Got 2 used tires and a tire rotation for a good price yesterday. The service was fast and friendly. Going back for an oil change tomorrow too. They fit me in real quick even though they looked like they were busy. Will definitely be going back and recommending them to people!

DONT GO HERE!Used to come here all the time. Last time I was in a hurry and let them know politely. I waited like 20 minutes and as soon as my cars turn came up the all the workers sat down and started eating. I was the only person there. Waited for like 15 more minutes , asked for my money back and left. It would ve taken them 10 minutes to do my car and then enjoy a lunch break without any customers there. I went here for years and this was an unusual experience. Although uncommon, There s plenty of other tire shops where my money is good and the owner cares about their customer satisfaction.

My daughter and son-in-law recommended that I try this place today, and I am extremely happy that I took their advice.The two gentlemen who worked as a team to repair my tire were friendly, efficient (maybe 20 minutes with no pre-scheduled appointment!) and the price was great!My only regret is that I did not think to get their names so that I could thank them properly by name in my review.Would absolutely come here again should the need arise, and will recommend your business to anyone in need! Thank you!

These people don t deserve even one star. They are dishonest. STAY AWAY. I took my car there for brake pads and rotors because they offered a lifetime guarantee. They said my rotors and brake pads were fine but sold me $629 of unnecessary parts and labor. My car still needs brake pads and rotors. They only accept cash or debit so NO RECOURSE. Sales tax is arbitrary. They should be investigated and removed.

Beware !! Not qualifued to work on newer cars especially Mercedes and BMW. Mechanics aren't qualified and owner/manager doesn't guarantee their work.

Mechanic doing the alignment didn't even know what adjustments needed to be done. Made my alignment more off than it was.

Had unexpected tire emergency. They not only gave me the best deal but also we're very fast, friendly and do quality work! 10/10 would recommend! This is the third set of tires we've purchased from here and above suggesting to friends and family will definitely be back again... Hopefully not too soon ;)

Horrible experience with alignment, sub quality work over priced. Had to hVe both alignments redone because they don't understand the concept of caster camber and toe all needed adjustments together charged 150$each vehicle and couldn't even do a decent job castor was off on both vehicles which messed with the toe and and camber had to be readjusted they didn't want to continue working cause it was nearing closing time and rheir machine had been acting up but refused to compensate or work with me. Horrible service Horrible workmanship flat out not worth your time save your money and take. To reputable shop. Same price and they would guarantee their work. Charged me over 300$ for poor quality service and blamed me when they couldn't perform daid service satisfactory. So n I hired a mobile mechanic to reset their work and did a proper alignment in half the time and advised me to never go their again their alignment would have chewed through my tires in no time. So now I've payed for 2 alignments on two vehicles in as many days and they could care less. Dishonest disrespectful and shady is all I can say very very poor example of the auto industry.

There friendly, fast and go getters! Also in these times were money is being stretched more, there prices are really fair and I recommend them, other auto glass places were 2 to 3 hundred dollars more that from Warrenton Oregon to Vancouver, they were more than competitive and really the guys in the shop were always making water or pop cause it's been hot , awesome customer service! Thanks guys at jp auto glass and tires!

Must say this is the place to go if you need tires or mechanic work. The mechanic Jose is really good at his job. Have always get it done the same day unless the auto parts don't have what he needs. 100%recommended.

Came here after my window got smashed in. The service and professionalism was not good at all. But, seems like replacement window glass is of good quality & installed well at least. They cleaned up about half the glass shards from the interior which I didn't necessarily expect. Disappointed mostly on two counts:1. Grease marks left on both interior door handles & the seat. Had to ask for them to be cleaned up before leaving, and folks seemed annoyed by my polite request. Drove home with WD-40 smell - the grease is not even fully cleaned off. Unprofessional.2. We got a quote for window replacement over the phone, and asked specifically if it included tax which we thought we heard "yes" - was a bit blindsided when the total was a bit over the quote & the manager did not tell me the total first before asking cash or debit, I had to ask. Still a slightly lower price, but not as good as we thought. I will not be returning here.

When I went to buy my tires he was very honest and let me know that instead of having to pay a high price for tires he gave me great tires for a reasonable price. I suggest JP Auto for everybody on a budget because they are honest and good at what they do.

I went through the reviews while I was waiting and some of you should be ashamed of yourselves these guys do top notch work and do it at a fair price if you were unhappy with their work you probably messed your vehicle up after you left. They are polite and professional. I came I. With 3 issues and they fixed the first two I. 30 minutes the last one they were diagnosing a coolant leak which I understand takes time. I ll always recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Luis O for being an honest hard worker and filling me in with every step of what needed fixed.

I have been coming to JP's for years now. They take great care of me and anyone I refer to them. The owner is on site every day, working with his crew hands on. Great prices and customer service. I won't go anywhere else for tires.

Got new tire's struts, and a Alignment, 9 months latter I got tire's that needs to be replaced because of a bad Alignment if they fix it I will update this reviewUpdate he said it's camber witch it is Obviously not, it's Obviously toe both outside have excess wear only cause by a toe problem, do not have work done by them

JP has hooked me and the whole club up with tires for the last 3 years. In every way they have taken every step to take care of us. And fast. Even in a pinch and even after hours they stayed to make sure I was taken care of and the other vehicle that was with me too. I drive here from two counties away.And now my brother comes from the other side of the state to get tires here. Yeah...that good.

My tire popped and I needed a new one they hooked me up for 55 well after taxes I think it was 58 bucks for new looking tire and they put it on the rim and back on the car for me super fast no appointment I always tell ppl about this placeService: InstallationService: Installation

This places sucks they took 3.5 hours to change the tie rods of my van. And 1 hour for the alignment. During that time they where helping people that was coming to get tires replace. There waiting room is as cold as e refrigerator.And there labor is horrible. Never coming back.So just found out when they pull my van out of the alignment. That the guy who installed my tie rods, install them wrong and they have to start again.

My wife and I were in there a few months ago and we inquired about how much it would be to get a windshield replaced. The owner told us $75 and were extremely happy because that is such a good deal. Over the past few months I have been too busy to go in and get the windshield replaced but that $75 deal was always on the back of my mind. Today I finally went in there to get it done and he asked me what he quoted me. I told him that he had quoted my wife and I $75 dollars and he acted like he never said that. Anyway the bill came out to be $185 and I am very disappointed. I will never go back here and I advise that those reading this do the same!
