business for all your autoglass needs.

Excellent service! Very happy with the new windshield, very easy to work with and schedule. 2021 Toyota RAV4, they replaced and recalibrated. Would use again.

Very professional! I got in for an appt quickly and everyone in the office was attentive and nice. When the after market glass didn t fit, they ordered OEM and were nice enough to leave the after market glass in so I could use my car. Although I was initially skeptical to use the texting method for my original contact with the company, it worked out great as Danny was very quick to respond and continued to update me when he needed to. I d definitely use Kaizen again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs professional service. These guys know what they re doing. The waiting area is clean and equipped with a big screen tv as well as complimentary drinks. You can t go wrong with Kaizen! Thank you Danny!

For years we have noticed heavy condensation inside my vehicle every fall and winter due to cold and moisture in the air. We just dealt with it by waiting extra time for the windshield to defog during the winter months. But this year I noticed a quarter-sized bit of mold on my passenger side mat and decided it was time to see what needed fixing.I found that Kaizen had great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. It was great. I had an appt scheduled for a few days after I initially called and we dropped off my car with them for diagnostic testing of the seals and whatnot. I was expecting news that my whole front windshield had to be resealed or completely replaced, but they found the issue and fixed everything within three hours. The issue had something to do with grommets and dirty tubes (all that interior working stuff that most of us don t really think about). All I know is the overall fix was way cheaper than I was expecting (like 1/5th) and I m so glad. AND from what the gentleman and I discussed this fix might end up fixing another issue I was having where my trunk would randomly pop open by itself due to pooling water messing with the trunk mechanism. Time will tell on that one, but that would be a super double bonus if this ends up solving that issue as well.I won t go into too much detail, but trying to get these two issues fixed at GMC never worked out as they ignored the condensation issue saying it would cost too much for their diagnostic fee for exploratory testing and they never even called us back on the several voice mails we left trying to schedule something for the trunk issue.So any future glass related items I am 100% using Kaizen instead of GMC. Highly recommend.

I trust no one else with my babies. Last 5 years I ve had 2 cars with multiple windshield replacements and repairs. Never disappointed with Kaizen s quality, timely responses, and turn around. Even if I moved over the border, I d still travel to get my car windshields looked at by Kaizen.

Our 2011 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab pickup truck had a significant windshield chip in an awkward place, directly in front of the driver's seat. The technician at Kaizen Auto Glass was able to repair it within about 15 minutes time, and the chip is barely perceptible now. We are very pleased with the work done for our truck, and with our quick turnaround time. We recommend Kaizen Auto Glass for your windshield chip repair.

John at Kaizen Auto Glass was the only shop in the PDX area that was willing to take on the glass replacement for my 1987 Porsche 944s. He did a great job future proofing it, was up front with me about the time it would take, and stuck by his quote. Visited Kaizen Autoglass Thursday 2/11/2021. I scheduled an appointment for in the shop (appointment time 9:30am) on Monday 2/8/2021. I arrived early to my appointment today at 9am. Danny came out took photos of my vin, license plate and the chip in my windshield. I have a 2007 Honda CR-V. At 9:05am he took my keys and worked his magic in the back of the shop. I waited in the waiting room ( netflix on tv, assortment of refreshments; multiple types of tea, coffee, hot and cold water.). Waiting room has beautiful artwork a black modern sofa w/ two chairs and coffee table. Bathroom was clean. Paint and art in front of house is beautiful. Danny came back in at 9:25am. Repair looks awesome (only a small blemish on windshield). Danny takes payment through his phone. It was $65. If you have multiple chips to fix in the same visit, the first is $65 and every one after is $15. I also inquired about replacing my windshield as the glass is warped or something, Danny quoted $200 to $300. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Danny for the great service! No handicap parking available, nor handicap accessible in front of the shop, not sure about the rest of the building.

WOW! This was my first time ever getting a windshield replaced, so I had some trepidations about what to expect especially see competing businesses prices and reviews. This business/ staff completely exceeded my hopes! Very honest, informative, excellent work ethic. My dash and instrument panel were cleaned and armor all treated. The windshield was flawless- no glue globs or any other mess and it looked installed as if by magic! The price was excellent compared to other sites and it was fast and efficient. The waiting room was comfortable and offered snacks and beverages. I m already telling friends and family- if you need windshield repairs or replacement THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO! I couldn t be happier!

I had a great experience here. I have been putting off replacing my windshield for weeks because I got a quote from a national chain and they said the wait time would be "at least 3 hours". Ugh. Kaizen just did it in 45 minutes with a Jeep windshield identical to the one it replaced, graphics and all. They did a beautiful job - you would never know it's been replaced. I'm super happy with it. Their price was the same as the chain store and the quoted price included sales tax, which I wasn't expecting. The waiting room was comfy and pretty had wifi. Thanks Kaizen!

They did a fantastic job on my 89 s10, including replacing the windshield, fixing rust underneath it and making my windshield seal look brand new again after years of sun-baked tape gunk hardened on it. I plan to bring my other vehicle back at a future time for a windshield replacement as well. 10/10 job. Technician was cool, waiting room was nice and had Netflix and refreshments available and comfortable seating.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Wow! We had an amazing experience at Kaizen. On our roadtrip from California a rock hit our windshield glass and left a remarkable crack touching the left edge and about 12 across.We called and the staff at Kaizen knew for a fact we had to replace our windshield so we went ahead and did so. The cost was about $300 for our Toyota Camry and Kaizen communicated that through the whole way.After 1 hr we got a brand new windshield and it didn t even feel that long because we were enjoying ourselves to the la croix, cookies, and netflix on the comfy couch :-)Thanks so much Kaizen!
