Love this place! Everyone here is so kind and so nice and always willing to help! Went on a few times later in the evening and was having issues with my headlights. The GM was so kind fixed the problem right away and even helped direct me in the right Direction with what was going on with my high-pressure fuel pump. Phenomenal store phenomenal staff always clean shop and lobby. Thanks guys keep up the good job!!

I had to get an Oil change when I went in they told me that my headlight was out and it had not been out when I checked it. When I checked it again it was out they had to have done something to make the light go out.The manager Kianoush was horrible he was trying to charge me for refills that l didn t need and would get angry when I refused when one of his employees tried to change the filter in the glove box I refused because it recently got change Kianoush told her to leave angrily and to stop losing her time,Kianoush treats his employees horrible.Kian wanted to change the antifreeze in my car when it was full and proceeded to get mad when I refused ,it took almost two hours just to get the oil changed and they didn t even do half of the things they wrote on the list.Still Kian proceeded to charge me for things he did not do.The oil change was supposed to be fast surly they don t know the definition of fast Im Just A Child And I Have So Much To Say,My Mom And I Will Never Be Going Back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went in for an oil change and got a new air filter that needed changing and rotated my tires that had never been done in 20k miles! I appreciate that I could do it all there, in one quick (jiffy) visit! New car as of last summer!

They got me in and out really quickly but when I asked why it was so expensive the guy gave me a condescending attitude / tone saying because your car takes synthetic oil. That s why . He gave me some spiel about how they charge more than Valvoline because they do window washing, vacuuming (which they didn t do in my car because I had my dogs) and they do things that Valovoline doesn t (which isn t all the way true and I also don t care about it). I came to Jiffy Lube because Valvoline was out of my oil and I didn t want to wait but it was definitely a mistake. I won t be doing that again.TLDR; customer service skills could use major improvement.

Just left jiffy lube without getting service. Waited thirty minutes in waiting room for my car to be pulled into the bay I would be next in line for. Another costumer came in twenty minutes after me, they lined him behind a car in another bay that was just finishing. When they pulled his car in and started service on his car, while mine was still sitting outside, I left and went across the street to the Valvoline shop instead. Jiffy Lube does not seem to have a good system of first come first serve. This is the second time this year another costumer coming after me has been taken care of first. I have been servicing three of my cars here for years but won t be anymore. Valvoline treated me with respect.

Had oil change done, very friendly and helpful. Was hesitant as last time used wait-in-car oil change place it took forever and needed car wash after. Here, very clean, fast, and professional. Also uce as had them check tires and oil before--for free! Definitely coming back!

One of the worst people I dealt with, i usually go to jiffy lube and never had a issue until I went to this one, they lied my vehicle takes 7.5 qts of oil when it takes only 6, to up charge me, charged me for a upgraded oil filter, didn t add my coupon when I asked multiple times.When I confronted them and read the receipt they started to offer refunds CHECK YOUR RECEIPTSCROOKS!!!! Go to padden parkway instead nicer and friendlier too.Service: Oil change

0 stars if I could. Brought in a fleet car to get serviced, waited 1.5 hours just to get into a bay, then waited another hour while being told "were waiting for confirmation to finish up". Without a heads up or update, my car then gets driven out and tires start getting switched out after I've been here for 3 hours. Didn't want them changed this time, I didn't allot for the time for that today, and I never got an update any of this was going to happen. So unbelievable.

If it weren't for the Manger I would never go back!! Had my spark plugs changed 2 days ago and went back today to have them chaing a coil, after being there an hour and them not being able to get the part I was asked if I could come back. Sure I can but when I asked thw kid who had worked on my car to reset the check engine light that was now on and wasn't on when I pulled in he threw an absolutely child like tantrum saying how stupid and what a waist of his time it was to do that. I confronted the manager who said he would write him up I am hesitant to even go back but being that I just moved to Washington one week ago I don't know what else to do. People may have a bad opinion of California but I NEVER had treatment like this when I lived there.

When installing a timing belt the valve cover was broken in the process, went back to the shop later in the week following and was Hmm and over filled full of as if this was the end all answer to the matter. What was expected out of a $300.00 specialist mechanic

Thanks to jiffy lube on hwy 99 they are the Best i came in yesterday with a truck issue (fuel filter ) they said they can replace it! They earned my business and another company lost mine . this company is very professional the employees are very quick with if they dont know the answer they know someone that dose . they are very on it as a team and company everyone should come to them you wont be disappointed they are on time the money is right and the quality and efficiency is perfect thank you jiffy lube and your amazing team!!!!!

If you want to be scammed, come to the Hazel Dell location, Jiffy Lube. Went in for an oil change. They say I need an oil change flush . I only needed an oil change . While waiting, I heard them recommended to 3 other customers.

DO NOT GO HERE! When I first pulled up 2 employees were in a screaming match about one of them not doing the job he said he had done and it ended with him tearing his jiffy lube shirt off, buttons popping off flying, and speeding recklessly out of the parking lot onto the main road. The only reason I came here was because I couldn t get my drain plug off while I was doing my own oil change because I discovered that it was severely stripped everywhere aside from at the base, which means I would turn my ratchet and my socket would push out and then slip on the stripped part because i m cramped under the car with a bad angle and can t press the socket down hard enough. I explained that it was stripped to them and that I had brought new oil, a new filter, and a new drain plug. There was no communication and I now have a stripped drain plug back on my car. I drove off and came back once I saw the drain plug I had just bought still in my cup holder and shane, i m assuming who is the manager, told me there was no problem taking the stripped one on or off. You re standing fully underneath my car with an impact driver, of course you don t have a problem. The only positive experience here was the lady who took my info was nice and helpful. Although she didn t communicate about the new drain plug. Or maybe she did and it just didn t get done, idk. Either way I left after coming back again without really arguing because I didn t want to wait for them to get through the next car, I didn t want to get her in trouble if she didn t communicate, and I didn t want to buy more oil for them to top it back off. I also watched shane ring a different customer up for an oil change and the customer mentioned the sign outside that said $20 off oil changes and shane pretended he didn t realize that the discount was not already applied. For the love of god please don t go here.

Kind and efficient workers here- they caught some mischarges estimated from a different location, actually showed me what was happening with my car so I could better understand the misquote, and ended up saving me about 500$ worth of not-yet-necessary fixes. Thank you so much to Shane, mason, Luca, Nolan and the other crew I didn t catch the name tags of. Y all were very accommodating and helpful

Fantastic service at fair prices! The team here works very efficiently together - in ~30 minutes, they serviced our car and two others. They were not at all pushy when letting us know our air filter needed replaced and that we would likely need new tires in the near future. They also provided us a quote for said tires, which they offer at very reasonable cost. We'll definitely be back!

I usually get my oil changed there. I stopped in the other day because my brakes made an odd noise. They could not put my car on the rack to inspect it so just eyeballed the situation. They told me I would need all rotors and pads (front and back) replaced. The cost would be anywhere from $700 up. I got a second opinion. Nothing wrong with any of them! I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again! That s just wrong.

I arrived at 2:50 pm to ask for an A/C recharge. They said they would have to check to make sure they were able to do it. Nobody even looked at my car until 4:10pm. Multiple cars came and left before they looked at my car. Nobody gave me any estimates for how long I would be waiting or how much more time before they would be able to look at my car. It wasn t until every other car was cleared out that they were able to attend to mine. And it turns out that there is a problem with the compressor and they weren t able to do a recharge. So overall, I spent over an hour and a half in a waiting room to be told they can t complete the service. Not happy with their inability to multitask and work on multiple cars and with the lack of communication during the wait.

I went in for my regular oil change and was advised that I had two taillights out. I gave permission for both bulbs to be changed. My drivers side inner bulb was replaced without any problem. My passenger side outer bulb was broken. The Manager Chase advised me AFTER he broke it. He offered to install the replacement taillight bucket (after I purchased it) for free. I assumed all was well and the bucket would be reinstalled without a light bulb. NOPE! The crew continued to DESTROY the inner wiring, bracket and bulb socket. The wiring harness was ripped out and covered with blue tape (not electrical tape) the bolts were cross threaded and tightened down at an angle, nuts are missing and the lense itself is cracked in several places now. Due to the poor reinstallation of the bucket, my inner lense now has a large crack in it as well. Which will cause it to leak and need to be replaced as well. A $10.99 bulb replacement has now cost me $85 for a new right side outer taillight assembly, $15 for a new wiring harness and another $60 for the inner assembly. I called and spoke to Richard today at 11:30 am and was told "you will be taken care of". I have yet to hear back. I typically would never go to this location, but I was at another business down the road getting new tires mounted and thought 'why not kill 2 birds with one stone?'

I ve had problems with this location in the past but I needed my oil change so thought I would give it another chance.Drove in Saturday afternoon. Two attendants and no cars. They let me know it would be $159 to change my oil. I asked why the prices have gone up since last time and they told me it s the price of oil. I asked if I still get the car vacuumed and they told me they no longer offer that service. I left without getting any service, drove down the road and got my oil changed at Valvoline for a fraction of the cost.Service: Oil change

After spending over $100 here, I get back in my car to find all the contents of my glovebox dumped on the floorboard. It was completely spotless when I handed keys over, and a huge mess when I got them back. I asked Supervisor why they were even in my glove box in the first place, and why contents were all now on floorboard. It was explained to me that overpriced air filter they replaced can only be accessed through glove box, and that they guy who took old one out must not have communicated to the different guy who installed the new one that all the stuff was supposed to go back in glovebox.UPDATE: I emailed area manager per his request in his response to this review, and failed to get any kind of follow-up which is why I've changed my review from 2 stars to just one.

Stayed open little late and did my oil so I could leave early for a trip to the coast and not have to worry. I believe Jayden was taking care of everything and was great! Really appreciate it!!! I was exhausted and not feeling well, rushed over after work and the guys got me in and out in a jiffy

Completely unhelpful. I left after getting no help for 25 minutes. Stood by service desk. Manager spoke to me but would not check me in. Said 45 minutes then 2 cars drove into service bay and got service even though they arrived after me. I finally left when manager, who was the only employee checking customer in and out, went in his office and took off his shoes. No idea how they stay in business.

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE AT THIS LOCATION ! They changed my oil put the wrong screw for the oil pan. This caused my oil to leak everywhere. I ended up driving to work and realized I had no oil!! The management didn t want to acknowledge this until we went to the Hillsboro location and they figured out it. Great service in the Hillsboro location.

Very poor customer service. They refused to rotate my tires, stating that they shouldn t be rotated since the front tires had better tread. These people clearly don t know what they are doing, and if you want professionals to work on your car, or at the very least technicians who will perform the work that you request, take your business elsewhere.Service: Oil change
