If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the one and only place I have had my car serviced since I bought it. I was driving back home and was in the middle of nowhere with spotty cell service and my car started making this terrible screeching noise and my cruise control started being weird so I pulled over and had enough service to get it towed. My rear differential was leaking and fluid and the plug was completely gone. The mechanic said for that to be happening Jiffy Lube either A) didn t put the plug back in or B) didn t screw the plug in tight enough so it fell out. I called Jiffy Lube to discuss solving the problem as I had to pay for a new rear differential, the kid that answered the phone said they check the rear differential when changing the oil and when I told him I have only taken my car to them to get serviced he said it wasn t their fault and that I must ve done something to it (me, a girl who didn t even know what a rear differential was until this happened) then he proceeded to hang up on me. So unless you want something to happen to your car and for Jiffy Lube to take zero responsibility, I would advise not taking your car to this place.

It was decent service, but $200+ for a simple oil change while constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY trying to upsell, is WILD. I get business is slow, but over charging your few customers is not ok. Then the complimentary vacuum was a joke.

SUPER awesome location. I primarily used to go to Valvoline for general services but they were not able to help me at all with a serpentine belt replacement. I called Jiffy Lube and Trevor let me know they can absolutely provide this service. I had bought my own belt in hopes to replace it myself and they were able to use it no problem. It was done in a super reasonable amount of time and, as a woman, they didn t attempt to overcharge me or recommend unnecessary services at all which is hard to come by. Incredibly thankful for the team at this location, especially Trevor for his excellent customer service and general kindness.

I went to jiffy lube last eve and had my car taken care of. They were able to work on it immediately and took care of me in about 20-25 minutes. I was very happy with the service. They explained every thing they did and I paid and was on my way.

There was a very long wait given the fact that a car with a dead battery was in the shop with three cars waiting...and waiting. It took them forever to get the car started. I'm 90 years old and they turned down my offer to help push the car out. Why they didn't move it was insane.The service itself was great when they finally got to it.Services: Tires, Oil change

I've been going to this location for 6 years, the guys in there are always super friendly.Update visited Friday 3/5/21 around 9am. Leo the manager who has been working at this location since October 2020 helped me out (I thought my transmission fluid was low), he said the fluid was good and washed my front windshield and pointed out a chip, I had repaired recently. Very thorough and thanks for the great service at no charge!There is also now a female working in the shop !! Definitely recommend this shop. They do transmission flush now as well as tires.

I've been taking my fleet vehicle to Jiffy Lube for over 20 years. Today was my last time. With next to no communication from the staff, I was held for over three hours. My appointments had to be moved and clients were inconvenienced. When I suggested that Jiffy Lube "needed to work on setting expectations," their employee became indignant.

This is my favorite location in Vancouver. They are courteous, do a great job, and the service is quick. I appreciated that the waiting area was clean and that they kept me updated on what they were working on. Great crew!

I have mixed feelings about Jiffy Lube in general, as I get different service from different locations or even just different days. Yesterday I got my oil changed on both my cars and the staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. I didn t feel like they were trying to up-sell me, which is my typical experience. Cody was informative and you could tell he really wanted the customers to walk away with a great experience.

Today was an off day for them. Only 2 employees trying to run everything at once with 2 bays open. It took longer than it should have to be seen. Yet they worked together well while i was being serviced and got me quickly out and did a good job all things considered.

I have been using Jiffy Lube services since their inception back in 1979. I lost a skid plate on my car recently and needed a hand with the installation. I called Jiffy Lube on 165th in Vancouver. I explained my situation, and the gentleman answering the phone, Trevor was awesome. He wasn t in a hurry. He told me that I could bring it right in and they would take care of it. Unbelievable! First off I was really impressed with Trevor s phone demeanor, and Customer Service attitude. He was great but it got better.I drove over and was met at the garage door by Trevor who told me that they would be right with me and they were. 15 minutes later the job was done. The bonus was that they also checked my fluids, topped off my oil, adjusted my tire pressure and sent me on my way a Happy customer.I was helped by Devon and Trevor and I have to say these guys are like the archetypical old school service station attendants. The crew was fast on their feet, professional and it was apparent that they worked under great management. I talked to Steve, the manager, and thanked him for an unusually pleasant experience at a Jiffy Lube and I was right super nice guy with a great demeanor and unusual sincerity and relaxed tone.These guys have got it together. If you re looking for a Service station with really nice attendants and great service without the usual annoying upsell banter, do yourself a big favor and visit this Jiffy Lube on 165th and Vancouver Washington they are the best and you ll be glad you did.Quick sidebar I was looking at the ratings and the dates and I wanted you to know that the management and crew at this Jiffy Lube recently changed and the negative reviews are a reflection of the old management and team. This is a new group of outstanding young men that are obviously dedicated to top notch Customer Service satisfaction You ll see.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Andres, James, gorge and Jose such a great team! I have been getting my oil changes done for the last 14+ yrs at jiffy lube throughout Washington! Today was my first time at this location, the team that assisted me here had such amazing attitudes, friendly, they were like family and made me feel part of the team even though I was just a customer! I wish I could leave 10 stars but google on allows 5 stars. This will be my new location from here on out! I live in Stevenson Washington 45 minutes away and will start driving to this location just to get my oil changed by these guys! Thanks guys ! And a special thanks to andres, you made me feel like family, thanks again to you all!

Best Customer Service.Met Nolan today; who was very kind and professional, he explained & showed me every process that was to be done for my vehicle even though am not good with cars he was patient enough; took his time to make it more clearer.The service too was fast and the staff were great. Thank you!Definitely will be coming over for future checkups.

We'd recently had our oil changed at a Jiffy Lube from a Portland location but a week later, I notice a pool of oil under our car, so we ran quickly to the closest Jiffy which was the 164th Vancouver location to see what the issue is. We'd had no problems with our car prior to the oil change so it was quite a shock to find out that almost all the oil had blown out and we almost lost our engine from lack of oil. Had Jiffy's brilliant crewnot found the issue and fixed it on the spot, we would have been totally screwed and out our only working car. Turns out an oil sensor blew out sometime after our oil change and thanks to the capable Jiffy Lube Crew, and the owner who was there that day, they diagnosed, fixed, and saved our car last night in less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the professionalism and knowledge, the customer service and pricing, and relief we got by going to this location for help. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. 10 Stars!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

These guys went out of their way to make sure my car was ready for this summer heat. Went in for a refrigerant recharge. When my ac still wasn't working, they troubleshooted, replaced a broken fuse and got the ac motor debris cleared and working again. Will definitely be back!

The crew at your location were more than helpful!! They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing for me during my synthetic oil change. Your Store Manager was extremely helpful as well... I do have a complaint though... Those workers were extremely hot, and I was too sitting in my vehicle.... Please get your air conditioning fixed or at least provide your workers with a water station!! Also, OSHA requires all maintenance personnel to not work in extreme weather conditions. Please get this fixed, or I will have to make a call to OSHA and the Better Business Bureau. Take care of your employees please... you can't have a lawsuit due to one of them suffering from heat stroke. Regards, HeatherService: Oil change

The guys here were really nice and helpful. I pulled up and was greeted by 3 people, very friendly. They asked what was going on, I needed my AC recharged so they directed me where to park and gave me the price. Unfortunately something was wrong with the piping for my AC unit so it didn't work, but they didn't charge me and they gave me recommendations of where to go to get it fixed. So once it's fixed I'll definitely come back to this location!

These guys were awesome! They recognized I previously went to another jiffy lube and different franchise and informed me of their prices to make sure there was no confusion. They were fast and did a great job. Checked all my fluid level, checked tire pressure and made sure all my lights were good and so much more! They even cleaned my windows and mirrors for me. They even answered some questions unrelated to the work today when they didn t have to. Great team!Service: Oil change

Arrived, leaking oil and asked them to check it out. I'd gotten an oil change a week prior, at a different JL and wanted to make sure they'd done everything right. They topped off the oil, we started the car and BAM! There it is. The oil sensor, located directly above the filter, had blown it's gasket and was bleeding out. Half hour and $150 and we were on the road again. Most Excellent!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I've been to this location twice now for routine service and have left feeling satisfied that my car was freshly tuned. The staff was relaxed and helpful, identifying potential trouble spots on the car and answering my questions about addressing those issues without being overbearing or pushy. It's always best to get to know and trust your mechanic, but if you have to pick a new random service location, this Jiffy Lube should be a safe choice.

Did not honor coupon when presented from website for oil change after saying it was honored, no show on receipt and was full price charge. Gave me a synthetic oil change when I didnt ask for one and charged me for it before telling me. Don't go here. Hoping I dont have my oil leaking the next day because apparently thats a common issue from this place that I had no idea about.

The manager, Trevor, went above and beyond in providing customer service! I needed to have my tires replaced. That same day, they had equipment issues. So, Trevor offered to install the tires at a different location. I drove my car there, and Trevor installed them himself. It only took 1 hour. I ve never had such excellent service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change
